Motorola has its own api and i assume this phone would support that

I am trying to find all the locales/dimensions which are enabled for a particular site, and their respective ids.
I have tried using this code:

But this gives a list of all the locales in the entire system and not per site basis.
Currently I am accessing the DIMENSION table directly to find out the enabled dimensions and their respective ids, but this is just a temporary solution.
Can anyone pointout how to use the API to find the enabled locales and their respective ids for a particular site ?

Sites uses jsp for its templates to render a page. Basically an element is a jsp that contains logic using jsp tag libraries and/or java scriplets. Please do take a look at the documentation that is available on the oracle website: http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E29495_01/index.htm
The documentation that might be useful to you is the developers guide. Also look at the Developers tool guide that shows you how to setup your developer environment.

Enable 'Mobile Phone' and 'Telefon at work' under ESS-SAP -Enterprise Portal (SAP-EP)

I want to enable the IT0105 subtypes Communication ID i.e. 0020 and MPHN for users to be able modify this data through Portal. While I am aware of a telephone number field being available already under ESS- Address Information, would it be possible to record the users telephone at work and mobile phone at work through any standard options?
Is there a possibility through FPM anywhere? We are looking for a non-customizing option and any possibility to avail this option through Standard or minimum customizing would be really helpful.
Could anyone here please provide your inputs on this case.

Software for mobile phone and the G4

I have recently obtained a Panansonic GD87 mobile phone and would like to transfer images and data from it to my G4. I contacted Panasonic and they stated that the GD87 is not compatible with Mac.
Does anyone know if there is any software which can enable me to connect the phone to my G4 please?

if its bluetooth enabled, just use bluetooth (you'd need to buy a third-party adaptor), you can google app called Nokia Collector i heard that works with some phones outside nokia (although it fails to work with my nokia 6682 which is really annoying)

Use of BAT file - How do you completely delete 150 phones and their associate DNs?

How do you completely delete 150 phones and their associate DNs? All the phones are in the same device pool. I prefer BAT way.
Version of the CUCM: 8.6.2
Type of phones: 7962 phones - associated with the same device pool.
Additinal questions: Is there a way to delete elegantly all the phones and their associated DNs when all the phones are associated to the same device pool? I rather not work with specific extensions and MAC addresses.

Hi Calin,
Using BAT this will require 2 - passes. 1 for the phones and 1 for "unassigned DN's". this is nicely shown in the attached doc;

Of course for the DN's you could delete them via the Route Plan report>Unassigned DN>select all>Delete

Device Channel Rules for All mobile phones and Tablets?

I am developing master pages for different devices, my target is to develop different master page for Desktop, Mobile phones and Tablet.
Default device channel works for desktops, “$FallbackMobileUserAgent" works for both mobile phones and tablets but I want to design different master
page for all tablets.
Is there any fall back rule that targets all tablets? and any rule that targets mobile phones only?
Update: I found "ipad" and "iphone" inclusion rule works across all apple devices.

According to your post, my understanding is that you want to create rule that targets mobile phones or tablets only.
Per my knowledge, channels control which master page is used to show your site on for example iPhone or iPad. Channels are bound to master pages, and channels are bound to user agent string of device in use (phone, tablet or PC).
You need to supply different user agent substrings and order of device channels.

Your account shows that you have an Unlimited World Subscription which includes calls to private landlines in Finland. Your Subscription does not include calls to corporate landlines or to cellphones in Finland. To call corporate landlines you need to Buy Skype credit and to call cellphones either credit or a specific Skype subscription

Compatible Mobile Phones and Syncing software for Entourage

Is there any mobile phones out there in Australia that have compatability with OS 10.5 and can sync with Entourage?

Apple's list of iSync-compatible devices is the list as far as I know. It's unclear to me what you mean by "give text messaging via Address Book."
There are a couple things I can suggest to help you find more information:
1. If there's a specific Motorola phone you're considering, post to the iSync Discussion requesting feedback on the specific functions in question from owners of that specific model phone. The iSync Discussion is the best venue for your question.
2. One can often download the user's guide or manual for a phone from the manufacturer's Web site. I did that recently from both Nokia's and Motorola's Web sites when I was comparing phones. You might find the specific information you're looking for in the phone's manual.
3. Contact the phone manufacturer, e.g. e-mail Motorola via their links under "Customer Support" for the UK with your specific questions.

Yes, although you would probably need to install GPSInfo from Windows Phone Store to get co-ordinates and need to wait long enough for it to go to "Full GPS mode" as in these screenshots:

Can a current Verison customer get into trouble for claiming false information regarding lost or stolen phones and their account, just to have them suspended?

I know of a family member that has filed (called) a false claim of 5 phones on their account being lost or stolen just to have them suspended, is there anything that can be reported or someone that can be notified to report this issue and/or can they get into trouble for filing or claiming false information?

Why claim lost or stolen? Why not just suspend the lines? In any case, the lines can be suspended, with or without payment, even without reporting them lost or stolen. The only point to reporting them that way is to prevent them from being used on another account.
If they were to try and replace them via insurance, there would be a deductible to pay. They may need to show proof if reported as stolen (police report).
I guess I'm puzzled as to the motive behind reporting them to be lost or stolen rather than a simple suspension.

Can't call mobile phone and landline

I live in the US and I tried to call my friends in UK. It showed "you are not authorized to call this number". Why? I've enough Skype credit, and I've already added my friend's mobile phone number in my contact list. What's the problem? Can you help me?
BTW, I also tried to test by calling my friend sitting next to me too. The phone showed it's calling but my friend's mobile didn't ring.... what's the problem?

JAVA enabled mobile phones

I'm rather new in J2ME and want to develop applications using Sockets support. I know sockets are not supported in midp 1.0, but my Siemens Phone (M50) supports it as an added feature. I tested it uning Connector class and it works properly. But a doubt arise then.
I'd like to develop compatible programs as far as possible. So I'd be very glad if someone could tell me :
- Which mobiles support J2ME+midp 1.0+Socket ? (Or where could I find a list ?)
- Which mobiles support J2ME+midp 2.0 ? (I suppose 2.0 supports Socket)
- Is there any difference between midp 1 and midp 2 Socket programming ?

Javamobiles.com used to be a good resource, but seems to be outdated now. Try http://kissen.cs.uni-dortmund.de:8080/devicedb/index.html. It has a nice overview over different phones and devices, including API and connection type support.
As far as MIDP 2.0 goes, I don't think there are any devices available yet.
