"Ghost" help balloons when using ClientValidator

I have written a custom Validator, that does both server- and client-side validation of an input field. For some reason, it is causing "ghost" tooltip balloons to pop up for the fields that use the validator. In other words, when you tab into the field that uses the Validator, an empty balloon appears pointing to that field. This is the same balloon that would contain any help text (i.e. the contents of the ShortDesc property). But, the ShortDesc property is empty for these fields.
It appears to be related to the use of client-side validation. If I simply remove the ClientValidator class from the "implements" clause in the Java class that I wrote, these empty balloons go away (and, of course, I no longer get client-side validation). So, it is something related to the client-side implementation. I can't seem to figure out what piece is causing the empty balloons, though! I've tried commenting out all of the JavaScript I generate and send to the client, or just returning 'null', but that doesn't seem to work. Only removing the ClientValidator from the implements clause makes the balloons disappear.
EDIT: After more testing, it appears that this may be only an issue with MSIE7. These empty balloons do not appear in Chrome v17, or FireFox v9.
I'm hoping someone has some suggestions I can try, as these are really annoying from a UI standpoint (and our users are on MSIE7, of course!).

Hi,
did you try with IE8 or a later version of IE? If it shows there then it would be good to have a test case. Note that for you to get immediate help the recommendation is to go through customer support. If I look at the test case (which would be an option) then if there is a bug to file, it wont be published for external viewers.

The name of file for Converted data is a system generated combination of your Project subproject and object followed by lsmw.conv as Project_Subproject_Object.lsmw.conv
System has set a limit of a maximum of 45 characters. It the file name exceeds 45 characters, the system will throw the error.
Just rename the file such that it is with in the 45 charcter limit....you will be fine

[Help] Error when using Form Builder

When using Form Builder to create a new form from TEMPLATE.fmb, there is an error like this:
FRM-18108:Failed to load the following objects:

Then, I found an file incuding the error message in the directory where I placed the TEMPLATE.fmb and APPSTAND.fmb.

PS: I have intalled the Oracle EBS VIS, and the OS is WinXP(ZHS).

You have to connect with a database user who has right to select on the table.

What's This Help crashing when using RoboHelp's HtmlHelp API

I followed all the instructions described in the RoboHelp
developer help file. The correct initialisation at the InitInstance
of the application
is called using the CSHInitialize(szHelpPath, TRUE). Then, I
registered the dialog for the "What's This?" help, using the
SHRegisterDialog(...) API. When I right click the mouse on any
control in the dialog I always end up with a crash reporting the
following error:
"The exception unknown software exception (0x0000005) occurred
in the application at location 0x4b78d471".
When we debugged the problem we got the following message in
the debugger which indicates that the crash is happining in the
hhctrl.ocx library:
"Unhandled exception at 0x4b78d471 (hhctrl.ocx) in hoblinkl.exe;
0x0000005: Access violation reading location 0x00000000"
In the meantime another image illustrates the call stack
right before the crash (message not included).
Note that for this application, we have the resouces loaded
from a resource DLL. However, we were told that the help file was
generated using these resource DLLs. We used this dialog as a
testing platform because it is one of the simplest dialogs without
the complexities of property pages etc., which do load certain
dialog resources dynamically.
However, to further test the problem, we implemented the
context sensitive help on a more complex dialog using the standard
HtmlHelp Api, where we are passing an array containing the mappings
between the IDs and the Help topics (for now the mapping is fixed
to one topic ID for simplicity) and I managed to make the context
sensitive help work (not through the What's this menu but rather
through the '?' button at the top right corner of the dialog.) The
proper context help topic is displayed according to the mapped ID.
Has anybody faced this problem and is there a solution for
it? ;

Unfortunately the update did not help. Using the field-level
help in the dialog always ends up with a crash reporting the above
error.

Need help with internal HD memory problems when using Premiere Pro?

When using PP I keep loosing memory on my HD.
Now this seems strange to me since I have every thing, all my video and audio files on external HDs.
Each time I time I make a new project I end up with less space on my internal HD.
Information related to these projects is somehow remaining on my internal HD.
Anyone got any ideas about what I might be doing wrong?

Premiere will slowly compile various files to help the project along, and the default place is usually your internal hard drive. Make sure your scratch disks are pointed to an external hard drive if that is what you want, also, make sure the Media Cache Files are being created on your external as well (and not the default location which is on your local drive).
Premiere Preferences > Media
Media Cache Files & Media Cache Database should be changed to an external disk if you don't want them created on your local disk. There are many tutorials and explanations about all of these aspects of Premiere on these forums and from other sources. Hope that helps!

I resend some emails regularly with only slight changes to the email so I usually do a "reply all" or "forward" . Recently I cannot see the text in the body of the emails using FireFox, however I can see the complete email when using FireFox mobile or Internet Explorer. Any ideas what is causing the problem and how to fix it? I have tried to copy and paste the text into a new email but that didn't work.
I am using Windows 7 SP1 Home Premium and FireFox 37.0.1

I uninstalled Adobe reader, then did the rest of your suggestions but the problem remains. It is only with 3 emails that get resent daily with slight changes to the text. It is like most of the text has been removed from the email.

Nobody can tell you anything without proper system info or other technical details. The standard answer with all text issues simply is, that you have a "bad font" on your system and need to get rid of it.
