Hello, I have updated my sisters mobile with my Pc via itunes, and she then had the same wallpaper as mine, also the same applications, with the same username, password, same txt messages and whatsapp messages as mine. Everything is the same. Pls help me, how can I restore her info?

You probably used your backup, or iCloud backup.
If she wants to restore it back, she must have a backup before. On iTunes, click Restore iPhone and choose her backup.
If she doesn't, she has to start fresh.

I have a Macbook Pro 17'', 2.4 GHz Intel Core i7 (late 2011). I dont know what happened but the screen shows red flickering pixels everywhere where it should be black, and light blue pixels where it should be gray, I had this problem twice, the first time it just disappeared by itself. Photo stream doesn't sync videos unless they are short videos added to a shared stream. If not, you must have synced them to your phone or took them on the phone itself.
Did you sync them to your phone using iTunes? If not, are you running a Mac that is signed into your iCloud account and running iPhoto? -

This works. Thanks. The best way to do this is through the terminal. Just do the following commands in terminal:
Type sudo su
Press enter
Then enter your password and hit enter
Type vi /etc/hosts
Move your cursor with the down arrow to the line that has gs.apple.com without a # at the beginning of the line.
Move cursor to the beginning of that line.
Type i# then press the esc key.
Type :wq
Press enter
Type exit
Press enter
Now you can quit out of the terminal application. This likely is a problem caused by Tiny Umbrella denying itunes communicating with the apple servers. -
What if my ipod touch 4th generation can't update and now the only option is to restore it.
And i don't know what happens if i press restore?
Will it show my back up and back it up or what?
And if that does happen will all my pictures stil be there?

It sounds like you are unable to successfully install iTunes. I recommend the troubleshooting instructions in this article named:

Here is a general outline of where the troubleshooting will take you:

1. Empty your Temp directory and restart
2. Completely remove iTunes and related components

1. Make sure you have administrator account access
2. Make sure your folder names don't contain strange characters

If you only need to install QuickTime, or if iTunes installs but QuickTime installation did not complete

Assuming you mean that you performed the repair yourself, it would seem that you either obtained a defective screen or you did some sort of damage when you replaced the screen. You can try asking for assistance on ifixit.com, a site dedicate to those attempting their own repairs, or you can take the iPad to a shop and pay them to try to correct the problem for you. Apple will no longer touch your iPad now that you've attempted your own repairs.
