Ik krijg mijn ipod niet meer aan en als ik hem aan de computer aansluit doet hij ook niets ik blijf een zwart scherm krijgen. Dit is sinds mijn laatste update. Kan iemand me helpen. Zelfs als ik lang op de aan/uit knop blijf duwen doet hij niets.
Hoe kan ik dus m.a.w. er voor zorgen dat ik hem terug aan de praat krijg. Alvast bedankt.

i have just bought the new ipad air and am having the devil's job understadning how to sync my life's contacts all on the Home Pc using Outlook with the new i-pad air; other answers have mentioned finding Info on the i-tunes - but i can't find that anywhere.

Ok, so first try these steps on your iOS device:
Go to settings, scroll down and tap on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars". Then, once you are there, click on "Add Account". Since you are using hotmail, tap other. You will then tap "Add Mail Account". Fill in the required fields and tap next. Make sure contacts is selected; if you want your hotmail e-mail address to sync to your inbox, then make sure e-mail is selected too. Once you tap add, all of your hotmail contacts in the contacts app should have their own home. If this doesn't work, then I might have a link to help you.

I cannot get my IPad air to connect to wireless in home. Two other iPad 2's connect as well as laptops. I have already exchanged one iPad air and none want to connect. Husband has taken iPad air to the apple store, connects here but not here. Who can help

Can someone please help??? I received am IPad air in November for my birthday and have not been able to use yet, I could not get it to connect so I returned it for another iPad air. And cannot get it to connect to wireless either. I have three other iPad 2's and laptops in home and everything connects with no problem. What is the deal with these iPad airs? My husband took the iPad to Apple store, it works there but didn't change anything so it won't work at home. Do I need to step down to old IPad since that's all that will connect in home. This is crazy,!!! How can I get my IPad air working in my home.???

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app
    •    Tap on Wi-Fi
    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.
Some Wi-Fi losses may stem from a problematic interaction between Wi-Fi and cellular data connections. Numerous users have found that turning off Cellular Data in Settings gets their Wi-Fi working again.
You may have many apps open which can possibly cause the slowdown and possibly the loss of wifi. In iOS 4-6 double tap your Home button & at the bottom of the screen you will see the icons of all open apps. Close those you are not using by pressing on an icon until all icons wiggle - then tap the minus sign. For iOS 7 users, there’s an easy way to see which apps are open in order to close them. By double-tapping the home button on your iPhone or iPad, the new multitasking feature in iOS 7 shows full page previews of all your open apps. Simply scroll horizontally to see all your apps, and close the apps with a simple flick towards the top of the screen.

I have a 64GB iPad Air WiFi+Cellular (Verizon), and I don't see the issues you are describing. First I would suggest that you update your iPad to the newest iOS update. If that doesn't help, then you may want to schedule an appointment at an Apple Genius Bar. If you go this route, I suggest that you let the iPad sleep for long enough for the problem to arise before you go to your appointment.

Changing from iPad 3rd generation to iPad Air 2

I have an iPad 3rd generation, 64GB (wifi + cellular), and want to now get an iPad Air 2.
Questions:
1. How do I transfer everything from the older iPad, including e-mail settings and archives, and all the other personal stuff like contacts and downloads?
2. How do I completely and safely remove all my personal information, e-mails and everything else from the older iPad, so that I can give it to someone else?
I would appreciate any advice and help.

To transfer data to your new iPad Air 2 create an iTunes backup of your old iPad on your computer and setup your new iPad Air 2 with iTunes using the backup to restore your new iPad. ICloud backup can also be used for this but will be slower.
To give the old iPad away turn off Find My IPad in Settings > Cloud and then use Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings

Mijn niet-lege prullenbakken verdwijnen als ik Thunderbird afsluit, dus ik kan niets meer deleten, hoe kan ik dit herstellen?

Ik gebruik meerdere e-mail accounts in Thunderbird, en de prullenbakken (de mappen) verdwijnen stuk voor stuk. Ik heb een tijdlang de mappen automatisch laten leegmaken bij afsluiten. Dat werkte een tijdlang normaal, maar op een gegeven moment niet meer - toen verdwenen de mappen. Ik had er nog drie over, en ik heb de instelling teruggezet naar NIET automatisch legen bij afsluiten, maar nu is er weer een verdwenen die ik vermoedelijk (ik weet het niet zeker) per ongeluk niet geleegd heb alvorens af te sluiten. Ik moet nu steeds te verwijderen berichten naar een prullenbak van een ander account slepen, maar ik kom nu helemaal in de gevarenzone, waar ik niets meer kan verwijderen.
Hoe kan ik de prullenbakken weer herstellen, zodat elk account weer zijn eigen prullenbak heeft, die niet meer verwijderd wordt bij afsluiten?

Ik heb Cc op mijn PC geinstalleerd en CS6 op mijn laptop. Ik wil dit net andersom . omdat mijn PC maar op 32 bit draaitheb ik niet genoeg Ram geheugen kan gebruiken. Hoe kan ik dat organiseren?

Ik heb CC op de PC en CS6 op de laptop. ik wil dit net andersom omdat mijn PC op windows 8.1-32 bits draait en ik zo onvoldoende geheugen kan gebruiken om mijn schoolprojecten af te werken. Op mij laptop heb ik wel genoeg geheugen en heb hier bij de installatie niet bij stil gestaan dat het probleem zich kon voordoen.. As long as you correctly use the Help --> Deactivate(or Sign out options) to deactivate there should be no problem swapping your licenses around and getting them activated. That aside you can activate each license on 2 systems one way or the otehr, so deactivation wouldn't even be necessary.

Ik kreeg een iphone van mijn broer uit Canada cadeau maar in België lukt het niet om ermee te bellen of te mailen. Ik heb via telenet een simkaart aangeschaft maar na vele pogingen en heel wat opzoekwerk lukt het nog niet. Bij telenet kreeg ik geen hulp.

Wie kan mij helpen? Bij Telenet kreeg ik alvast geen support. Ik heb wel ergens op internet gelezen dat Telenet pas vanaf de iphone 4s een overeenkomst heeft met apple. Voorheen kon je blijkbaar een iphone enkel laten werken met een simkaart van mobistar. Klopt dit? Wie helpt me om mijn iphone 4 uit Canada hier in België te laten werken? (liefst legaal maar tot op heden is me dit niet gelukt) Nu sta ik hier met mijn ipad gekocht in België en een iphone gekocht (cadeau gekregen van mijn broer) uit Canada.

Door deze iPad te wissen en te synchroniseren wordt de gehele inhoud vervangen door de inhoud van de nieuwe itunes bibliotheek

after a lot of trying and contacting the Apple support in the netherlands...... it is recognized by iTunes and iPod updater. it look like it works but it is not possible to disconnect the iPod. I'll tryed the hard way, and have the next problem; the display of my iPod sign up with the Apple-logo and map-attention, the hard disc is working and
it is not possible to reset the iPod. also read and tryed the the next issue

Mijn ipad slaat soms zo maar op hol

Mijn ipad doet af en toe vreemd. Een letter intoetsen geeft 30 keer dezelfde letter.Bij wordfoeden gaat ie uit zichzelf passen of swappen of resignen. Bij internet verspringt i vanzelf van paginas maar natuurlijk nie as k terugkom in de winkel waar ik m gekocht heb. Daar heeft niemand dit nog ooit gezien maar kan me niet voorstellen dat ik uniek ben me dit probleem? Iemand n oplossing?

Heb ik ook gehad. Ik heb toen mijn geschiedenis inclusief cookies van Safari geschoond (via Instellingen) en daarna was het probleem over.
