Game center multiple problems

Firstly I have three Idevices ipod 3g iphone 3gs and iphone 4
I use game center on all these using same apple ID but all my game center achievements, games, friends are not same
If I gain an achievement say in where's my water in my ipod and open open my game center in my other two phones this achievement is not seen. sometimes even entire games are not seen! for ex: I have Avatar of war dark lord on ipod but still if I open my gamecenter account from my phone it does not even recognise that I have several achievements in this game............. same with friends I added a friend in my college using my iphone but when I go to my gamecenter account on my pod it does not show his name (it actually shows 0 friends coz I haven't added any using my pod!). And I don't exactly enjoy repeating my achievements on all three devices
Another issue is in a few games I had achieved few achievement before setting up gamecenter account but now only achievements I have got after setting up the account are seen! Example in avatar of war dark lord all my achievements upto stage 5-3 are shown as to be achieved and the rest are shown as achieved but the funny thing is the in game achievements shows it all but not gamecenter! Any help would be appreciated! thanks
my pod is on 5.1 iphone 3gs on 4.2.1 and iphone 4 on 5.1

Game center ios7 problems (achievements out of sync)

There are many serious bugs in Game Center for iOS7. None of the deficiencies of GC on iOS6 were addressed, and new crashes, hangs, and other bugs were added. It's as if Apple couldn't care less that games are the single biggest category of apps selling all those iPads and other iOS devices. But for this post, I will focus on one issue in particular.
Game Center reports inconsistent achievements across my many iOS + Mac devices. When I win an achievement once, I expect and demand that GC actually credit me for it permanently. In many instances, the achievement shows in GC on the device where I won the achievement, but it does not show on GC on any other device or computer. Note that I'm NOT talking about viewing achievements within a given application, I'm just talking about GC itself. This is NOT a problem of an individual game, it is a problem with the GC architecture. When I see a GC notification pop up that I've won an achievement, I expect that achievement to actually show in GC, both on the current device, and on every other device.
This is not a problem with replication lag. I've tried waiting for days to see achievements appear across devices -- they don't. I've tried force quitting GC and every game on the system, then re-launching GC, only to see exactly what I saw before -- different scores on different devices.
There are even inconsistencies on a single device. Different screens within GC show different scores. Some of these problems resolve themselves over time, as if different parts of the GC app rely on different caches, and those caches refresh on different schedules. I can forgive some replication lag, provided everything eventually replicates everywhere. But sometimes, the discrepancies never go away, and GC permanently reports results that don't make sense. Looking on the achievements page for a single game, I often a set of achievements and a total achievement score which just plain don't match, days after having won the achievements in question.
This is also not caused by offline achievements. GC is so abysmally poor at handling offline achievements that it deserves its own post, and I won't go into the details further here, other than to say that I no longer play GC games while offline. My device of choice is a wifi iPad (the last model with the large cable connector, updated to run iOS 7.0.2), and I always make sure I'm connected to wifi before playing any GC games. And by making sure I'm connected to wifi, I mean positively confirming that I can reach the web and check email before launching my game. Despite ensuring that I'm always online when I play, achievements still do not replicate.
This is also not caused by game bugs. Apple made a terrible design decision to not treat achievements like gold -- or even to treat them as important as email. Email is never lost. Achievements are frequently dropped. A game should not need to be implemented to re-register achievements, even if they were won offline. In any case, the point is, this bug has nothing to do with any individual game. I can fire up multiple iOS + Mac devices and see different scores within the GC apps.
My question is, how do I fix this? I can find no way to force game center to resync with the master achievements database in the cloud. I can't even find a way to send feedback directly to the GC team, or open a support topic directly about GC. (I would be extremely surprised if Garage Band were more popular than Game Center. Yet Garage Band has a dedicated support section, whereas the word "game" doesn't even appear anywhere on Apple's support communities topic list.)

Oh my god.
I have the same issue and im about to leave IOS and go Android.
Im a huge gamer on the iPhone and got 19k+ achivement.
When IOS 7 came the GC have not been working correctly ever sence.
I have a huge OCD with achievements and need the achievements synced with GC.
For every 7.0.X update im SURE there will be a fix for this but nothing.
I am very dissapointed.

Game Center Multiple Users

I have 2 iPads and 2 iPhones. They are all under under the same Apple ID but are used by different people in my household. I signed into Game Center on the first device and created a user profile. When is launch Game Center on the second device, it signs in using the the same profile I created on the first device and I don't see an option to add another profile (which was possible before iOS7). Did they change that? Is it possible to add multiple Game Center profiles under the same Apple ID? If so how?
I want to be able to create multile profiles so my family members can play each other.

You can't. Game Center is a system of leaderboards and achievements, not a data storage service.

Game Center multiple accounts

Hi,
i recently started a Clash of clans village on my iPod and i'd like to connect to it via my girlfriend's iPod. The thing is she played a lot of games already on her iPod but she never created a Game Center account. What happens if i log with my account on her game center ? Will her game progress be erased since she got no account i can log back in after im finished ? Should i create her an account before loggin in with mine ? If i create her an account will all her game progress be erased or will it bind her games to this new account ?

It depends on the particular game. Some games store all data on the device and it's not linked to a GC identity, in which case no progress will be lost. Other games link all the data to the GC ID, especially ones that store the data on the game's servers. So, you'll need to check with the support folks for each game.

Game Center multiple devices

My husband has a game on the iPad under my Game Center account.
I have the same game on my phone.
How do I get my game on my iPhone to replace his on the iPad?
Once my game level is higher than his, will it automatically ask to load my game?

Game Center Password problem

For some reason when I did an update I was logged out of my Game Center account. When I try to log in again it won't accept my password. I don't want to create a new account because I will lose all of my saved data. I have tried to retrieve my password, but it won't accept my question prompts either. Is there any way to reset or recover the account or password?

Reset did not help for me.
When i try to request reset by email or answer security questions, i'm prompted for a birthdate, i enter it and am told "The authentication information provided does not match our records. Please verify your personal information and try again." i KNOW it was entered correctly on account and on my many many attempts to recover the information.

Games Center settings problem

Hi, I can't get into the settings in the Games Center to change any details, it just hangs for a bit then says "saved" and goes back to the main screen, any suggestions? iPhone4

Game Center confusion

I have an iPod 3gen and iPhone 4S. I want to use Game Center to play games on both with current data. But on one game (Smurfs Village) it keeps asking which version of the game I want to play and won't keep the current one. On another game, it continues to load an old game (Clash of Clans) and it won't allow me to delete the old one and restart the game either. And yes, I've deleted the game off the iPod and iPhone through Game Center multiple times and restarted the devices. Nothing seems to work.
How do I fix?

I've just had the chance to try my headphoens in another iphone (version 3.1.3) and they alsod o not work on that.
Looks like I have broken headphones, but no sign of damage also checked for loose contacts on wires.
after taking as much care as possible i guess I'm onto my 2nd pair of headphones now, thats going along with the three sets of usb cables Iv gone through. Apple must improve the structure of there wires on these phones and ipods. they can easily split or become warn due to movement in pockets and just handeling in general

Game center invites fix

Hey every one, i hve a fix to the game center invite problem . So follow the steps:-
1- check that your push notifications are on in settings and friend invites are on in your game center account setting.
2-now install the latest version of fruit ninja game
3-open game center and sign in , then put it in background .
3-open fruit ninja directly goto new game=>multiplayer=>gamecenter
4-now you will see two options ( invite friend & play now at the top right corner)
5-hit the play now button, so the game center will find the uninvited game for you .
6- when the game starts and u r able to see ur uninvited friend name at the top right corner , after the game finishes , go directly to game center in the background and in your games section and go into fruit ninja in game list , here u will see the recently played option touch it, here u will see at the top of the list , a player name ( whom u played with ) touch the name and send him friend request immediately..
7-if he accepts request goto friends=>(ur recently added friend)=>gameplayed together(frut ninja)=>hit play(at uper right)
8-now the game will open up and u will see the GC page hit the invite button choose the recently added friend, and then send , waiting for him and ready to play .. Now ur gc id hve verified and u can invite any of ur friend and can play any game(which supports invite feature)

Not work with me

Can't access "View Account" in Game Center on IPhone 4s?

(I have an IPhone 4s, version number 6.1.3.)
I wanted to go into the Game Center and change my username, but whenever I tap "View Account" it just loads a green screen and before I can even do anything, it just "saves", and I never get to chance to see my account. I've reset my phone and logged out of the Game Center multiple times, but no luck. Everytime I try to access this, it just gives me this screen and just "saves" in a second, even if I haven't tap anything. Please help!

alright here's the best shot i have.
-hold down your home and sleep buttons until your screen fades to black, and keep holding them. now the apple logo will show up and you can let go.
-go to itunes app and ensure you are logged in from there
-go back to the game center app, and go to whatever the first tab is on the bottom (achievements, friends, games etc) and scroll to the bottom of the tab
-click on your Apple ID, and hit View Account
that should work

Multiple Game Center Problems

I dont expect to get a lot of solutions but I wanted to know if I was the only one having the following issues:
1) Someone sends me a friend request..I accept it...on the "Me" page it shows I have a friend but when I click on "Friends" none show up.
2)A friend sends me a game invite I click accept and all it says is waiting for my friend to start the game.
3) I cant seem to send an invite out...all it says is waiting and nothing happens.
Again if there are solutions...great!...if not I want to know if its my 4 generation ipod touch thats not right or the game center app.

That problem happened to me, also. Then, I fixed it.
Instructions:
1. Open multitasking bar and close everything. (Hold down and press the X's.
2. Then, power off.
3. Turn back on.
4. This is where the problem lies: TURN ON ALL THE NOTIFICATIONS FOR GAMECENTER.
It should work now.

Game Center friend request problem

I am using an iPad Air on iOS 8.1.3. Me and a friend are trying to become friends in Game Center. At first, we couldn't get any requests to show up. We both went to the Add friend feature and tried entering both usernames and email addresses and neither of us were getting a request from the other. I have tried restarting the iPad and signing out and signing back in. After persistence, we managed to get requests to show up on each others iPads, but it wouldn't let us accept the request. It would appear, we would hit accept and then the request would stay in the requests list like we had never hit accept. Then my Game Center homepage would sometimes not change, or sometimes it would say 1 request and 1 friend, and sometimes if i had recently hit accept multiple times, it would say 1 request and 2 friends, but when you go in the friends list, it is blank. The friend is also running iOS 8.1.3. I am new to using Apple products, and this would be my first Game Center friend.

Game Center - HELP! I have multiple ID's with the same account

About a year or so ago I was syncing my iPad2, or updating the iOS...I can't remember...but for some reason the iPad forced me to create a new game center ID. I now have two game center ID's (each with different friends, different profile pictures, etc.) under the same apple ID. I have seen quite a few remarks that state it cannot happen, but rest assured it has happened to me. Every now and then for some odd reason Game Center will log me in as the ID I originally used. But for the most part it uses the one that I was forced to create a year ago. I have no control over this. And the iPad acknowledges this because when I have tried to open some apps it has told me "Game Center ID was changed..." blah blah blah and I have lost all my saved data on some games, including IAP's which has me so furious if this is not fixed I will never put a single penny of mine into any Apple product ever again.
Lately (since iOS 7.0.4 was released) I am having major problems with my apps crashing. They lag, they freeze, they crash. CONSTANTLY. I think the fact that I have multiple game center ID's is somehow causing some sort of conflict, since I believe I ruled everything else out.
Just for the record:
1. I have power-cycled my ipad (this solves the problem for about a day).
2. I have closed all apps running in the background.
3. I have reset my ipad (this solves the problem for about a day).
4. I have tried installing new apps to see if it resets how it accessess apps (I read this may solve crashing issues).
5. I have turned off my VPN, turned it back on, etc...
6. I have renewed my lease.
7. I have reset my internet (it's not the internet because all my other devices work just fine but I figured I'd try it anyway).
8. I am considering the possibility that the iPad2 is just dying, or going defective, for whatever reason (worn out I guess). If that's the case I sure won't ever be buying another one.
So, all I would like to know at this point is: how can I delete one of these game center ID's?

No, your ID is essentially your account. You can have email aliases and you can have multiple accounts, but I don't think that's what you are asking.

HT4314 Game Center Problem

There isn't a catagory for this, but... Game Center games don't show up for me. None of them, not my friend's or mine. (Yes, I have used these games multiple times before) Help? (I wasn't sure where to ask this ^^)

I am having the same problem and I also have an iPod 2nd Gen. When I sign into Game Center it shows my profile, how many friends I have on game center, the number of games I have and my achievements. When I tap on the games app all it says is "Find Game Center Games" it doesn't list any of my games yet when I am playing the games the little icon on top of the screen always says "Welcome back, geew66" whenever I open a game. I finally got around to calling Apple to find out why this is happening. They informed me it is a glitch on their end and I needed to plug my iPod into my computer and give them remote access to my iPod to fix it. After doing this, the guy on the phone then informed me that in order to continue I needed to purchase extended warranty (or whatever it was that he called it) for $99 for 1 year and then he would be able to fix the glitch. Needless to say, I didn't pay them the $99 and my Game Center doesn't work. I just figure that if it is their glitch to begin with, why should we have to pay that kind of money to get it fixed. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem without the huge expense would be greatly appreciated. I am not at all impressed with the money hungry customer service I received from Apple.
