Handling Charges for billing withing 72 hrs.

Question

We have to apply handling charges at item level whereby all items that are delivered within 72 hrs of booking order got to be penalised with 5% handling charges as items are sent through air.
We had added condition type JHAC. We need to automate it as if the order is delivered within 72 then this condition should be activated.
Kindly suggest suitable solution..

Hi,
Add condition type JHAC, write new routine in VOFM such that:
If Date of billing(today's date) - Date of sales order creation <= 3 days
activate JHAC.
end if
Assign JHAC to billing document pricing procedure.
