HELP..migo user Exit

HI all..
please help me...
this is my third post and i badly need a user exit after posting of material document..
is there a user exit avaible before migo will pop up the success message Material document number 49000000 posted?..
because in my requiremnt, material document must be posted(save in table mseg mkpf ) and all lock entries(material batch etd) are already released..

You can use BADI MB_DOCUMENT_BADI ( MB_DOCUMENT_UPDATE ),
here u will have the Doc number too..
The following steps to activate the BADI.
1.             Execute Business Add-In(BADI) transaction SE18
2.             Enter BADI name i.e. MB_DOCUMENT_BADI and press the display
        button
3.             Select menu option Implementation->Create
4.             Give implementation a name such as Z_MB_DOCUMENT_BADI( depends on the naming conbvention)
5.      You can now make any changes you require to the BADI within this
        implementation, for example choose the Interface tab
6.             Double click on the method you want to change, you can now enter
        any code you require. ( SE19 )
7.      Please note to find out what import and export parameters a
        method has got return the original BADI definition
        (i.e. MB_DOCUMENT_BADI) and double click on the method name
        for example within MB_DOCUMENT_BEFORE_UPDATE is a method
8.      When changes have been made activate the implementation

Need help for user exit mereq001

Hi,
I need help for user exit mereq001. I think I messed up with include table CI_EBANDB and CI_EBANMEM. And When I tried to check the syntax . It gives me error like : Class IF_PURCHASE_REQUISITION. Inconsistency in the dictionary for the structure mereq_item_s_cust_data. Anyone had experience for this exit? I just need to extract costcenter information of the each item from the requisition and block the requisiton if the costcenter are differents from each other before the requisition is saved. Any one has idea about it?

Have you checked this struture consistency from SE11. Also check the activation log.
If there are any errors and you are not able to rectify the same use RSDDCHECK program, give your table name and run the report.
This will list down the error structures releated this table and also prompts for you to activate it.

Help on USER EXIT for MIGO

Hi friends,
Facing problem in USER EXIT for MIGO...
My requirement is...
I want to give a error message for good issue or it should not be posted in MIGO, if the Item OK check has not been made for all the available materials corresponding to Order no while posting goods issue.
the structure and field names are: GODYNPRO-DETAIL_TAKE
i.e., If the user omits to do the item-check for any materials while posting Good issue(after the Production order made),one popup(error) message will come/display b4 posting the document (by way to alert him).
If anyone have solution or worked on this previously...pls post ur example by reply or let me know which is the corresponding USER EXIT to include my coding part.
I've tried in MB_CF001 and MBCF0005 and its not working.
Pls do the needful at the earliest.

I have been create a ztable.it will contain PO no, then I go to MIGO Transaction While saving goods receipt PO, I want to check with Ztable.PO No(MIGO trs) is Available or Not? Such as (Po is not available means Display error Message in MIGO transaction) If any standard user exits are available?

Doubt in MIGO user exit

Hi all,
my requirement is "whenever the user is performing the MIGO transaction and presses the post button,i have to populate all the values what ever the user is entering along with the MBLNR (material document number) field and also to populate somemore fields from 2 ztables and post it into IDOCs".
For this i have found the userexit which is MBCF0002.
Im getting all the fields values, what ever the user is entering but for the MBLNR (material document number) field its blank. The reason for this is , only after the successful movement of the material MBLNR field will be generated.

Hi,
You need to use a user exit which is getting triggered only after material document no has been generated. You may use INCLUDE ZXMBCU01 of EXIT_SAPLMBMB_001. Please note that this exit is getting executed whenever a material document is generated by the system. Hence you need to check your specific tran code+reason code. Please also note that if at all you need to debug this exit, just put /h in command box just before pressing post & then settings---->update debugging shystem should give you the message update debugging has been switched on. You need to ensure this since it's a toggle.

Message to display in MIGO user exit

Hi everyone,
I have used a User Exit EXIT_SAPMM07M_001in migo for automatic batch generation, the problem is that when I give the message in the user exit it does not pop up the information.
E.G. message 'Batch is xyz' type 'I'
also i have tried to use the function module POPUP_TO_CONFIRM but this also does not give a pop up display.
How can I go about giving a message popup in MIGO .

Maybe it's not running the code in the exit.
You can check this by add some lines to a logfile on the application server for testing purposes.
data: l_dataset type string value '/export//intf/abaptemp/zzhstest0001.txt',

open dataset l_dataset for appending in text mode encoding default.
l_string = 'Test 1'. transfer l_string to l_dataset.
concatenate sy-Datum sy-uzeit sy-uname into l_string. transfer l_string to l_dataset.
l_string = l_string2. transfer l_string to l_dataset.
close dataset l_dataset.
Run the program.
Check the logfile.

Urgent Help in User-Exit for MM!

Hi,
1. I am writing code in the Exit "EXIT_SAPLMGMU_001".
2. I have to pop-up error/warning messages for incorrect data entered in various fields/screens/views of MM01/MM02 transaction.
3. The Exit gets triggered when i press "SAVE" after modification.
4. When I create the Classification View, i enter the class type as "001" for material class.
5. Then i need to enter a value "Z_Product" in the class column(on the screen in classification view). This class is the "Product Class" (description).
 My problem is to find this value that i enter on screen before "Save" i.e. when i am creating material for the first time in MM01, i dont want the error message to pop-up if i am entering any value in the class column and also entering values in the internal characteristics for that class.
 Basically i want to read the values (before "SAVe") entered in the class column as well as want to know the values for the internal characteristics of the class.
 For Class, the std. field is "RMCLF-Class" , but i have no buffer field available in my exit that contains the value for the Class. I have also tried using "Get parameter ID", but it doesnt work.
 For Internal Characteristic values (of the class) that are entered in the tab(that appears on pressing "Enter" after filling the Class value) below the Class tab, i am fetching data from std. table AUSP to check for corresponding entries for that particular material number....but this table will get updated only after "SAVE" and so i would be able to read the values only in MM02.
Please help me in finding out a way for reading the class values & Characteristic values in my user-exit.

Hi Ronak.
You can try with 'EXIT_SAPLCLFM_002' (CLFM0002). This is the exit for the classification view. You can get this for the transaction CL22N / CL24N.
This is also called in MM01 for classification values. This classification details are cross application components. So This is also called from other transaction.

MIGO - user exit - POST

Hi,
I have added code in the user exit MB_CF001 for the transcation code MIGO.
I put a break-point in it (hard coded),
I have activated in SMOD and CMOD also.
But when i run MIGO and POST (click on post button on application tool bar) it is not posting, while clicking on SAVE also it is not stopping.
Please tell me when the user exit will be encountered.

Hi,
There are a number of techniques SAP have used over the years to implement user-exits.
The most recent exits will be found in CMOD. Using CMOD (or SMOD), you can list all the enhancements available, that use this technique. As usual in the SAP world, the later the version of SAP you are using, the more exits are available.
Other exits do not use the enhancement technique. For example, in Sales Order Processing (SAPMV45A), SAP have provided empty forms, such as USEREXIT_SAVE_DOCUMENT_PREPARE that can be used to provide customer functionality. With one client, this was used to set the blocking indicator on a sales order, if a manual change had been made to pricing. The requiredscript is written in between form and end form.
Another technique is the use of validation and substitution rules in the financial modules.
The best way to find the user exits available is through the IMG. The relevant nodes will take you to where the customisation can be performed. Usually, the associated IMG note details the use of each exit, though there are gaps.

I would like to disable a specific set of fields in MIGO (fields under the GOITEM structure). Is there a BADI (or user exit) I can use to implement this functionality ?

My understanding is this BADI is used for modifying the value of the field itself. My requirement is to disable the field (user should not be able to edit the value). Whenever I add the LOOP AT SCREEN statement on this BADI, the screen field GOITEM-CHARG is not processed.
I am actually looking for a BADI/user exit where this screen field can be read.

ABAP help in user exit variables

In the selection screen of a query, I have an optional variable CalenderMonth (SOMONTH). I have to calculate another user exit variable (CALMONTH) in ZXRSRU01 by using this SOMONTH. This is how. If the value SOMONTH is entered, then I need to assign SOMONTH to CALMONTH. If SOMONTH is not entered, then I need to set CLAMONTH to current calender month from system date.
For that, I need to check if SOMONTH is entered or not in the program ZXRSRU01. This is what I am trying to do, and is not working.
WHEN 'CALMONTH'.
 If I_step = 2.
 Loop at I_T_VAR_RANGE into LOC_VAR_RANGE
 Where VNAM = 'SO_MONTH'.
 IF LOC_VAR_RANGE-LOW IS INITIAL.
 ELSE

PROBLEM: The statement "IF LOC_VAR_RANGE-LOW IS INITIAL." is not working. When I try to debug the code, program aborts at that line. By this line of code, I mean to check if SOMONTH is initial or not.
Any suggestions or ideas very much appreciated.

When I have tried something similar to this (in BW v3.1), and the (optional) variable I am reading from is not populated by the user; in STEP 2 table I_T_VAR_RANGE does not contain a record for it. Hence, the logic I would use is:
CASE I_VAM.

 WITH KEY vnam = 'SOMONTH'.

Help needed: user exit for CO02

I have a problem with user exit. I need to display an error message when the quantity of a specific component of a material is changed in CO02 and user hits save button.
I inserted my code in include program ZXCO1U01. Based on the material type if the user changes the quantity I will display a message. But the problem is the documentation shows that we cant insert a error message in this exit. Its giving a dump if I do that.
I am calling a new screen to display a message but if I try to execute CO02 again for the same order its displaying error messages as that component will remain locked.
Please help me regarding this.

We had similar issue and we have added a code to send an e-mail message to the user is any error occurs.
You can't insert an error meesage in this user exit.
