Getting the CC $29.99 offer with a CS4 Student serial number is possible - but not online? Help!

I spent a long time on hold after called the Australian Adobe help number - 1800 016 837. Eventually, I was internally transferred to a Customer Service Rep who kindly informed me that I do have CS4 registered to my Adobe ID and that I can upgrade to a non-student CC (with the $29.99 per month offer) from my student CS4 in Australia. However I can't do this online, I need to apply through a Customer Service Rep (but not her because she was in the States), or through web chat. I was given a UK number to call (?) - and can't for the life of me be connected to a live web chat. every link I have found to web chat takes me back to the support options for the forums. So please, please, please - can an Adobe staff member contact me and help me.

It there a way to get the wi-fi mac address from an iPad's serial number

our school seems to have misplaced on of it's iPads. I have the serial number listed, but not the wi-fi mac address. our wireless network displays the wi-fi mac address, so the serial number doe snot help me in this instance.
is it possible to get the devices wi-fi mac address if I only have the serial number available?
the school does not have any iTunes account associated with the iPads since they are configured with the apple configurator and pushed down profiles. using this procedure, it is not necessary for the school to assign an apple ID to them.
is here someone whom I can contact for this information?

You download the installer then launch it.
Then you enter the serial number when prompted by the installer.

I cannot get the sound working on my nearly new Ipad. It originally worked. But not anymore

Assuming that you havn't turned the volume right down, have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the iPod and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound. Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. The only thing I can see strange is that when I login my iCloud account through my principal email address, when I check my preferences is marked an @me.com address that is old and I don't use it anymore, but I can't erase it or even change it.

Buy another hard drive. They're cheap these days.
In fact, buy a couple of 'em. I recommend a minimum of five internal hard drives.

AirPlay Mirroring is supported on your Mac, but it needs OS X Mountain Lion (10.8). See > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5404
You have two possibilities:
1. Make a backup, open App Store and purchase Mountain Lion to upgrade to this OS X. Then, you will find the AirPlay Mirroring icon at the top right of the display, on the menu bar, or on System Preferences > Displays.
2. Keep OS X Lion and use AirParrot > http://www.airparrot.com
Both options work properly, but I recommend AirPlay Mirroring as it doesn't need a third-party program

Count me in as having the same problem. I have been leaving messages in the iTunes for Mac forum where others in there also are having problems. I have been unable to access my account since 11/7/2007. E-mails with Apple have not worked and now I haven't heard back from them since Saturday. I have tried both on a Mac and Windows machine and keep receiving the same error message that:
This Apple ID has not yet been used with iTunes.
I last purchased music with this account on 10/30/2007. I even tried resetting my password, changing my account info, trying on a computer with iTunes 7.4, etc. I have money in that account and 150 songs and 5-6 tv shows that I cannot access. I also just purchased a new computer and cannot sync my iPod with this computer since these songs will not transfer.
Apple really needs a phone number for technical support. Having to deal with e-mails back and forth (and waiting a day for each e-mail) is not a good business practice. Hopefully they will have a phone number in the future.
Either way, count me in on getting annoyed that a week later, this issue has not been fixed.

No, the old album list view is not an option in iTunes 11...
You can restore much of the look & feel of the previous version with these shortcuts:
ALT to temporarily display the menu bar
CTRL+B to show or hide the menu bar
CTRL+S to show or hide the sidebar
CTRL+/ to show or hide the status bar (won't hide for me on Win XP)
Click the magnifying glass top right and untick Search Entire Library to restore the old search behaviour
Use View > Hide <Media Kind> in the cloud or Edit > Preferences > Store and untick Show iTunes in the cloud purchases to hide the cloud items. The second method eliminates the cloud status column (and may let iTunes start up more quickly)
If you don't like having different coloured background & text in the Album view use Edit > Preferences > General and untick Use custom colours for open albums, movies, etc.
If you still feel the need to roll back to iTunes 10.7 first download a copy of the 32 bit installer or 64 bit installer as appropriate, uninstall iTunes and supporting software, i.e. Apple Application Support & Apple Mobile Device Support. Reboot. Restore the pre-upgrade version of your library database as per the diagram below, then install iTunes 10.7.
See iTunes Folder Watch for a tool to scan the media folder and catch up with any changes made since the backup file was created.

Have you tried resetting your iPad?
Reset: Press the Home and On/Off buttons at the same time and hold them until the Apple logo appears (about 10-15 seconds).
No data will be lost.
