Garde-t-on nos applications lors d'un changement d'appareils ?

Bonjour,
J'aimerai changer mon iPod contre un iPad, mais j'ai peur qu'en changeant d'appareil, mes avancées dans mes applications (payantes et gratuites) soit perdu. Surtout que j'ai déboursé des sous dans certaines applications. Es-ce qu'avec iTunes on garde nos application et nos avancer ?

Iphone 5s application icon (yahoo) automatically changes to a different application icon (macys).

ios 8.1 application icon (yahoo) automatically changes to a different application icon (macys). When you click the icon, it directs you to Yahoo. I have had this issue before but the last time the icon was changed to wikipedia. The last time this happened, i reset my phone. I bought this phone new almost 2 years ago and have been the sole owner and I have never attempted to jailbreak my phone. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

The problem is now resolved. The only thing that I did was to make netscape the default. I always the write code. I think that somehow I must have hit publish, I still am still not sure. Thanks for all the help

Service Applications - Service Account Auto Changing

Each time I create a service application, SP is auto-changing the service account used for the application pool identity. I set it as SP_Services in the UI of CA, then suddenly when I go back and look it has auto-changed it to SP_Farm. How
can I stop it from doing this?

I just figured out that when you open the properties from the Service Applications list it shows the SP_Farm account, but that actually is not correct. When I go to Security > Configure Service Accounts, it shows the correct service account.
I assume this means it just isn't displaying correctly in the properties page (although that is weird). When I run Get_SPServiceApplicationPool it also shows the correct ProcessAccountName, so that must be it. Though, when I go to Application Pools
under IIS it doesn't show up.

Prove Seeded Application Account Passwords are Changed for Audit

We have been asked by our external auditors for the following information:
"Provide proof that the passwords for all seeded application users have been changed from the default password. (ie SYSADMIN, WIZARD, GUEST, AUTOINSTALL)"
I ran the query select * from FND_USER where created_by = 1 to get the list of seeded application users:
ANONYMOUS
AUTOINSTALL
CONCURRENT MANAGER
FEEDER SYSTEM
INTIAL SETUP
APPSMGR
SYSADMIN
WIZARD
PORTAL30
PORTAL30_SSO
All of the above accounts have been end-dated except for the GUEST and SYSADMIN account. However the auditors still want me to prove that the passwords for all seeded accounts, including those that have been end-dated, have been changed from the default password.
I know that I can use the following command to test the passwords:
select fnd_web_sec.validate_login('GUEST','GUEST') from dual;
I know the default passwords for SYSADMIN and GUEST but I do not know what the default passwords are for all the other accounts to use in the above command. I have searched Metalink and this forum and I am not able to find the default passwords for the seeded accounts such as AUTOINSTALL, WIZARD, etc.
I would appreciate it if someone could provide this information or point me in the right direction.

Hi,
The best security practice it to disable these account (except for SYSADMIN, and GUEST and some other accounts), and this is exactly what you did. So, auditors should not bother you about the password change as long as those accounts are disabled.
I am not sure about the default password of those accounts but I assume it is same as the username.

Copy file on application server with codepage changed

Hello Gurus,
I need to copy an existing *.csv file on the application server to a different location as a *.txt file with the code page UTF-8 /8400/ in the background.
Example:
I have a file with the name is: 'new.csv' in the DIR: '/SERVER/NEW'.
I need to convert the file to 'UTF-8' and copy to DIR: '/SERVER/ARCHIVE' with the name: 'archive.txt'
I was able to get the file via FM: DX_FILE_READ into an internal table. Now I tried to use GUI_UPLOAD, but failed due to the fact the GUI_UPLOAD will just upload a file from PC to an internal table. Additionally I need to run the report in background. So the FG: SFES will not do.
Could you please give me a hint on this?

Unable to transfer applications and music after changing from iphone 3GS to iphone 4

I just switced from an uphone 3GS to and iphone 4. Before doing so i ran a backup on my iphone 3GS. after getting the iphone 4 i ran a restore.
Most of the settings are in tact except i no longer have any applications or music.
Please advise how i can restore these settings as well.

Did you use the same account settings for your new phone? Did you check if there are any restrictions set for app installation in Settings/General/Restrictions?
Restoring from a backup does not include the music files or apps. You'll have to select them again and sync. Only app data and settings are part of the backup. See what else is saved here: iPhone and iPod touch: About backups

Application Expiration time message change

Hi,
I would like to disply our own custom message when Web Dynpro application expires the time instead of displaying standard message "The Web Dynpro application 'MyWDApp' has expired. Please restart the application. Use the Refresh entry in the iView tray or use the browser Refresh button to restart the iView. ".

Application don't permit changes in the system preferences

My name is Maíra and I'm looking for help to have my internet installed. Actually, the problem is: I can't change anything in the network (system preferences). The signal is in the air but my computer can't regonize that. This is happening since I had an application from T-mobile installed. I tryed to restart the computer pressing shift and pressing controloption+pr and nothing changed.
What should I do?

I believe that icloud requires OS 10.7, your post indicates that you have 10.6.8.

ALSA - Applications restart after output change

Hello!
I am trying to understand an issue I'm having with audio which I find quite annoying and would like, if possible, to implement a fix for this. However, I need help understanding.
The problem I see is that whenever I plug in my USB head set or unplug it, although my udev rules to change the output source work fine, I am forced to restart the application. Take for example Chrome, if I had my headset connected when I opened it and disconnect after to reproduce a video on YouTube, it won't play on the speakers unless I close Chromium and re open it.
Any clues on what could the problem be?

Floor Plan Manager Webdynpro Java Application : Error Message area change

Hello Experts,
We have a Java Webdynpro Application inside the ESS business package ,delivered by SAP .
Is there anyway we can control the Error message area at the top of the Java webdynpro applications using the configuration controller without changing the source code for a particular Java webdynpro application???
I like to bold the error messsage and change the text color in the SAP Portal.
If not possible using the configuration controller, what are steps that we need follow to do this change.
Any help will be appreciated.

This cannot be done through personalization or any configuration.
If you want to change look and feel of error message then assuming these are personal information applications....you will be required to make changes to ess~per DC in NWDI or application specific DC in NWDI.
Still I believe...in web dynpro java....it will not be possible to change look and feel of standard error message area

Problem in Webcenter Portal application with High Availability changes

Jdeveloper Version: 11.1.1.5
JROCKET
MDS is pointing to IBM/DB2 database.
Weblogic Domain 10.3 with 1 cluster - 2 manage servers.
BigIP - Load Balancing
Database: IBM DB2
I am facing below issues in webcenter portal application after making high availability changes.
1. "A connection to the server has failed" Status - 12152
12031
404
2. Because of Inactivity, session is timeout - ADF_FACES_30108 exception.
The above exceptions are occuring randomly in the application. It occurs either at login page or inside the application clicking on any link/button.

Fixed "Because of Inactivity.." popup message by adding more tokens. The PS4 Webcenter portal application default value for CLIENT_STATE_MAX_TOKENS is 3, we increased to 15 that fixed the popup message.
There was another popup message "Connection to the server failed, with status = 404, 12152..., which resulted in a bug in the product. The PortletServletContextListener was throwing classcastexception and that was causing this popup message.
Once again, we have noticed these popup messages only when we tried to make our application high available.

You can modify the <b>layout.css.devPixelsPerPx</b> and increase or decrease the value in 0.1 or 0.05 steps to adjust the size of fonts and other elements in Firefox.
*The layout.css.devPixelsPerPx pref is a String value parsed to a float and allows to fine tune the dimensions of all elements (user interface and web pages) more precisely (resolution 0.1 or 0.05).
*You can use values between 0.05 and 1.0 to reduce elements in size or use values greater than 1.0 to magnify and make elements larger (percentage divided by DPI, % / DPI).
If the web pages needs to be adjusted after changing this pref then you can look at Default FullZoom Level or NoSquint.
