Gross Sales from Standard InfoCube (0SD_C03)

Dear SDN,
I am using 0SD_C03 InfoCube..
How to get Gross Sales from this InfoCube..
I am getting only Subtotal1 and Subtotal2
Net Price = Subtotal1 (As per my knowledge)
Subtotal3 and Subtotal4 values are Zero
Please tell me alternative solution to calculate Gross Sales
Help will be greatrly appreciated with points..
Thanks in advance..

Hi,
Thanks for your information...
But could you specify clearly...
means
AS per my knowledge
Net Value in Stats Currency (0NET-VAL_S) = Net Sales
Tax amount in document currency (0TAX_AMOUNT) = Tax amount
Gross Sales = Net Sales + Tax amount..
But we do not have activated Tax amount in Update rules of 0SD_C03 InfoCube..
similarly,
Could you tell me what to consider as per your formulae???
Please tell me the InfoObjects as per your formulae...
Thanks in advance

  • How to extract data from BPC InfoCube via ABAP program?

    Hi experts!!
I tried to extract data from a BPC InfoCube via ABAP program, but I did'n have succeed.
I used the function 'RSDRI_INFOPROV_READ' to extract data from standard InfoCubes such as '0COPC_C07' and it run OK! However, when I change the InfoCube name to '/CPMB/WAIX8NE' (BPC InfoCube), everything goes wrong...
Is there any difference between extracting data from BPC and standard InfoCubes?
    Thank you all!

  • Some fields missing in SD Standard Infocubes

    Hi,
I have installed SD Cubes 0SD_C01, 0SD_C03 and 0SD_C05 for the customer. Now according to his latest requirements, he wants to see the values for Sales Document Number, Delivery Number and Billing Doc. number also in the reports.
I have checked in the dimensions of all the three cubes but not able to find these chars there.
How can I display the values for these chars in the reports? Can I just add these chars into the relevant cubes, activate it and map the transformations again....is it possible...???
    Thanks

    Yes, it is possible....
but they are not in standard infocube because these details expand the number records of infocube...
it is best practise do not use maximum detail in infocube; these details are used in datastore objects (usually are the keys).
one of reason is the performance improvement on the query execute.
however, if you want these details, try to create a new infocucube, do not modify the standard one..
    regards.

  • Standard InfoCube for BI Query

    Hi all,
I need to identify standard InfoCubes for the following requirement:
    - Sales order amount per order, customer, division *should be extract from sales order
    - Sales cost amount per order, customer, division *should be extract from CO/PA?
    - Sales revenue amount per order, customer, division *should be extract from billing document
    - AR amount per order, customer, division *should be extract from FI? AR?
    - Cleared AR amount per order, customer, division *should be extract from FI? AR?
Could you let me know what standard InfoCube would fit the best for this requirement?
    Cheers~

    Hi Dave,
If you can't find the exact standard one,  you can always copy the existing sales cube which has other information you want
and add a new Key Figure to calculate the amount you want through routine or formula.
Another option is, you can always do the calculation at query level through CKFs or Virtual KFs.
    Thanks.

Make sure your config is similar as below
Your promot colum suppose to be as below, to pass the number to report
SELECT TOPN("%sales",15) FROM SubjactArea order by Product
In your report you should have column with expression
    TOPN("%Sales", cast(@{N}{2} as int))
    Pls mark correct/helpful if helps

  • Profoma invoice for Export sales from EOU plant rounding problem

    Hello,
While creating profoma invoice for Export sales from EOU plant according to standard Tax procedure TAXINJ excise duties appears as  JMOD , JECS, JA1X. But due to legal implication we have to bifurcate them in following
    BCD
    CVD
    ECS on CVD
    SEcess on CVD
    ECS on total duty
    SECess on total duty
    Additional CVD
Now because of rates get rounding of total does not match with bifurcated duties. The duties should match as per below
JMOD = BCD + CVD + Additional CVD
JECS = ECS on CVD + ECS on total duty
JA1X = SEcess on CVD + SECess on total duty
    Regards,
    Nimit

You can achieve this with standard functionality, but you will have to make some configuration change:
    - Create the new movement type
    - Create the new MM account assignment
    - Create a new schedule line category
    - Create a new item category
    - Create the assignment of the new schedule line category to the / a (new) item category.
Maybe you have to create a new item category group to ensure that the proper item category in the sales order is being determined.
Around user exits in MM in account determination: I'm not aware of any (good) ones, but you might want to take a look at the Business Transaction Events (transction FIBF). These are also a kind of user exit and might provide the functionality you are looking for.
If you can't accomplish the requirement through an enhancement (user exit, BAPI, BADI, BTE) you might want to consider using an intermediate G/L account during the Post Goods Issue. And then during the release to accounting doing an accrual to the "correct" G/L account, since in the (standard) Revenue Account Determination you can use all kinds of criteria.

  • Can a JOIN be used instead of a UNION to obtain the Total Sales from B1?

    Hi Everyone,
I am in the midst of writing a report which shows the 'Total Sales', 'Gross Profit', and 'Gross Profit %' by Sales Person. Traditionally I have used a UNION between two result sets to achieve this task. However I am wondering it if is possible to achieve the same outcome with a JOIN as shown below?
    SELECT
        T0.SlpCode
        , T0.SalesPerson
        , T0.Branch
        , (T0.TotalSales - T1.TotalSales) AS 'Total Sales'
        , ((T0.TotalSales - T1.TotalSales) - (T0.StockValue + T1.StockValue)) AS 'Gross Profit'
        , CAST(((T0.TotalSales - T1.TotalSales) - (T0.StockValue + T1.StockValue)) / NULLIF((T0.StockValue + T1.StockValue), 0) * 100 AS decimal(15,2)) AS 'Gross Profit %'
        FROM
/*** SAP - Invoices by Sales Person ***/
            SELECT
            T1.SlpCode
            , T2.SlpName AS 'SalesPerson'
            , T2.U_INE_Branch AS 'Branch'
            , CAST(SUM(T0.LineTotal) AS decimal(15,2)) AS 'TotalSales'
            , CAST(SUM(T0.StockValue) AS decimal(15,2)) AS 'StockValue'
            FROM AU.dbo.INV1 T0
            INNER JOIN AU.dbo.OINV T1 ON T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry
            LEFT JOIN AU.dbo.OSLP T2 ON T2.SlpCode = T1.SlpCode
            WHERE T1.DocDate >= '2014-08-01' AND T1.DocDate <= '2014-09-01'
            GROUP BY T1.SlpCode, T2.SlpName, T2.U_INE_Branch
        ) AS T0
        FULL JOIN
/*** SAP - Credits by Sales Person ***/
            SELECT
            T1.SlpCode
            , T2.SlpName AS 'SalesPerson'
            , T2.U_INE_Branch AS 'Branch'
            , ISNULL(CAST(SUM(T0.LineTotal) AS decimal(15,2)), 0) AS 'TotalSales'
            , ISNULL(CAST(SUM(T0.StockValue) AS decimal(15,2)), 0) AS 'StockValue'
            FROM AU.dbo.RIN1 T0
            INNER JOIN AU.dbo.ORIN T1 ON T1.DocEntry = T0.DocEntry
            LEFT JOIN AU.dbo.OSLP T2 ON T2.SlpCode = T1.SlpCode
            WHERE T1.DocDate >= '2014-08-01' AND T1.DocDate <= '2014-09-01'
            GROUP BY T1.SlpCode, T2.SlpName, T2.U_INE_Branch
        ) AS T1
    ON T1.SalesPerson = T0.SalesPerson
Currently I am not getting correct results (which I can do through a UNION), but am instead seeing NULLs scattered throughout, as shown below...
(I have blacked out certain details to keep the company I work for anonymous)
My question is: are NULLs unavoidable in this scenario simply because of the nature of JOINs? I have tried a 'JOIN' rather than a 'FULL JOIN' but instead of seeing all of the Sales People I only see Sales People who do not have NULLs, which looks nice but is not particularly accurate.
Any help and suggestions here will be greatly appreciated.
    Kind Regards,
    David

    Hi David,
You can try something like this:
    to avoid null
Type in each field the keyword isnull, IsNull((T0.TotalSales - T1.TotalSales), 0) AS 'Total Sales'
    or something like this
    SELECT T0.[SlpCode], T0.[SlpName], (Select Sum(T1.doctotal) from oinv t1 where t1.docdate between '???' and '???' and T0.slpcode = t1.slpcode)  - (Select Sum(T2.doctotal) from orin t2 where t2.docdate between '???' and '???' and T0.slpcode = t2.slpcode) as Sales FROM OSLP T0
    Hope it helps
    Kind regards,
    Augusto

  • Map R/3 field (from standard extractor) to BW object

Is there a document or a practice to map each R/3 field from standard extractor to BW object?
For example :  DataSource 2LIS_11_VAHDR (sales document header)
contains BUKRS, KUNNR, KVGR1, KVGR2 and it is mapped to 0COMPCODE,0CUSTOMER,0CUSGRP1,0CUSGRP2 respectively

    hi Panadda,
you can try search in help.sap.com,
click 'search documentation' and option 'netweaver',
and keyword '2LIS_11_VAHDR ', you may get

  • Copy query from one infocube to another infocube

    Hi expert
We have a one infocube (ZSD_C03) that is a copy from another one (0SD_C03), so we want to make a copy one query form 0SD_C03 to ZSD_C03, any idea to do that.
    Thank a lots

If the two cubes have exact same definition query can be copied by tcode RSZC . Give the source and target cube name and select query radio button , it would give all queries on source cube . You need to give  name for query  , restricted KF , calculated KF on target cube . Make sure Calculated  KF and Restricted KF are copied .
