Help, i have a question abou serialization
i am a newbie here.
i use wsad to generate a web service from a simple java bean.
And i can choose to generate a client proxy and the serialization related classes.
But if i don't want to use this proxy in my client. What should i do?
Say i use axis in my test client, how should i deal with the serialize problem when i have some self-defined type.
For example, one method of the java bean return a Person type. If i use wsad to generate web service and the test client, it will generate some files like Person_Deser.java, Person_Ser.java...
What should i do if i don't use the generated proxy and mapping *.java files? how should i deal with the serialization?

The simple answer is that today PostScript really doesn't fit at all into the Graphic Design process, at least in terms of what the graphic designer needs to know.
Historically, though, the PostScript imaging model, first introduced circa 1984 provided the basis for the initial publishing software including PageMaker, Illustrator, QuarkXPress, and even Ventura Publisher. This imaging model included support for continuously scalable text, vector, and raster imagery as well as the concepts of a current transformation matrix that allowed arbitrary scaling, rotation, etc. and multiple color spaces (grayscale, RGB, CMYK, spot, device independent, and color-managed).
The PostScript imaging model was effectively replaced by the PDF imaging model, a significant superset of the PostScript imaging model, by the time Illustrator 9 and InDesign 2 were released in terms of support of ICC color management, transparency, etc.
The fact is that a good graphic designed doesn't need to know anything about PostScript or PDF per sé, but rather about the basics of color (such as issues associated with color gamut and what how that affects display and printing), use of text versus vector versus raster images and why one should keep content at the highest level of abstraction all the way to the rendering (or screen) or RIP process for printing. Some knowledge of typography also helps.

PLEASE HELP, I have 3 questions...
Okay, so I just bought my 30GB Ipod and have a few nube questions.
1. How can I scan the ipod for viruses?
2. Is it normal that with no music on the ipod it says i have something like 28 or 27 gigs available? Is this space just used up by games and other applications that come previously installed?
3. For albums that are loaded onto the ipod I have assigned them album art, these are displayed when I play the songs in my itunes, but they dont display while playing the album on my ipod. HELP PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!1) As far as I know, viruses aren't an issue for iPods.

My question is .... Ive just moved from Australia to London & I am unable to order items Ive made in iphoto & have them sent to London.
Previousely ,living in AustraliaI had no problem & Ive ordered items from iphoto that Ive created here in Lonond & had them sent back to Australia no problem.
But I just cannot create here in London & then have them sent here,even if I change the credit card details ....
Does anyone know how to tackle this ?

I have a question abou the nano...
I'm getting a new 4gb nano soon which will replace my mini, would I have to reinstall itunes or use the disc again that comes with the nano? or can I just plug it into my computer? As I already have itunes installed along with alot of music on it.

Hello, I have a question on "quest".????? I have someone getting into my computer. I have shut of the quest... and yet yesterday all of my files were stolen. My phone book, someone goes in and changes my phone number, and just changes so many things around. It really has me upset. Please... tell me how I can keep "guest" out for good. Please Help me MorgiegalData rate DOES make a difference, but I'd say your real problem has more to do with the fact that you're working on a Powerbook. Motion's real time capabilities derive from the capability of the video card. Not the processor. Some cards do better than others, but laptops are not even recommended for running Motion.
To improve your workflow on a laptop will be limited, but there are a few things that you can try.
Make sure that thumbnails and previews are turned off.
Make sure that you are operating in Draft Mode.
Lower the display resolution to half, or quarter.
Don't expect to be getting real time playback. Treat it more like After Effects.
Compressing your clips into smaller Animations does help because it lowers the data rate, but you're still dealing with the animation codec which is a high data rate codec. Unfortunately, it sounds necessary in your case because you're dealing with alpha channels.
The data rate comes into play with your setup trying to play through your USB drive. USB drives are never recommended for editing or Motion work. Their throughput is not consistent enough for video work. a small FW drive would be better, though your real problem as I said is the Powerbook.
If you must work on the powerbook, then don't expect real-time playback. Instead, build your animation, step through it, and do RAM previews to view sections in real time.

You need to know the answers to your existing questions to reset them. If you don't remember your answers, there may be a link on that page where you can have a reset email send to your Rescue email address. I use Windows server 2000+JDK 1.3.1_04+tomcat 4.1.7Maybe I am off base here but it seems to me the problem is the way in which you bind your server. The server must be bound to the same address and you are looking up from, i.e. "rmi://" host "/AddServer"
so

I had to set the codebas for my rmi stuff to work no matter how much I messed with the classpath.

You've checked the spam folder on your rescue email account as well as the inbox, and you've tried clicking the reset link a second time ? If you have, and you still haven't received the email, then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.
