Function moule to fetch stat reccords in ECC6.0

Hi All,
The function module
SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_STATISTIC dosen't work in version ECC6 but it's ok in 4.7.
The Function module is available in ECC6.0 but it doesn't fetch the stat records from ST03.
which is the replacement function module of SAPWL_WORKLOAD_GET_STATISTIC in ECC6.0?
The tables used by ST03 in Version ECC6?
Regards,
Siraj.

hi,
changes to transactions for versions is stored in table PRGN_CORR2.
SAPWL_ST03N
open this program in se80,u can find all tables used.

  • Function module to fetch pdf file from App. Server and print/email?

    Hi all,
    Is there any function module to fetch a PDF file from APPLICATION SERVER and print the PDF file or send it as an attachment in an email?
    Please help..
    Thanks in advance.
    Sandeep.

    Hi Sandeep,
    Is there any function module to fetch a PDF file from APPLICATION SERVER
    1) As far as i know there are no FMs to read a file from App server, you can do the same using *OPEN/READ/CLOSE dataset ABAP statements - There are tons of examples for this on the net.
    and print the PDF file or send it as an attachment in an email?
    You can send the file read from the app server(by the suggested method above) and use CL_BCS to send it as an attachment.
    Again there are many examples on the net on how to use CL_BCS for the same.

  • Generic datasource by function module to fetch data from multiple tables?

    I'm writing a function module to fetch price, for generic datasource.
    At first, extract test is OK. But InfoPackage never stop  when loading data to PSA in BW.
    And I find the example codes:
         OPEN CURSOR WITH HOLD S_CURSOR FOR
          SELECT (S_S_IF-T_FIELDS) FROM SFLIGHT
                                   WHERE CARRID  IN L_R_CARRID AND
                                         CONNID  IN L_R_CONNID.
        ENDIF.                             "First data package ?
    * Fetch records into interface table.
    *   named E_T_'Name of extract structure'.
        FETCH NEXT CURSOR S_CURSOR
                   APPENDING CORRESPONDING FIELDS
                   OF TABLE E_T_DATA
                   PACKAGE SIZE S_S_IF-MAXSIZE.
        IF SY-SUBRC <> 0.
          CLOSE CURSOR S_CURSOR.
          RAISE NO_MORE_DATA.
        ENDIF.
        S_COUNTER_DATAPAKID = S_COUNTER_DATAPAKID + 1.
      ENDIF.
    There using Cursor to fetch data package by package, and raise exception NO_MORE_DATA to stop the loading process.
    Now I fetch data from multiple tables, I don't think I can use Cursor.
    Then How can I handle this?
    Thanks a lot.

    Thanks

  • Function Module to Fetch data of Vendor for Inbound Delivery at runtime

    Hi All,
    I am new to EWM. I am using BADI /SCWM/EX_DLV_DET_PROCTYPE method CHANGE_PROCTYPE to change process type of the inbound delivery as per some logic from a custom table. However the parameter Vendor is not available in IS_ITEM during inbound delivery creation. Vendor is one of the key fields in my table.
    Does anyone know any solution/function modules to fetch vendor data for the inbound delivery at runtime. I know the database tables to fetch vendor but this works only once the inbound delivery is saved.
    Thanks and Regards,

    Right now I am writing the Logic in BADI "NOTIF_EVENT_POST" and I am not getting those M2: Engineering Man in this BADI.
    If anyone know Function Module to fetch Partner Functions at runtime please let me know.

  • Limitations in using a function within a select statement

    I have a function which retrieves various data elements from the
    database and formats it accordingly. The data (varchar2)
    returned could be in excess of 2,000 characters length.
    I need to use the returned data as part of a view. I am able to
    use the function in a "select" statement, but when I use it with
    returned data in excess of 2,000 chars, I get the following
    error:
    ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
    This error is occurring whenever the returned data is in excess
    of 2,000 characters.
    Is there an alternative method to what I am proposing, I have
    tried alternative data types but if I am able to use it in a
    "select" statement, I get the above error when the returned
    length exceeds 2,000 chars.
    Thanks
    Peter

  • How to pass parameter in Function by using select statement?

    Hi,
    I got a problem. I cant pass in parameter to function by using select statement. But it can pass in parameter by using 'hardcode' method. How can I solve this problem?
    Eg,
    select * from table (SplitFunction('HS750020,HS750021')) <<< this work.
    but
    select * from table (SplitFunction(select LOT_NO from TRACER_SEARCH_SCHEDULE where JOB_ID = '36')) <<< do not work.

    But i implemented in case too ,its taking more time to return the value while using case statement.So the issue is not with CASE its with the SELECT Statement. What you have to do is Isolate your SELECT statement and try to tune it for performance.
    To do that i would suggest you to read the folloing threads which could be of good use.

  • Will a explain plan consider a function in a select statement.

    Hi gurus,
    I have a question regarding explain plan.
    I ran a query, which returns me explain plan with multiple CPU costs around 300K.
    now i use a function, and the number of lines displayed in explain plan reduces from 12 to 8 lines.
    What i dont understand is.. Is the explain plan considering the function in the select statement ?
    ex.
    explain plan for
    select column1,
             column2,
             function(value1)
    from case
    where case_no = 1will a explain plan consider the functions in a select statement ?
    Thank you.

    What i dont understand is.. Is the explain plan considering the function in the select statement ?Maybe there are tweaks which reveal more information from the explain plan, but a straightforward way won't necessarily expose any function call:

  • Function module to fetch SOBID field value from hrp1001 table

    Hi,
    Is there any function module, to fetch the value of the SOBID field from hrp1001 table by passing RSIGN,RELAT,OTYPE,SCLAS field values to that function module.
    Regards,
    Shalini.

    Hi Sikindar,
    I am not able to find these function modules.I am getting message as function module not found.Please let me know is there any other function module.
    Thanks,
    Shalini.

  • Can call a function in the select statement?

    Is there any ways to call a function in the select statement?
    what I like to do is this:
    select deptno, totalEmployees(deptno), TotalSalary(deptno)
    from emp;
    I know it can be done by count(*) and join tables, but my case
    is much more complex and the where clauses are different from
    one function to another, and have many tables to join and many
    combinations
    Thanks

    Functions can be used in a select statement subject to certain
    restrictions, see
    http://otn.oracle.com/docs/products/oracle8i/doc_library/817_doc/
    server.817/a85397/statem9b.htm#2062024
    It's under "CREATE FUNCTION> Keywords and Parameters> function>
    Restrictions on User-Defined Functions"
    Here is an except...
    When a function is called from within a query or DML statement,
    the function cannot:
    a) Have OUT or IN OUT parameters
    b) Commit or roll back the current transaction, create or roll
    back to a savepoint, or alter the session or the system. DDL
    statements implicitly commit the current transaction, so a user-
    defined function cannot execute any DDL statements.
    c) Write to the database, if the function is being called from a
    SELECT statement. However, a function called from a subquery in
    a DML statement can write to the database.
    d) Write to the same table that is being modified by the
    statement from which the function is called, if the function is
    called from a DML statement.
    Except for the restriction on OUT and IN OUT parameters, Oracle
    enforces these restrictions not only for the function called
    directly from the SQL statement, but also for any functions that
    function calls, and on any functions called from the SQL
    statements executed by that function or any function it calls.

    Firstly thank you for replies , I get use of your suggestions and change my code but still having errors please suggest.
    SQL> declare
    2 I_myseat bus.seat_no%type;
    3 begin
    4
    5
    6 select I_myseat into I_myseat from
    7 bus where
    8 bus_id = bus.bus_id
    9 ;
    10 if I_myseat < 5 then
    11 update bus set seat_no = seat_no*2
    12 where I_myseat<5
    13 ; DBMS_OUTPUT.PUT_LINE('Updated');
    14
    15 end if;
    16 end;
    17 / declare

  • Fetch statement issue

    declare
    c1               r_cursor;
    l_PIP_xml_data_clob     long;
    l_xml_query          long;
    begin
    l_xml_query:='Dynamically constructed sql query';
    open c1 for l_xml_query;
    loop
         fetch c1 into l_PIP_xml_data_clob;
         exit when c1%notfound;
         l_PIP_xml_data_xmltype := xmltype(l_PIP_xml_data_clob);
    end loop;
    In the above example at the fetch statement i am getting the following error
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-19011: Character string buffer too small
    ORA-06512: at "INTFMGR.EBIZ_RN", line 1250
    ORA-06512: at line 6
    Here i have used long data type which is enough to hold the resultant data.But it is showing "Character string buffer too small".
    Any idea pls.
    cheers
    RRK

    Use it for l_PIP_xml_data_clob then, since that's the variable holding the return value. Which is pretty evident from the name that it probably should be a clob datatype anyway.
    Sounds like the value you're returning is a clob that's over the limit of what a long can hold.

  • Some issue with the Function Module u0093'SKWF_FIND_BY_QUERY' in a BW ECC6.0

    Hi All,
    Need some urgent help..
    Iam facing some issue with the Function Module “'SKWF_FIND_BY_QUERY' in a BW ECC6.0 system.
    As shown below, in the function module, the Table “IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT” gets populated with some values based on inputs like IT_CLASSES, IT_QUERY, and ‘L’.
    This updation of “IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT” table is happening for some of the services sent through IT_QUERY and is not getting populated for some.
      call function 'SKWF_FIND_BY_QUERY
    exporting
      CONNECTION_SPACE         =
        OBJ_TYPE                 = 'L'
      PTYPE                    =
      X_STRICT                 =
    IMPORTING
      ERROR                    =
         tables
         CLASSES                  = IT_CLASSES
         QUERIES                  = IT_QUERY
         RESULT_OBJECTS           = IT_LOIO
      PROPERTIES_REQUEST       = PROPERTIES_RESULT        = IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT.
    The values are as follows:-
    Values getting populated in IT_CLASSES – BW_LO_TRAN               Values getting populated in IT_QUERY – 1) BW_QUERY, 2) /BIC/ZSERVICE
    I would like to know whether any Standard Customizing BW transaction is present that is maintaining “IT_PROPERTIES_RESULT” table properties  and fetching through this Function Module.
    Also, suggest how this issue can be resolved
