Where are you trying to log in? You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - can you log in there?
Before you change your ID you should log out of the iTunes Store and on any devices which are logged into iCloud. Then once you've changed it you can log back in with the new ID. (Your iCloud synced data will disappear from the device when you do this but will reappear when you sign back in - give it time).
If you are unable to sign into http://appleid.apple.com you will need to contact Support. Go to http://iforgot.apple.com and sign in with your iCloud login. A new password will be sent to your associated email address. If this doesn't work you will have to contact Support. Go to https://getsupport.apple.com . Click' See all products and services', then 'More Products and Services, then 'Apple ID', then 'Other Apple ID Topics' then 'Lost or forgotten Apple ID password'. I have a verizon fios cable modem that incorporates a wireless base station using 802.11n and wep 40 bit security. I decided that I could improve poor reception by using two airport expresses as range extenders. I cannot seem to configure them for this function. When I do a manual setup and choose extend a network, I get a message that says the network cannot be extended. I have been able to join the network, and I think they would work as clients, but I'm trying to use them in as additonal base stations to extend my network.
The primary base station, and the two airport express units are all within range of each other.
Now that I have the two units (purchased on sale from Apple this past week), the directions in the manual only include instructions for using them as network extenders with a primary basestation that is Apple? Is this the case?Unfortunately, most non-AirPort routers are not compatible with Apple's implementation of Wireless Distribution System (WDS)...so it very unlikely that your non-AirPort router can be extended wirelessly with the AirPort Express Base Station (AX).
Your only option would be to connect the AX to the Verizon-provided gateway by Ethernet or use Powerline adapters to create a pseudo Ethernet connection between them. A wireless-only connection will not work. -
We've been running iTunes U for public and private content for several years.
Just in the last day or so, when we log in with our local credentials, a blank page pops up.
The person who set up the transfer script said something changed on Apple's end. Does anyone know if there was a change or is also having a problem?

Ithaca College.We are not seeing an issue accessing the Ithaca College site via transfer script on our end. In most cases, when a transfer script that had previously worked suddenly stops working, the time stamp for the credentials is outside of the 90 second window we are expecting. We would recommend appending the debug suffix to the credential to test the credential.

You can change the email address of one's appleID...
I'd recommend changing moms email to yours to get a good backup on the Mac
Then switch mom's back to hers
Then change your account to the same email you used.
I've done something similar when I needed to update my Apple account (one ID changing email addresses and phone) -
The itunes store says "this card cannot be used with the iTunes store. Please use another payment method". It's the same card I've always used, it's valid, up to date, and in good standing, and works everywhere else. What' up with this? I don't want to use a different card.

Game Center on my iPhone 5 is not working. I have updated my iPhone to the latest iOS 6.1 and have updated all my games.. It was working just fine until a few days ago when it suddenly stopped working. My game center ID and log in is working perfectly fine on my other devices.

The first thing to do is to confirm your new password is working in other services that use your Apple ID. Are you able to log in at www.icloud.com or in the iTunes Store?

I'm about to purchase Lion. My husband and I each have a desktop, iPad and iPhone. We currently use one Apple ID for iPad/phone purchases. Can we purchase 2 copies of Lion with one Apple ID or do we have to use different Apple IDs for the purchase? If we use the different Apple IDs can we still use the same ID for all of our purchases.
And just in case you were wondering, installing one purchased copy on all the Macs you own is specifically called out as allowed in the Mac OS X Lion license.
If you do not want to download multiple times, just copy the Applications -> Install Lion app to a safe place BEFORE you do the first install. Then copy that copy to any Mac you own where you want to install Lion. -
I can not log in to game center
Hey guys! I am having trouble logging into the game center. So I tried to open my game today then the game center thing pops up and asks me to enter my account and passport. They never ask me to re-enter the account and passport beofre so i was actually surprised. Then I typed my passport and acont and clicked sign in and the botton changed to"sigining in". I waited for more than 5 minutes but nothing really happened. Now i can't even start my game because every time i try to open the game the game center thing pops up.Can someone please help me! P.S I checked the general setting and it is fine there.The Game Center app is pre installed and cannot be removed from the device.
Best thing to do is move it to the last available screen.
Hold down the Game Center app until all the apps jiggle then sliide the Game Center app to the right from one screen to the next. This requires a bit of finesse, but it's doable.
Press the Home button one time to stop the apps from jiggling.
For the Apple ID issue, try resetting.
Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
Then try your Apple ID and password for the Game Center app.
