GL account description different

Hi Guys,
I have some postings that on the description field is not pick up the gl account description but the asset number.
Does anyone know how can I solve it?

Account Description Case stmt

Hello All,
Business wants to display account id and account description concatanated together with an '-' seperating them. Account id and Account desc are two different columns.
So far it looks fairly simple as we need to just concatenate the two columns with an '-' in the middle. But some account id's does not have descriptions so to get there i used a simple case statement but it seems to be not working
case when "GL Account Hierarchy"."Level 12 Account Description" is Null then "GL Account Hierarchy"."Level 12 Account Id" else "GL Account Hierarchy"."Level 12 Account ID || '-' || "GL Account Hierarchy"."Level 12 Account Description" end
it does concatene the account id's and descriptions like this 124 - Account which is good but it displays just 124 - in the cases when account desc is null which is not what i want. I want to be displayed just as 124.
My case stmt logic seems to be correct or i might be something obvious which i am not able to identify. Please advice

*Symptom*
You want to be able to display offsetting account information in the line item display.
This is not possible in the standard system.
*Other terms*
FBL1, FBL3, FBL5, RFEPOS00, GET_GKONT, FBL1N, FBL3N, FBL5N
*Reason and Prerequisites*
No standard functionality
*Solution*
The solution requires the use of Business Transaction Events (previously: 'OPEN FI - Event) and, therefore, is not a modification.
Procedure:
1. Define fields RFPOS-GKONT and RFPOS-GKART.
Prior to Release 4.6x
If the fields do not yet exist in the structure RFPOS:
Use Transaction SE11 to display structure RFPOS.
Choose Go to -> 'Append structures'.
Specify a new name (e.g. ZZAS) in the customer namespace,
and create the following fields:
            FIELD            DATA ELEMENT
          ZZGKONT              GKONT
          ZZGKART              GKART
After saving, enter a customer development class (for example Z001).
Then activate the structure.
As of Release 4.6x
Implement Note 217189 in your system, if it has not already been
applied by means of one of the following Support Packages:
                RELEASE    PACKAGENAME
                4.6B      SAPKH46B08
                4.6C       SAPKH46C01
2. You can use function module LINE_ITEMS_GET_GKONT.
If this module is not available in the system, proceed as follows:

3. Call Transaction FIBF.
Choose 'Settings -> Products -> ...of a customer'
You can choose the product name and the description at will.
Set the 'active' indicator and save.
Go to Settings --> P/S modules -->
...of a customer, and add the following entry:
Event:              00001650
Product:            Product name from item 3
Lnd/Appl:          blank
Function module:    Module name from item 2
Save the entry.
4. In addition, you need to create a variant containing the offsetting
account information:
Prior to Release 4.6x
You can define special fields in Customizing (FAKP: Menu: Account -->
Display Items --> Special Fields) that show the offsetting account
information. You do this by adding the fields from item 1 to the
variant. All functions such as search, sort, summarize are available.
After Release 4.6x
Call the line item display and start ist.
Via button 'Change Layout' or
'Settings --> Display Variant --> Current', copy the offsetting
account information to the display variant.
Save this variant under any name.
All functions such as search, sort, summarize are available.

Change iCloud Account Description

I'm on a fresh iOS 8.0.2 installation and I can't seem to change the Account Description.
I've several mail accounts using different services (iCloud, Exchange, Gmail...) and for each I'm able to change its name so it shows better in Mail, and other iCloud apps.
I used to be able to do it in previous iOS versions but now I couldn't find a way to change the name of the primary iCloud account. Anyone figured out how to do it?

Ok by experimenting, I have got around this, but Apple still need to fix it for sure...
I noticed that only the primary iCloud account has lost the ability to change the description field. (I have another iCloud account with my wife to share notes and I can still change the description if I add it as a mailbox) so this led me to try the following, which worked !
What I did was the following:
1) Create a new temp bogus iCloud account (adam_test123) for example.
2) Under General/iCloud I logged out of my primary iCloud account (e.g. [email protected])
3) Under General/iCloud I logged in under my new temp account (adam_test123) and set it to sync nothing, it is a temp measure after all. This is now my temporary primary iCloud account.
Then
4) Under Mail,Contacts,Calendars, added a new iCloud account and logged in with my appleid which was the original primary account ([email protected]). As this is not my primary account on the iPhone now (the adam_test123 is) and can only sync mail/calendars/reminders etc... It still lets me modify the description field. so I changed it from iCloud to the label i wanted.... (now in mail it shows up with the label I want and not iCloud)
5) Under General/iCloud I logged out of the temp/bogus account....
6) Under General/iCloud I re-logged in as my original account ([email protected]) and the OS obviously knew that the account already existed as a secondary account (as in step 4 above) and must of changed/upgraded it automatically to my primary account again when I logged in, as it gave me the options of iCloud Drive and Find my phone etc...... But the beauty is, it left the description as what I set it to in step 4... so voila, under mail, is now the label I want....
A very long winded way around it, and may not work for all.... but it worked for me at least ;-)

Welcome to the Apple community.
iTunes and iCloud and different accounts, you will need to delete both accounts from your device before adding the new details in their place.
For iCloud go to settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit the delete button. You can then sign back in using your correct details. For iTunes go to settings >store, tap your account ID and then sign out, you can then sign back in using your correct Apple ID.

Accounts Descriptions in Report Painter

If I have a set with a range of accounts and no description, for example:

I link this set to be output in a report using report painter...
How do I do to see the accounts descriptions about this range in ReportPainter.
I mean:

To create a Transaction Code for a Report Painter/report writer report
Tcode for Report Painter
To create a TCode, follow the steps below.
1) Go to Transaction code SE93, Enter TCode Name and Press Create.
2) Give short Description and select Parameter Transaction, Press Enter
3) Select Transation Radio Button and write START_REPORT in the next text
box Also Check the box Skip Initial Screen.
4) On the bottom of Screen (default Values), Enter Parameters
i) Name = D_SREPOVARI-REPORTTYPE. Value = RW
ii) Name = D_SREPOVARI-REPORT Value = Your Report Group Name (Say 1SIP)
5) Save and Execute.

Yes you can, you just need to go into settings and into icloud, once it says account, login to your desired account

Apple has no provisions for this. You cannot merge multiple Apple ID's into one ID. Content is always tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase it.

Just to summarise what's in the link above:
Method one is to have two Mac or Windows user accounts which by definition would give you two completely separate libraries.
Method two is to set your preferences so that either one or both iPods get updated with only certain playlists within one library. If you've had no success with this you can have a look through the guide on this page: Loading songs onto iPod automatically

Set up an additional user account and use one for work and one for personal stuff - each will have a separate address book. Turn on fast user switching for easy switching between the two.
