Fx 29 not terminating on exit unless clear history option is un-checked... fix this bug!
Pre v29 this was not an issue. I have read all the threads on this bug, and none of the proposed solutions are acceptable. Mozilla needs to fix this bug. I have no intention of allowing my history to be retained when I exit the application. I am not absolutely certain that this is always the case, but this seems to happen when the browser has been opened from an email link. Come on, Mozilla. There are other browser options out there, and I am now seriously considering switching to one of them.

When I reboot my windows desktop i get a message that says apsdaemon.exe can not start because msvcr80.dll is missing. How do i fix this? Thank you in advance.
Uninstall your existing copy of iTunes. Delete any copies of the iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer files from your downloads areas for your web browsers and download a fresh copy of the iTunes installer from the Apple website:

(The current build of the 11.1.4.62 installer was changed a few days ago, which fixed the bulk of the reports of MSVCR80.dll/R6034/APSDaemon.exe/Error-7/AMDS-could-not-start trouble ... but the build number on the installer was not changed. So we're trying to make sure you do the reinstall using a "new good" 11.1.4.62 installer instead of an "old bad".)
Does the install with the new copy of the installer go through properly? If so, does that clear up the error message?

My Outlook/iCloud calendar invites to others appear to work on my end and sync with my PC and mobile, but when other people "accept" the invite, it will not populate/add in to their calendar. How can I fix this without turning off iCloud?
I am at a new office that uses Outlook (not Outlook Exchange) which does not sync with my mobile... I just got iCloud set up on my PC to sync my contacts, calendar, reminders, etc... The sync worked (not without flaws, but the other issues seem solvable... I think), so that i can now see all my appointments on both my phone and on my PC. The problem I am having is that iCloud moved all of my calendar items from Outlook into iCloud calendar and now when I send out meeting/calendar invites the recipients may accept them, but the meeting does not get added to their calendar. This is a huge problem and may mean that i need to turn off iCloud.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks!I am replying to my own post here as I seem to have fixed the problem.
I do have some calendars that are shared. Some of those are shared with users who have time zone support turned on. So i activated time zone support on my iphone, then deleted my icloud subscription. I then signed in to icloud again and voila... problem solved.
It is a weird one as the other calendar views were always fine and when you opened an event that appeared in the wrong day (on list view), the correct date of the event was shown in the information...

I am having a issue installing Adobe Acrobat XI. I am running Windows 8.1. When go to install it gets an error. The error is with transform in registry and will not install product. I am looking at how I can fix this registry problem.

I have re-installed JSDK1.4.2_03, set the "path" variable to "C:\JSDK1.4.2_03".
When I compile using "javac" I get an error saying "javac" is not recognised.
When I compile using "C:\j2sdk1.4.2_03\bin\javac Freq.java" no error is thrown.
Every time I try to run a java file, I always get the NoClassDefFound error. When run with the -verbose option, files are loaded from C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_03\bin - is this correct?
I have removed all previous references to java in the registry editor.

I installed elements 12 on a Win 8.1 computer and moved all my photos from my old XP machine. I updated to elements 12.1. Now, many/most of my photos will not open because I do not have "permission" to open the files. How do I fix this so I can work with MY photos?
Yes, the Old Master file has a folder for each year where I find all photos from that specific year. I am attaching a screen shot of the file.
In the meantime i have managed to download all photos (it did not download any video files though in mpg, avi, 3gp, m4v,mp4 and mov format) to a new iphoto library. Unfortunately the photos are quite mixed and often doubled up. I ma considering to purchase iphoto library which checks all duplicates in iphoto. this will save me a lot of time. What do you think? -
I have changed my apple id, and its ok when i sync my Iphone with Itunes, but ON my Iphone still my old apple-ID is there. I can NOT buy things from Itunes or Upgrade anything now, how to fix this?
I recently changed my email address and want to change my Apple ID account to match. I have created a new Apple ID to match the new account but now I can't sign into iCloud on our phones or computer with the old Apple ID. I can't make any changes on iCloud on our phones because it directs me to the old account, which I can't sign into. I also can't sign me in on my computer to make any changes. Help!!! It originally did not download correctly. I refreshed the download and it supposedly completed. Upon playing the song in both my library and on the Itunes store it will not play past the first 5 seconds. How can I fix this?

My changes to a duplicated page are not syncing up in the Creative Cloud. How can I fix this?
I'm using Adobe Proto on an iPad. I created one page and successfully viewed it in the Creative Cloud. Then I duplicated that 1st page so I could work on the next page in that project. I made some changes to the 2nd page and then synced the project with the Creative Cloud again.
Once I try to view the 2nd page in the Creative Cloud, it's still an exact copy of the 1st page. In other words, my changes on the 2nd page don't show up. I've tried synching the project many times and I get the same result. Tried opening the project from another browser, same result.

Thank you.Yes, I'm 99% certain the project is being synced. If I duplicate more than the one page so that I end up with more than 2 pages, I still see every single page that I duplicated and made changes as the initial version of the page.
I duplicated that 1st page again so that I have 3 pages. I made changes to the 3rd one and I'm still not seeing those changes when I look at the page in Creative Cloud. I see the new, 3rd page, so that should mean the project is being synced, correct? -

You do have it turned on ins settings>Privacy, right?
For location the iPod uses the location of nearby wifi routers that are in Apple's database. You do not have to be connected to the network/router to use that router's location. Thus, it appears that the iPod can't see a nearby router that is in Apple's database. Apple continuously updated their database based on info they obtain from iPhones. No one has been able to find a way to inform Apple of a router or correct is location.
You can confirm that by going to place with a know located router like Starbucks or McDonalds -

Given that you are very low in memory on your iPhone, it would be much easier to connect your phone to your computer and download iOS 8.1 via iTunes. Memory won't be an issue this way.
