Help with Tetris (ahh not tetris again!!)

Here it goes!
i'll first describe the structure of my tetris game..
tetrisMain- this class has the applet's run file and basically constructs a random block, and tells it to move down, left, right, or to rotate depending on the situation or what the player does.
Block - this is just an interface of the blocks
Lblock- these blocks construct 4 subblocks in the correct positions, and tell each subBlock where to move to in a rotation or move command
Jblock- these blocks construct 4 subblocks in the correct positions, and tell each subBlock where to move to in a rotation or move command
and so on..
sub block- this is the tiny block that makes up a tetris block.. 4 in total makes on of those ^
pretty simple.
So where my problem lies is in my rotate methods, random things are happening. My Iblock rotates completely correctly, and the rest i'm seeing random results (except the Oblock, because it doesnt rotate). My zblock does the first rotation correct, and then it doesn't do anything if you try to rotate it again.
What i was hoping is we could just work this out one block at a time and i'll answer questions because my code is probably ugly in everyone elses eye's.
So i select the Tblock first!!
here is the rotate method:

Now you have to know which block is which, so i'll put the
position "0" This is the position it starts in

position"1" it should go from position 0 to 1.

I try to always rotate around the 2nd block clockwise, which is why there are no m2.changepositon (x,y) calls.
This is my strangest thing because it isn't doing anything when i tell it to rotate it, but if i change the numbers it will change positions, so i know its calling the right method and stuff.

well i think i just relized my problem... the moment it changes directions, the next if statement is automatically true, so it does all the rotations, meaning that if the thing stays the same, it actually all rotated completely around.
