HELP, Scrolling cotent does not work

So i just updraded to Lion and every guesture works except for scrolling content down or up, i dont know why that is. but i tried messing with the settings and i still cant get it work. please help

Answering my own question, I found an app called "ScrollReverser.app" that is a freebie, and works with Snow Leopard.

Works fine, and it sits in the toolbar where you can change the direction anytime you want.

Down scroll arrow does not work in Firefox or Safari.

When in Firefox or Safari, the down scroll arrow does not work (I have arrows set to top and bottom, both at bottom makes no difference). Striking above or below the scroll bar works as expected (set to one page, up or down). The up scroll arrow works as expected. Both arrows work fine in all other applications (word, excel, powerpoint, preview, etc.). Grabbing the scroll bar and moving it up and down works fine also.
Only failure is the down scroll arrow when in Firefox or Safari.

Thanks for your help, but in setting up another account, I was looking at the settings for Firefox on the MacBook Pro (my wife's computer). I saw that for some reason she had turned off (probably accidentally) the status bar. Some reason turning it off merges the up scroll arrow and the window expansion corner, somehow turning off the scroll bar. Sounds stupid, but by turning it on I fixed the problem she had.

Now I upgrade to 3.66 figuring the problems were over, wrong. No scroll wheel, no buttons, cannot close half the windows, cannot go to a bookmarked page. Did Microsoft take over Mozilla? If I wanted a junk browser, I would use IE. I want the Firefox that it used to be; stable, reliable. What happened? Only way I can get Firefox to work is in safe-mode.

Lenovo wireless mouse middle scroll button does not work

lenovo bluetooth wire mouse works fine with click buttons but the middle scroll wheel does not work. scrolling with the wheel should move the browser screen up and down and it does not.
click buttons work fine just the scroll wheel in the middle of the mouse

I tried this setting (adding Firefox as an exception) and it had no effect :-(

Using a WBS with ECP and displaying the cost amounts, the F4 search help on 'Base unit of Measure' does not work. Please let me know if anybody has encountered this before and if so whether it is a SAP error or whether there is some setting which has not been configured correctly.

Applescript help - keystroke part does not work

Hi guys, I'm new to Applescript and would like some assistance. I have an application called iVPN that I would like to start with some applescript code - just one problem in that it requires the admin password at startup.
I tried the following, but once the dialogue box appears to enter the password, nothing happens. It seems to stop just before the "delay 10" line. I've also tried it with just the keystroke line, but nothing happens (no password appears in the dialogue box that pops up).

Scroll bar does not work when creating a datalist

So I created a very simple vertical scrollbar from 2 stretched rectangles (a thumb and a track). I also grouped a text field and a square together, that would make up the list items.
Next, I selected the scrollbar and the list item, and created a data list from them. When I tested the project, however, I could move the scrollbar without any problems, but the items in the list did not move. I also tried adding some more items to the list, which didn't help either.
Then i tried using the component from Flash Catalyst, instead of my "home-made" scrollbar. Making a data list out of this, and testing the project gave the desired result.
I'd really like to use my own made scrollbar here, and I have the feeling that I missed something completely obvious on the way that I forgot.
Note: I checked several times if I had forgotton to "edit the parts" of the scrollbar and data list, but I had selected all the parts as required.

What you can try if the above doesn't work, is deleting the scroll bar from your Data List, and then dropping it back in from the Library. The act of re-adding the scrollbar may get you the desired behavior.
If that doesn't work, you will probably need to post your project so we can take a look.

After itunes sync, ipod scroll feature does not work - here is the solution

Hope this helps loads of you as it was frustrating my tits!
1. synchronise your ipod
2. then disconnect (right click on ipod icon in itunes and select disconnect)
3. now you will notice that you can't scroll - but don't worry
4. select settings
5. select general
6. select accessibility
7. accept voice over
8. TURN VOICE OVER OFF
9. that's it
10. ipod works fine.
THERE IS AN EASIER METHOD THOUGH
1. reset ipod back to factory settings using restore command in itunes
2. disconnect it (right click ipod icon in itunes)
3. go into settings - then general - then accessibility
4. select voice over
5. turn voice over ON and then voice over OFF
6. now plug back to computer and sync with itunes

I have some problem with my Bridge. When i browse preset from my After Effect in Bridge, it won't preview all of the After Effect preset(*.ffx), but my Bridge works well with photoshop files, it will preview all the photo files inculding .PSD. Does anyone knows what's the problem? Anyone knows how to fix it? I need help to fix this problem to get my work in AfterEffect, it is very hard to get things work it won't preview the preset. Hi I've took the example from http://corlan.org/2009/02/12/how-to-add-a-scrollbar-to-text-layout-framework/ to add a scroll bar to my editor
I use TextLayout Framework 2 and SDK Version 3.5 so I had to adapt my code to work and I got stuck on

Scroll wheel does not work after update to 8.0

After updating firefox to 8.0 the scroll wheel on my mouse (A4-Tech USB mouse) stopped working.
Many plugins are now also disbaled which limits the usabiity of firefox in my day to day use.

I fiddled with the settings, but eventually gave up and went back to 3.6, at least it works.

Help! Demo does not work

I met a problem while I tried to run the XML sample 'WebStore B2B Exchange'.
I am using Oracle8.1.7, Apache WebServer 1.3.12 and Apache JServ 1.1. Most of things are OK now, except that when the XSQL servlet wants to creat an AQ connection with oracle database, the application terminates errorly.
The following sentence is what I found in the JServ.log file:
Servlet Error:
java.lang.NoSuchMethodError: oracle.jdbc.driver.oracleConnection: method getTypeMap()Ljava/util/Dictionary; not found
at org.apache.jserv.JServConnection.processRequest(JServConnection.java)
at org.apache.jserv.JServConnection.run(JServConnection.java)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:479)
I think the problem is still how to configure the Apache JServ or some other parts.
Sincerely hope that some friends could help me to solve this problem.

I see that you are using 8.1.7, but the WebStore demo was built and tested using 8.1.6. This is just a guess, but maybe you should use a different JDBC driver. Here are some things to try:
- Edit setbxbenv.bat to configure the sample app environment. Down near the bottom of this file are some lines you can uncomment to use classes111.zip and xsu111.jar. Then comment out the lines that use classes12.zip and xsu12.jar.
- Edit jserv.properties to configure Apache JServ as described in the XSQL Servlet Release Notes (by default, it is installed in c:\xsql\doc\relnotes.html). The Release Notes explain how to configure JServ to use the Oracle JDBC 1.x drivers instead of the Oracle JDBC 2.0 drivers.

ABAP Webdynpro table scroll bar does not work

I have created a dynamic WD table using cl_wd_dynamic_tool=>create_table_from_node. I have set the no. of visible rows to 5. Now when ever the table has more rows, it displays a vertical scroll bar. But if I scroll it down, after 5 rows, it dosent scroll further. Am I missing something here?

I guess you might have wriiten the code in the MODFIYVIEW right.
One thing you do....
Use the FIRST TIME parameter , create the tbale and all. When the application runs for 2nd time, then reset the vsible row count value.
Have you used any BIND_TABLE statement in this modfivyew.
Please clarify above.
