Get PricingConditions values from PricingConditionPanel class method?

Hi,
The class PricingConditionPanel returns the arraylist of the pricing onditions on the item with method getPricingConditions(); through the interface PricingContainer.
I am able to get the values in the arraylist returned by the class. It actually i think points to the object of the class PricingCondtion. It returns the size of the array same as it it there in the pricing panel in Order.jsp page. Two inetfaces are there linked:
IPCPricingConditionSet
IPCPricingCondition[]
I want to get the value of Discount added to the item due to the campaign key addded to the item of sales order.
constructors for both the classes are:
PricingConditionPanel(   PricingContainer  pricingContainer,
                                     boolean isSAPEventActive,
                                     UIContext uiContext)
PricingCondition(PricingConditionPanel pricingConditionPanel,
                         IPCPricingCondition ipcPricingCondition, UIContext uiContext)
Kindly help me to link with the both the Classes.
Please find the code below:
ipcItemReference.setDocumentId(docID);
ipcItemReference.setItemId(itemID);
ipcItemReference.setConnectionKey(connectionKey);
IPCItem ipcItem = ipcClient.getIPCItem(ipcItemReference);
PricingContainer prContainer = new PricingItem(ipcItem);
UIContext uiContextObj = new  UIContext();
PricingConditionPanel priceCondPanel = new PricingConditionPanel(prContainer, true, uiContextObj);
IPCPricingConditionSet IPCPricingCondSet = prContainer.getPricingConditions();
IPCPricingCondition[] ipcPricingCond = IPCPricingCondSet.getPricingConditions();
log.error("Pricing cond set: "+IPCPricingCondSet.getAvailableConditionTypeNames().getDescriptions());
ArrayList alPriceCondPanel = new ArrayList();
alPriceCondPanel = priceCondPanel.getPricingConditions();
int alPriceSize = alPriceCondPanel.size();
log.error("Size of array for prices: "+alPriceSize);
Iterator itrPriceCondPanel = alPriceCondPanel.iterator();
int m = 0;
int n = 0;
while (itrPriceCondPanel.hasNext()) {
     m++;
     log.error("Element" + m + " is : " + itrPriceCondPanel.next().toString());
     log.error("Element "+n+" value is: "+alPriceCondPanel.get(n).toString());

                    log.error("Condition description for element "+i+" is: "+ipcCondition.getDescription());
                    log.error("Condition type name for element "+i+" is :"+ipcCondition.getConditionTypeName());
                    if (ipcCondition.getConditionTypeName().equalsIgnoreCase("ZCM1"))
                      String condValue = ipcCondition.getConditionValue();
                      String condTypeName = ipcCondition.getConditionTypeName();
                      String ipcCondRate = ipcCondition.getConditionRate();
                      String ipcCondDesc = ipcCondition.getDescription();
                      log.error("Condition value: "+condValue);
                      log.error("Condition type name: "+condTypeName);
                      log.error("Condition rate: "+ipcCondRate);
                      log.error("Condition Description: "+ipcCondDesc);

    Hi,
    1) this foum provides means to format/tag code, no need to manually add -tags
    2) by default, classname start with a capital letter, method names with a lower case letter
    3) where do you want to get the time value to Elist.a? During addEvent()?
    4) what do you want to do with the time value of each event? Sum all values up to make a an overall sum?
    5) where do you want to compare the time value(s)?
    To put it in one sentence: please be more specific with your description and answer.

  • How to get array values from one class to another

    Supposing i have:
    - a class for the main()
    - another for the superclass
    And i want to create a subclass that does some function on an array object of the the superclass, how can i do so from this new subclass while keeping the original element values?
    Note: The values in the array are randomly generated integers, and it is this which is causing my mind in failing to comprehend a solution.
    Any ideas?

    If the array is declared as protected or public in the superclass you can directly access it using its identifier. If not, maybe the superclass can expose the array via some getter method.
    If this functionality can be generified (or is generic enough) to apply to all subclasses of the superclass the method should be moved to the superclass to avoid having to reproduce it in all the subclasses.

    Hello Jayakumar
    Usually the attributes of standard exception classes are defines as <b>public</b> and <b>read-only</b>. Thus, you should be able to use the following coding:
    DATA:
      go_error   TYPE REF TO cx_bapi_error.  " specific exception class !!!
    TRY.
    RAISE EXCEPTION TYPE cx_bapi_error
    EXPORTING
    textid = cx_bapi_error=>cx_bo_error
    class_name = 'ZHS_'
    log_no = wa_bapi_return-log_no
    log_msg_no = wa_bapi_return-log_msg_no
    t100_msgid = wa_bapi_return-id
    t100_msgno = wa_bapi_return-number
    t100_msgv1 = wa_bapi_return-message_v1
    t100_msgv2 = wa_bapi_return-message_v2
    t100_msgv3 = wa_bapi_return-message_v3
    t100_msgv4 = wa_bapi_return-message_v4
    STATUS = lt_status.
    CATCH cx_bapi_error INTO go_error.
    gd_text = go_error->get_text( ).
    WRITE: go_error->t100_msgid,  " perhaps the attributes have different name
                go_error->t100_msgno, " check attribute names in SE24
    EXIT.
    ENDTRY.

  • Htmlb:get the values from bean n display it in textView

    Hi,
    I am doing one PDK application using jspdyn page. In jsp page I am using htmlb to display the table. In that I am using one text view element. There I need to get the values from bean class.And display it in a table.
    Can anyone help me how can use the textView inside htmlb to retrieve the values from bean.
    Thanks & Regards
    Vineela

    hi vineela,
    For the textView, in the text value write the code  <%=myBean.getStr()%>
    where myBean will be your bean class and getStr() is the method in the bean class whcih returns value which needs to be displayed on the screen.
    Thanks

  • How to get value from Thread Run Method

    I want to access a variable from the run method of a Thread externally in a class or in a method. Even though I make the variable as public /public static, I could get the value till the end of the run method only. After that it seems that scope of the variable gets lost resulting to null value in the called method/class..
    How can I get the variable with the value?
    This is sample code:
    public class SampleSynchronisation
    public static void main(String df[])
    sampleThread sathr= new sampleThread();
    sathr.start();
    System.out.println("This is the value from the run method "+sathr.x);
    /* I should get Inside the run method::: But I get only Inside */
    class sampleThread extends Thread
         public String x="Inside";
         public void run()
              x+="the run method";

    I think this is what you're looking for. I hold up main(), waiting for the results to be concatenated to the String.
    public class sampsynch
        class SampleThread extends Thread
         String x = "Inside";
         public void run() {
             x+="the run method";
             synchronized(this) {
              notify();
        public static void main(String[] args) throws InterruptedException {
         SampleThread t = new sampsynch().new SampleThread();
         t.start();
         synchronized(t) {
             t.wait();
         System.out.println(t.x);
    }

    NB: if i write the variable in to a file I am able to read it from external method. This I dont want to do

    We want to access a variable from the run method of a
    Thread externally in a class or in a method. I presume you mean a member variable of the thread class and not a local variable inside the run() method.
    Even
    though I make the variable as public /public static, I
    could get the value till the end of the run method
    only. After that scope of the variable gets lost
    resulting to null value in the called method/class..
    I find it easier to implement the Runnable interface rather than extending a thread. This allows your class to extend another class (ie if you extend thread you can't extend something else, but if you implement Runnable you have the ability to inherit from something). Here's how I would write it:
    public class SampleSynchronisation
      public static void main(String[] args)
        SampleSynchronisation app = new SampleSynchronisation();
      public SampleSynchronisation()
        MyRunnable runner = new MyRunnable();
        new Thread(runner).start();
        // yield this thread so other thread gets a chance to start
        Thread.yield();
        System.out.println("runner's X = " + runner.getX());
      class MyRunnable implements Runnable
        String X = null;
        // this method called from the controlling thread
        public synchronized String getX()
          return X;
        public void run()
          System.out.println("Inside MyRunnable");
          X = "MyRunnable's data";
      } // end class MyRunnable
    } // end class SampleSynchronisation>
    public class SampleSynchronisation
    public static void main(String df[])
    sampleThread sathr= new sampleThread();
    sathr.start();
    System.out.println("This is the value from the run
    method "+sathr.x);
    // I should get Inside the run method::: But I get
    only Inside
    class sampleThread extends Thread
    public String x="Inside";
    public void run()
    x+="the run method";
    NB: if i write the variable in to a file I am able to
    read it from external method. This I dont want to do

    If getValue() returns null, you need to trace the execution of the code and figure out which sequence of code is leading to the return of null. This method looks complex - a lot of if statements. If you do not have a debugger, put System.out.println statements inside the method to figure out what's going on.

  • Swing: when trying to get the values from a JTable inside an event handler

    Hi,
    I am trying to write a graphical interface to compute the Gauss Elimination procedure for solving linear systems. The class for computing the output of a linear system already works fine on console mode, but I am fighting a little bit to make it work with Swing.
    I put two buttons (plus labels) and a JTextField . The buttons have the following role:
    One of them gets the value from the JTextField and it will be used to the system dimension. The other should compute the solution. I also added a JTable so that the user can type the values in the screen.
    So whenever the user hits the button Dimensiona the program should retrieve the values from the table cells and pass them to a 2D Array. However, the program throws a NullPointerException when I try to
    do it. I have put the code for copying this Matrix inside a method and I call it from the inner class event handler.
    I would thank you very much for the help.

  • Get properties value from a bean

    Hello
    I just began with JSF and have a problem. I konw how to save and get properties value into/from a bean from/into a jsf page. But how can I get the values from a other java class? I would like to get the properties from the bean A and use them in the class B and write them at the end back into the bean. What would be the easiest way for this?
    Thank you for the help!
    Best regards, mike

    Depending on the scope of your bean (request/session), have a look to the related method (getSessionMap or getRequestMap ) from ExternalContext class (accesible from FacesContext.getCurrentInstance)

  • How to get multiple values from the list

    I've a list of an item which I queried it from the database. I also created a button that will takes a selected items from the list when it was clicked. I used javabean to get the data from database.
    <%     // clicked on Select District Button
    Vector vselectedDistrict = new Vector();
    Vector vdistrictID = new Vector();
    String tmpSelectDistrict = "";
    tmpSelectDistrict = request.getParameter("bSelectDistrict");
    if(tmpSelectDistrict != null)
         // get multiple values from the list
         String[] selectedDistrict = request.getParameterValues("usrTDistrict");
         vselectedDistrict.clear();
         vdistrictID.clear();
         if((selectedDistrict != null) && (selectedDistrict.length != 0))
                             for(int i=0;i<selectedDistrict.length;i++)
                   vselectedDistrict.addElement(selectedDistrict);
              vdistrictID = dbaseInfo.getcurrentDistrictID(nstate,vselectedDistrict);
              for(int i=0;i<vdistrictID.size();i++)
                   out.println("district = " + selectedDistrict[i]);                         out.println("district ID= " + vdistrictID.get(i).toString());
    %>
    // get vdistrict from the database here......
    <select name="usrTDistrict" size="5" multiple>
    <%     for(int i = 0; i< vdistrict.size(); i++)
    %>
         <option value="<%=vdistrict.get(i).toString()%>"><%=vdistrict.get(i).toString()%></option>
    <%
    %>
    </select>
    <input type="submit" name="bSelectDistrict" value="Select District">
    Lets say the item that i selected from the list is 'Xplace' and I clicked on the Select District button,
    what I got is this error message:
    org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to convert string 'Xplace' to class java.util.Vector for attribute usrTDistrict: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Property Editor not registered with the PropertyEditorManager
    So where is going wrong and what the message means?. Any help very much appreciated. Thanks

    These are just guesses that might hopefully steer you in directions you haven't looked in yet.
    I presume you used triangle brackets (< >) to avoid having the Jive Forum think it was the "italics" tag?
    Are you certain this: dbaseInfo.getcurrentDistrictID(nstate,vselectedDistrict);
    expects a Vector as its second parameter? And returns a Vector?
    I don't believe you've shown how you use the javabean, or its code? Perhaps it should be rewritten to accept an array of strings instead of a Vector?
