Generating pivot table

Question

I have an xml as given below :

I want to represent thids in a Pivot structure .Something like this :
==============New======Submitted=====Cancelled=====Total
IpLocation==============================================
NewYork========2============1============0===========3==
DC============ 1============1============1===========3==
Total==========3============2============1===========6==
here, the numbers actually represent the count of products in each location acoording to status.
Is it possible for me to further filter thr products within the PIvot.Like i just want to see the count for 'sansui'?.

But can I have a filter for a specific Product on this pivot, so that i can see only the count of aparticular product.
