I'm having trouble with my Airport connection with my Netgear base station someone suggested that I plugin the "T" shaped areial I can't find it, where can I get one from?
Already looked on Apple site and went into an Apple Store with no luck.

Linking my BTVision box to new Samsung Smart TV

I bought a Samsung Smart TV 6000 series yesterday and have put the areial into the tv for tuning to take advantage of the Freeview HD. I have connected the BTVision box to the tv via HDMI - how do I record programs from the TV ??

Just to expand a bit. You will have to connect an aerial directly to the BT Vision box to get any reception and view channels. You cannot record the HD channels from your TV to the BT Vision box. You will have to be an Infinity internet subscriber and sign up to the extra channels to be able to receive and record the HD channels to the BT Vision box. It does not have a HD Tuner built into it, so you cannot get the channels over your aerial, only over the internet. Hope that helps.

Echo for people I speak to using car kit with Noki...

Just wondering has anyone experienced this problem before. When I'm on the phone to people using my car kit, they're complaining of hearing their own voice a second later.
But.. its not happening all the time. I phoned someone yesterday and it was very bad, yet when I called back it was fine.
Has anyone come across the solution to this?

There are a couple of things that can be done, 1/ try removing battery on phone to reset software, 2/ keep the handsfree volume down, 3/ make sure the mic is not near the speaker, 4/ make sure the mic is not near the areial and the cables are not taped together.

SAP script : Arial Font ???????

I have to use Areial font in my Script. I recognise that Arial in not avaliable in SAP, I am not sure about it But I have checked in SAP scripts - 'Paragraph Formats' and then fonts.. there are only 43 fonts .
How can I install new fonts. I am not sure whether I can say to my Tech lead about this issue.
please advice me.

Hi,
Arial fonts are not available in SAP, you have to install them.
Use transaction SE73 to install new font.
If you install True Type Arial font, your work will be easier. In you PC, under Control Panel-->font folder, you will find Arial (True Type) font.
This will only install Arial font in sap. After installiing Arial font, you need to create all different size and type of Arial font, like size 9, 10, 11, 12 with <b>BOLD</b>, <i>Italic</i> feature. You can do this in SE73 inself once you install Arial True type font. It is not required to install all size and type of arial font. Just install Arial (True Type) font and set it for different size and configuration.

My magic eye has stopped working when aerial is conected

My magic eye (ME) to TV upstairs worked perfectly for over a year. My digital aerial feeds into sky box then cable (aerial) feeds from sky box to upstairs ME where I can either watch sky or digital TV. After sky reception with ME failed I tried connections and discovered I have perfect sky again if the digital aerial is unplugged. I thought the aerial outlet was a bit loose so I replaced it, but no better - any suggestions?

Sound issues - strange happenings

I am having strange problems with sound on my youview and panasonic tv combo.
When i go to on-demand and attempt to watch BBC iplayer there is no sound. When i go to 4OD the sound works everytime. If i then go back to iplayer the sound then works!
note:
- i do not have an areial attached to the youview box.
- the problem does not effect the phono output of the youview
- i have had John Lewis replace the tv but no difference.

Stuttering and no sound

My Quicktime files, when played, all pause briefly at the beginning and will transmit no sound. Software's been re-installed and updated a few times, no changes. Anyone have any thoughts?

Finally got the latest software update, 13.4 and i still have the same problem, no running 303hd. I have moved my box/indoor ariel out of my tv cabinet, to beside my window, where i am now getting 78% strength and 100% quality for 303hd. But all i get is a static picture from the last channel i was on before i switched to 303hd. As i say all my other hd channels play perfectly.
Another thing i have noticed is that the fan never seems to be working on the back of the box, is it suppose to be working 24/7 when the box is in use?
I am in aberdeen, durris transmitter, but my samsung tv is mocking my youview box by playing the channel without any problems. Obviously with bt sport launching i would rather be using my youview box only and not having to switch to the tv tuner (and switching the areial) for 303hd.
So what is my options here, would bt replace the box or am i lumbered with it? I got it in february. Cheers for all help.
