HELP! connection rejected by server

A client with Contribute 3.1 suddenly cannot connect to the
server. "Contribute could not connect because the server is down or
not accepting connections."
I've removed all the Contribute
settings and reinstalled them.
the client has updated to the latest version of 3.
rollbacks have been disabled
ftp optimization has been
disabled
passive ftp is NOT enabled, but then
I don't use it with my regular ftp software

Have you contacted your provider to see if anything has
changed on their part?
Has your client installed new software/hardware concerning
the connection?
Have you tried passive ftp?

It because you're using the localhost IP, where you should be
using your LAN IP.

Have deployed webservice within weblogic. WLS starts up fine. Users can access the webserver, after a period of time, webservice hangs up and users that try to connect recieve this following message, I also see this in the weblogic.log
The server is not able to service the request. Connection rejected, the server is in a running state. Starting service weblogic.application.internal.BackgroundDeploymentService$WaitForBackgroundCompletion, 110 of 112. Last service weblogic.deploy.service.internal.adminserver.HeartbeatService took 2ms.
I have no idea what to do. Right now the only way to bring back the webservice is to stop the WLS process and then restart. The service can fail anywhere from within about 20 mins of WLS start-up or about within 12hrs.
Any Ideas what this error is trying to tell me.. Is there a more permanent fix other that restarting the WLS process.

wow same case here in weblogic 10.2. But I have not deployed any EJB or JMS service . It shows in Console that "Mejb" Stateless service is running. I use https port from SSL mostly.

I cannot restart my server every 1 hour or 4 hour or 12 hour.

Need Help Connecting to External Server

Hello,
I installed FMS 2.0 on a server that i have and i'm trying to
connect to it from a local swf file. I have no idea how to
reference the Media Server. Is it by IP? Do I need to set up
something additionally on the server like in IIS? I'm totally
clueless. Any advice or point in the right direction would be
greatly appreciated.

You need to have an application directory on FMS - just
create a subdirectory in the FMS_ROOT/applications directory, name
it "test". Then change your client code to connect to
rtmp://server.domain.com/test (or
rtmp://server.ip.address/test - ip or server name should not
matter)

We're you getting a message in Safari saying that it could not connect to the server?
If you are talking about your home WiFi network and you can't get online, try rebooting your router. Unplug it for about 30 seconds and then plug it back in.
You can also try Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Setrings and start over again with your network.

If you're trying to connect to a Bonjour server on the remote network, that won't work over a layer 3 VPN. Use something like Hamachi or one of the SSH-tunnelling Bonjour proxy apps for that.

I have an iPad 3, iPad Mini and iPhone 5S and they are all sluggish on capitalisation using shift keys. I hope that Apple will solve the problem because it is driving me crazy.
I find using a Microsoft Surface and Windows 8 phone, which I also have, work as well as all the ios devices before the ios 7 upgrade.
It has something to do with the length of time that you need to hold the shift key down. The shift key needs to be held longer than the letter key for the capitalisation to work. For some reason, this is a major change in the way we have learnt to touch type on computers. I am having to relearn how to type!

My ipad will not connect tot he server when trying to access my mail. This has been happening since last Sunday. Some have said it is due to the latest software update. I am able to connect to the internet.
I am not having this issue on iPhone.
I checked all the settings, the wireless router in my house and at work.
I have completed a hard reset of the device.
I had our IT guy at work look at it.
He said to contact Apple....

I can not update Quick Time. I get the message "a connection with the server could not be established" I AM connected to the internet. I have purchased QuickTime pro but can not get it uploaded. Help.

I have purchased Quick Time Pro and received my key. I am told to go to QuickTime settings to update and I do not have Quick Time in my control panel.

Hi please help I have an Iphone 3 G S it is using the 5.1.1 ios upgrade which it has had for sometime although there was a minor update last evening ? My phone worked fine until arround 1 pm today then it stopped getting mail from my hotmail account along with the hotmail I am not longer able to see any updates to my calendar and most of my contacts have dissapeared. I have tried reconfiguring the hotmail account, deleating it, and putting it back on, and changing the password but none of these has worked. I know hotmail is working from my computer and it also working from another app I downloaded to the phone just now ( mail pro) but it still says connection to the server has failed?

Click on your Hotmail account in Settings, click on the blue arrow and Forget this Network and try signing in again.

You will need to get the required info to create/access the account with an email client from your school.
Are you currently accessing the account with an email client on your computer - if you have a Mac with the Mail.app, or if you have a PC with Outlook Express, etc.? If so, you can get the required account settings there.
