When you then remove the trial and reinstall from the Adobe Application Manager with your trial Creative Cloud you only see the Standard version?
If this is so you can try reviewing your installation logs by following the steps listed in Troubleshoot with install logs | CS5, CS5.5, CS6 - http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-suite/kb/troubleshoot-install-logs-cs5-cs5.html. Although your 30 day trial has already begun. I would recommend for now you just remove the installation and install from the trial page so that you can try the extended features. -

Photoshop CS6 Extended 3D funktioniert nicht
Hallo zusammen,
ich habe ein kleines Problem mit meinem Photoshop CS6 Extended. Das 3D Menü ist komplett ausgegraut / inaktiv, sodass ich dort nichts anwählen kann. Auch in den Kontextmenüs bei Ebenen usw. sind alle 3D Optionen ausgegraut. Installiert ist definitiv die Extended Version (wird beim Starten im Splashscreen und unter Hilfe->Info angezeigt). Habe mal gelesen, dass die 3D Funktion nicht funktioniert, wenn versucht wurde die Version zu Cracken, aber ich habe definitiv nichts gecrackt! Im Moment ist die Version noch als Demo installiert, aber es wurde definitiv nie irgdneine Seriennummer versucht einzugeben oder so, wurde direkt auf einem frischen Windows als Demo lizensiert. Woran kann das liegen? Hatte vor mir jetzt nächsten Monat die Production Premium Student & Teacher Version zu kaufen, aber wenn ich das nicht zum laufen kriege ist das ja schon blöd. Vielleicht hat ja einer von euch eine Idee, im Internet habe ich noch nichts dazu gefunden (bzw. halt nur, dass 3D nur in der Extended Version zur Verfügung steht und die Geschichte mit den gecrackten Versionen, die beiden Punkte kann ich bei mir aber definitiv ausschließen).

Ich möchte in Photoshop auf eingescannte Chornoten Noten-Korrekturen vornehmen. Ich habe dafür die Schrift "Sonata" gekauft, um festzustellen, dass dieser font nur mit entsprechenden Musikprogrammen funktioniert. Wie kann ich Musiknoten in Photoshop einfügen? Vielen Dank für Tipps.
Ich habe folgende Lösung gefunden: Ich habe mir die Glyph Complement PDF-Datei zum Font Sonata gespeichert und in Photoshop geöffnet. In Photoshop erscheinen die Noten auf einem transparenten Hintergrund. Damit kann ich mit Copy & Paste die Noten auf ein in PS geöffnetes Notenblatt einfügen. Die einzelne Noten oder das gesamte Notenblatt können entsprechend der erforderlichen Größe skaliert werden. Dieser Weg ist sicherlich nicht für das Erstellen von ganzen Notenblättern geeignet, aber für kleinere "Reparaturen" durchaus genügend. Vielen Dank für die Anregungen, die mich letztlich auf diese Idee gebracht haben.

Zunächst sorry für die späte Antwort. Ich habe einfach nicht bemerkt, dass ich mich innerhalb des Forums nochmal einloggen muss und die Antwort-Funktion nicht gefunden...
Jedenfalls habe ich das Problem gefunden! Es liegt nicht an Adobe und auch nur indirekt an Windows8. Der eigentliche Verursacher ist das Maus-Sharing-Tool Synergy, welches noch nicht mit der 64bit-Version des neuen Betriebssystems zurechtkommt die Serverseite generell Probleme macht. Sobald ich den Dienst beende, funktioniert die Maus wieder einwandfrei.

I can no longer use 3D commands in Photoshop CS6 Extended
I have Photoshop CS6 Extended (Ver 13.0.1x64). My desktop is Windows 7 64 Home premium; and Video card is: AMD Radeon HD 5570. The drivers and operating system is updated.
I have been using simple 3D functions like "New 3D extrusion from..." from time to time without any problems until recently. For unknown reasons now when I try to invoke any 3D command, I get the following message: " Could not complete the "New 3D extrusion from selected layer command because of a program error." This ,message gets repeated for any 3D command.
I checked out 3D functionality in Photoshop CS6 32 bit; and Photoshop CS5.5 Extended. Same problem. However, I can access and use all 3D functions in Illustrator CS6. Clearly, therefore, the video card is not the problem. It looks like one of the recent software updates from Adobe must have caused this problem.

Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Could not complete your request because of a program error.
When starting Photoshop CS6 I get this error message, Adobe Photoshop CS6 Extended Could not complete your request because of a program error (-- OK --). This happens on the main screen immediately. Once I click OK the program seems to be alright. But some part of it, that I haven't discovered yet, may not function properly.
I am running Windows7 Professional Service Pack 1 64 bit with Intel i7-4770k CPU and 16 GIG Ram.
This problem just started recently, everything has been fine up till now. I must have done something when trying to defragment the Registry or get rid of temp files.
I have uninstalled Photoshop CS6 and reinstalled it with no effect. I have tried to run Photoshop CS6 32 bit in Safe Mode, but it will not run. It hangs up on Reading Memory.
Is there any kind log file that would tell me what is causing this to occur?
Does anyone know what might cause this?

J. J. PattersonDid you reset your Preferences and Photoshop tools. Photoshop Preferences are not removed with an un-install and an Install does not install preferences. Preferences are created for a user id when a user ID start Photoshop and there are no preferences for the user ID.
