To download Lion your computer must have OSX 10.6.8 and must have Core Duo 2 Intel.

If you use a regular pattern when entering values, press enter (return) after entering the last value in a row. That will take you to the first Body Cell of the next row.
Start in Cell B2
1 Tab 2 Tab 3 Enter
4 Tab 5 Tab 6 Enter
7 Tab 8 Tab 9 Enter
Now you are ready to type into B5 .
Another way that some people find easier is to enter one column at a time
Start at B2
1 enter
4 enter
7 enter
etc.
Now start with C2.
Use whatever suits your work flow.

If you mean help finding the iPod itself, then if you set up the Find My iPod service prior to the iPod going missing, then there is a chance that can be tracked, though it depends on a number of factors: the iPod is turned on, connected to a WiFi network - probably not likely when you lost it on a bus, but it's not impossible - and has not had the Find My iPod service disabled. Log into icloud.com and go to the Find My iPhone section. Note, though, that you'll only get the location of the WiFi router to which the iPod is connected; there's no way to pinpoint the exact location of the iPod itself.
If you did not set up Find My iPod, then there is no way to track it. Notify the police and change any passwords for any online accounts you may have used from your iPod (the iTunes Store, for instance).

I have a remanufactured model serial number can you help me....

its RM841xxxx the 8 means 2008 i know and the 41 is the week octoberish.
first question is this the date is was remanufactured?
or is this its original birthday so to speak?
if its the date it was RM'd is it for all intents and purposes the same as a new mbp made the same week?
or was the problem fixed and it resold with only the problem item replaced?
and lastly how do i go about finding out the original birthday before it was RM'd?
i think that covers it all. oh history of how i aquired my mbp. i am buyin it off of a friend who bought it for his sound engineering school last october, which fits the 841 but the model identifyer in system profiler is macbookpro 3,1 which i know means its pre-peryn(sp?) that i also found out that all mbps made after feb 2008 were supposed to be peryn(sp?) so my last question is
what cpu is it? (from reading threads is it like santa rosa or montevina or what) im just trying to find the original specs of it whether its originally like say a mid 2007 or actually a late 2008.

So far as your argument with your dad... there isn't anything particularly special about the hardware in the Macs. It's all pretty much standard off the shelf stuff and you can find the same components in most high end PC notebooks. Macs stand out in design... the OS... and of course Apple's outstanding support... Oh... and the community is a bit tighter as well... you won't see the same among people with HP or Lenovo machines.

I had just created this program that calculates the amount due from an international phone call. and I was wondering what I can do to get the program to execute when the user inputs let's say 3min and some amount of seconds. The program works when the number of minutes the call lasted is an integer, but it does not when the number of minutes the call lasted is lets say 4min30sec. Is there anyway I can get my program to execute both minutes and seconds? Help is very appreciated.

How about converting the minutes to seconds and doing
your calulations all in seconds?ok. I am going to try that but don't you think that it would be quite cumbersome if I was to have someone actually input information. They would have to go through the entire process of trying to figure out how many minutes is in a second and all of the other problems that may occur. If I didnt have to consider all possibilities when executing this program I could leave it as is. However, I have to. And the problem states that we (as in students) have to get the user to input the number of minutes and seconds and the program has to execute.

You cannot change regions while you have a balance. You can either buy something or contact itunes support through getsupport.apple.com but no guarantees on the outcome.

What this message means is that you have more music in your itunes library than there is free space in your ipod.
I had this same issue at one time. This is what helped me put my music on the ipod. I used manually manage.
Learn how to sync muisc here.

Try to Reset it (hold down the home and sleep buttons, ignore the red off slider, wait for the Apple logo, let go of the buttons).
If that does not work try Restoring it in iTunes.
Still no go? You will need to get it serviced.

You use Restore to get the latest firmware build, not the Update button. You can only use the Update button, if there is an iOS update, say iOS 5.1.
