Help, Strange double clicking on nforce 2
I've had a microsoft intellieye trackball explorer (try saying that when your drunk) Ever since I installed it onto this new nforce 2 board, it's been double clicking instead of single clicking at appearingly random intervals. I've checked the cable, and the button, tehres nothing obstructing, and i've tried installing the drivers from microsoft's site but to no avail. the folder options are all set to double click, so what's causing this, any ideas will be greatly appriciated people! thanks!

Help please, double clicking on an image in raw does nothing
I'm double clicking on an image in adobe bridge and normally it would then open in photoshop but not it's not. What did I do and how do I fix it so that it does?

While in Facebook and using safari or atomic web browser, I have to double click on one Sid of screen and the other very fast and sometime it will allow me to like or make a comment. This does not happen with ipad face book app or any other applications. Just stated doing this yesterday

CharboneauFacebook and mobile safari are not playing well together right now. It's an issue with facebook, not your iPad. The best you can do is find a work around until Facebook fixes it, if they ever do.

I suposed you are new to ALV's, so i have a sugestion for you.
Instead of CL_GUI_ALV_TREE try to use some examples of CL_GUI_ALV_TREE_SIMPLE. It's much more simple to understand and to work with. For example Report BCALV_TREE_SIMPLE_DEMO.
In this case, to add more nodes to the the you just need to add 3 lines of code in
perform build_sort_table.

Why won't a cursor show up in the shape when I double click it?
I thought you could just double click the shape to type in it...The cursor shows up outside the shape in the main part of the document or it highlights unrelated text from a text box, but it won't put a cursor in the shape. After trying 50 times, I will finally get the cursor in the box.

Anyway, there is really nothing out of the ordinary with the doc. When Pages Help says "Double click the shape and type the text you want," it does not work to just double click in the middle of the shape, like I would guess. I had to double click near the edge of the shape. -
My ipad recently seems to be freezing and not responding to home button single or double clicks?
While this could potentially be a hardwar issue:
Try a rest: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the iPad shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the iPad back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps from the tray before doing the reset.
If the reset doesn't work, you may need to consider restoring the iPad to factory settings -
Can't double click and add event in month view. HELP!
For some strange reason, I can't double click to addevent on Ical Monthly view all of a sudden. Whenever I double click, nothing happens. Same thing happens on the year view.
I can only add event now using the stupid + signs, or go into daily or weekly view. HELP!I have this problem too. Just started today all of a sudden. When I am in iCal on my Macbook, I double click - like I have been doing since ical was invented - and nothing happens, other than a quick "updating" message. I tried clicking the "+" button but all it gives me is "quick event" to add but nothing ever shows up in my iCal calendar on my mac. When I log into to iCal in the Cloud - lo and behold! - I see dozens and dozens of "new event" entries all over my calendar! What is going on and how can this be corrected? At this point my computer's ICal program is basically now useless since I am prevented from adding anything to it.

at the first, sorry about my English. (i'm japanese and english is my second language so..) anway.... i can't open the files on desk top by double click. if i go to Finder then i can open files... and some files i can open by double click. i downloaded Limewire but i can't install it because my couble click is not working for that. but i can double click to open photoshop, safari or email or some other things in the dock. and i couldn't open up the games either.. doesn anybody knows what's happened to my son's computer? it's a iMac flat panel G4. and OS X 10.3.9. Saw your response and started to write to you for help also but have, with one final try, found PART of my problem. I have a Logitech wired optical mouse that worked with everything except opening desktop volumes when I double clicked on them. I could open applications and documents within the Finder window....just not the desktop volume icons.
I ran Disk Utility........verified all the volumes........repaired all permissions, unplugged mouse and reset. Logitech software is up to date.. I've never had this happen before.
What I discovered was that I was double clicking to open the volumes, but had the mouse set for single click. It's still a little strange because I changed it to double click to open and now it opens with double OR single click. Now I can open the volumes but it won't allow me to move the Finder windows that open. I can't drag or move them on the desktop; have to use them where they open.
Any suggestions for me, I hope? Thanks. -
When I open up iphoto and click on the events tab then double click on an event, it used to show minis of all the photos in that event. Now it shows only one photo at a time. How do I get it back? Can you help?
On the bottom bar of the window (on the left iPhoto 11, on the right in other versions) note the slider. Drag it left.

I'm not sure what happened, but I can't leave my home screen unless I press n hold an app and move it to another page, then when i press the home button so the apps stop shaking I can stay on another page. Other than doing it that way I can't scroll from one page to another. When I click on an app a thin box appears around it, not only with apps but when I click on the time or battery or ANYTHING! In order for me to open any of the apps I have to double click on it and then when it opens I can't do anything in the app. Even when I went to settings to see if there was something in there to fix this problem I can't go anywhere or do anything. Someone please help!!!
Im having this same problem an my phone is about 3 weeks old. I am not sure about the voice over part though...I have not yet figured out how to work the voice recognition part of the phone...I am such a newbie with this phone. I did the power off/on suggestion, several times. I tried leaving it off for 10 minutes. Tried to reset with the power on/off and home button pressed at the same time. Charged battery. Still makes no difference. You cannot scroll any direction. Have to double click to open apps. Have to double click letters when texting or emailing in order to get the letter in the text box. Can scroll through app choices, have to click on the line with the dots in it and move from page to page. Can't access the settings - > general - > accessibility - because it won't allow me to scroll down to "general".
Anyone help you with your fix yet? -
This problem happens every few months and it is HIGHLY irritating!!!
Then, when I update iPhoto or the Mac OS, it works again...
Anyway, there are no updates for me to do, and yet the problem has returned.
Any help would be MOST appreciated!!!!!!!!!!! As I can't view or edit my images once I double-click on any of the thumbnails.

causposThere are several possible causes for the Black Screen issue
1. Permissions in the Library: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to check and repair permissions.
2. Minor Database corruption: Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild.
3. A Damaged Photo: Select one of the affected photos in the iPhoto Window and right click on it. From the resulting menu select 'Show File (or 'Show Original File' if that's available). (On iPhoto 11 this option is under the File -> Reveal in Finder.) Will the file open in Preview? If not then the file is damaged. Time to restore from your back up.
4. A corrupted iPhoto Cache: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto folder from HD/Users/Your Name/Library/ Caches...
5. A corrupted preference file: Trash the com.apple.iPhoto.plist file from the HD/Users/ Your Name / library / preferences folder. (Remember you'll need to reset your User options afterwards. These include minor settings like the window colour and so on. Note: If you've moved your library you'll need to point iPhoto at it again.)
If none of these help:
As a Test:
Hold down the option (or alt) key key and launch iPhoto. From the resulting menu select 'Create Library'
Import a few pics into this new, blank library. Is the Problem repeated there? -
I have several PDFs in Baggage Files that are linked to topics in the Table of Contents. When I generate the CHM file and 'View Results' I am able to pull up/access the PDFs with no problem. When I go into the project folder and just double-click on the CHM file, I cannot pull up/access any of the PDFs nor can I access them in the product help. Any ideas? Is a setting "off" somewhere in my project?
I am using RoboHelp 10.

Well, first off, even though it would be WebHelp, it would be inside a CHM container. So for all intents and purposes it would be a CHM file. But having said that, I'm not sure there is a way to merge these hybrid types of CHM files.
If your statement about Adobe fixing the issue is meaning that they can either remove the Print icon from the CHM Viewer, I wouldn't hold my breath because as I said, that's in Microsoft's lap and they haven't updated the CHM viewer in a long while. Doubtful they ever will.
The only hope would then be for Adobe to update the code used for the Mini TOC. The only way that will happen is if enough folks submit this as a bug via the following link:

Until that would happen, your likely best bet is to simply avoid using the Mini-TOC feature or just insert a warning that if the topic is printed, it will cause issues. Or, you could use bookmarks and links to establish your own verision of a "Mini-TOC"
