Getting wrong letters when tracking german email into CRM 2015 online

I have a german user that when he is tracking an e-mail into our CRM 2015 Online the special german letters gets changes.
"für" changes into "für" 
Any suggestions why this is and what can be done?

Today's update.
According to the Order Tracker-
Apparently, as of Friday the 10th of August, my BT Infinity 2 service installation was completed. Funny, I don't remember an OpenReach engineer breaking in and installing an Infinity wall-plate, and setting up my non-delivered and thus non-existent HH3!
Also, about an hour ago from this post time, around 1600hrs on Wednesday the 15th of August, my "New" Evening and Weekend Calling Package went "Live". I believe I have had that package all along. One of my gripes was that I was taken off the Anytime Package.
Hang on! What's this that came in the post earlier today? Dated the 10th of August - I am being informed that my "Unlimited Anytime Plan" is being set up. Cool! Ah, no completion date, but I was told over the phone, on the 10th, that it will have gone live by midnight of the 10th.
So, have I got it, or not? Any of it?
So. Still no second Infinity line.
Yes I know, some of you poor buggers cannot even get Infinity, but thanks to my Lodger and the general incompetence of one BT department or another, neither can I!
I am posting this over my trusty 1Mbps ADS2+ line, while trying to download a 3.2GB disc image from MS TechNET. Apparently, it is going to take me nearly 10 hours at the current speed. I have at least five more large images to download.
Oh boy...

    I use yahoo for my email account and have this acocunt set up on my ipad.  I have folders that I use.  When I moved emails into a folder on my ipad and went to retrieve them at a later date they were deleted.  I accessed my yahoo account from my computer and they weren't there.  When I opened the folder on my ipad the email was there for a second and then it checked for updates and the emails disappeared.

    iCloud doesn't back up your emails on iCloud. If you have Mail turned on in Settings > iCloud, it just means that you are using your @icloud.com or @me.com mail account on the iPad. In this case, all the mails you receive onto the iCloud mail address are stored on iCloud. iCloud uses IMAP, so if you delete a mail from one device or computer, it will be deleted from all other computers and devices.   • Apple Bluetooth keyboard shows the wrong letters when pressed

    Hi,
    My apple bluetooth keyboard shows the wrong letters when I write on it. If I press "c", the letter "d" shows on the screen instead. The bottom row of letters mimicks the row just above. I've tried unpairing and paring the keyboard again with my computer and my ipad. Same error. Tried resetting the pram and the smc and it still doesn't work. Changed the batteries in the keyboard and no change. I've removed some plist file (com.apple.BezelService) and its lock file like someone recommended in a youtube video. I've also checked the keyboard settings and can't find anything that seems weird.
    Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix it or do I have to buy a new keyboard?

    Before you buy a new one, take it to an Apple store (if one is near you) and have them look at it.

    We recently upgraded the CRM form 2011 on premise to MS CRM 2015 online.
    We are facing the issue in Email Templates navigation in MS CRM 2015 online version as mentioned below.
    SETTINGS-->TEMPLATES-->Email Templates getting the following error message.
    I have deleted all the email templates in DEV instance but still this error occurred.
    Please help how to resolve this issue. Its very urgent.

  • Can CRM 2015 Online use the CRM 2013 Email Router?

    We are trying to plan our upgrade to CRM 2015 Online from CRM 2013 Online. We currently use the CRM 2013 Email Router and want to know if we need to upgrade the email router immediately after the CRM server is upgraded or if we could wait a short period
    of time. I searched but could not find any information on the Email Router compatibility. Does anyone have any information?

    Why are you using the email router if your Exchange Server is also Online?  Dynamics CRM Online has Server Sync built in so it will directly communicate to Exchange Online.  Much better solution than rolling up an email Router. 
    Also, if you don't have access to the Exchange server, I' doubt there's much you can do, since you don't have all the tools you need to troubleshoot the issue.

    Tried a new keyboard and still get skips, double letters, and wrong letters non adjacent to the intended key.

    Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and see if the problem persists there.  If not then reboot normally and try again.

  • Why do i get "wrong password" when i try to log on to the wifi on my ipad 3?

    I have 2 laptops, 2 ipones (5 and 4s, running on ver 6.1.4), an ipad mini and an ipad 3 in my home.
    I'm using my wifi successfuly with every device except for my ipad 3.
    on the "wireless" tab, i can see the network, i'm trying to type the password but i keep on getting "wrong password".
    The ipad can use wifi in other places with passwords.
    I checked how im writing and tried to type again on other devices, that's not the problem. Its not a problem with capitals or o-0 or something like that.
    I've tried reseting the network settings,  reseting my router, reseting my ipad (pressing "off button" + "home button"). I've tried changing password on my router, without succuess.
    that is really annoing, you're paying a lot for something that's suppose to work perfectly, and you get problems like that.
    I really need wifi on my ipad, and I've searched forums all over the internet for a solution. it turnes out that a lot of people are experiencing the same problem, whitout a proper solution.
    please help

    Restore the iOS software.
    Transfer purchases into iTunea, backup your iPad, restore to factory settings, restore from the backup and sync with iTunes and then try again.

  • How do you get your password when the recovery email is no longer your email account?

    I can not remember my apple I'd password and the email address that I used to have no longer exists so they send the information there and I can't get it. When I answer the security question it doesn't correspond although I am pretty sure I know my birthdate. How do I access my apple I'd so I can update my apps. I even created another ID but that one doesn't come up when updating

    Did you create an entirely new ID or did you just change the Gmail address to a new email address on your existing ID?

    Use one of the previous accounts that you activated in this iPad or use another iOS device to activate the new one.

  • Outlook 2013 expands wrong subfolder when rules move email

    Running Outlook 2013, Windows 7 Pro, exchange email with Office 365 directly from Microsoft.
    No other accounts attached.
    I have set rules for email from some senders to go to certain subfolders in my inbox.
    Email is sorted by date received.
    When a new email arrives and is sent to the correct subfolder and indicated by the number of unread emails in the left hand column.
    when I open the folder for that sender, Outlook expands the subfolder for 2 days previously, not todays subfolder where the new email resides.
    I set each folder completely collapsed when I leave that folder.
    This is persistent and repeatable.
    For example, I have a folder called "Purchasing" with a subfolder in it called "Apple stuff".  When a rule sends a new email to the "Apple stuff" subfolder a small blue number "1" appears beside the "Apple
    stuff" subfolder.  Assuming today is Tuesday - When I open the "Apple stuff" subfolder the "Date:Today" folder is collapsed, the Date:Yesterday" folder is collapsed, but the "Date:Sunday" folder is expanded. I have
    to collapse the "Date:Sunday" folder and open the "Date:Today" folder to see the new email.

    I'm not able to reproduce this issue on my Outlook 2013, Today and other Dates are all expanded by default.
    I'm wondering whether this issue was caused by some 3rd-party add-ins or a corrupted view. We can perform the steps below to troubleshoot this issue:
    1. Start Outlook in Safe Mode. Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the blank box, press Enter.
    If then the problem is gone, disable the suspicious add-ins in Outlook to verify which one caused the issue.
    2. We can start Outlook with the switch "/cleanviews". This will restore default views, all custom views you created will be lost. Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /cleanviews" in the blank box, press Enter.
    Check the result and hopefully we can fix it.

    As part of one-to-one email integration with Outlook SAP provides an option to set up email transfer in Microsoft Outlook, which creates in Outlook corresponding "SAP CRM  E-Mail Transfer" folder. This folder then can be used to put emails into it other than those in the inbox (for example, emails sent from Outlook) and subsequently have them transferred into CRM.
    Unfortunately such an option is not available for Lotus Notes, but it is exactly what we need. Could you please provide your advice on how it would be possible to set up email transfer from Lotus Notes to CRM (other than Inbox)? Is it technically feasible to develop a custom solution for it?

    With server-side sync it is expected that emails sent
    from CRM do not appear in the users Sent Items in Outlook. The whole point of
    server-side sync is that a Outlook is not required and that the flow of emails
    is from CRM to the outgoing email server which may or may not be Exchange.<o:p></o:p>
    As you have found for items to appear in Sent Items it is
    best to use CRM for Outlook sync.<o:p></o:p>

    In a web search about this, I saw a suggestion to try using the AdBlock or NoScript add-ons to filter out possible ad server interference. AdBlock is easier to use than NoScript, so if you're inclined to try an add-on, try AdBlock first.
    Also, it might go away when Yahoo tweaks their site again...

  • Getting 5506 error when trying to sign into Home Sharing

    I had to get a new ID. It took a while because I kept getting redo information constantly. When I got my password figured out, Home Sharing would not accept my id and password, or except one but not the other. What is the 5506 error, and is there anything I can do about it.

    I received this email from Apple and this corrected the problem for me...  I only had to reset the iTunes cache
    1) Open iTunes
    2) At the top menu, click File > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences on a Mac)
    3) In the Preferences menu, click the Advanced tab
    4) In the Advanced menu, you should see a button that says "Reset Cache". Please click this button.

  • Repeatedly getting "Bad Request" when trying to log into paypal...

    Since the last FF update occasionally when I go to log into my Paypal account instead of reaching the log in page I get a "Bad Request" message.
    If I clear my cache and cookies and then go back to the log in page everything works. But then any current sessions I was in (gmail, forums etc.) are logged out and I have to re-log in to them, very annoying.
    Please tell me this problem is being addressed? When I get this "Bad Request" message I can go to safari or opera and everything is working fine, so I am fairly sure the problem here is in Firefox, not with Paypal.

    Yesss.s... as you might have noted in my original question:

    The problem is... that's only a temporary solution, the problem keeps coming back.
    However I have not tried the offline storage cache clear, will try now hopefully that permanently fixes the issue.
