HELPPPP can´t save my missed calls...

hey, 2 days ago i got my iphone 4. i´m just happy like a child getting a lolli i connect it to itunes and it seems that everything worked well... but then i got a call and wanna call the number back. but there´s no number saved in my missed-call-list.... i tried to reset the iphone restart and everything u can imagine. but i still have the problem... can anybody help me?? PLEASSSEEEE!!!

Press the green dial key to enter the call log > Menu key > Options > Call Logging and set the logging to NONE and save.

L can't see my miss calls

since last week i can't see the miss calls and messages so could you help me,or if i want to reset again i will lose every contact numbers so would you tell me how i can save my contact thanks

You contacts are automatically linked to your default Microsoft account. After hard reset you will be asked to set up that account again, and if you use the same account as before the contacts will automatically be synced to your phone.

Can't see all missed calls on my iPhone 4.

It only shows me a notification if my phone is locked. If not, then I can't see the missed call. Even in the call log, no missed calls and received calls are saved after 21st June. Can someone help me with this issue?
My iOS version is 4.3.3

Thanks for the reply. I tried clearing the recents and now can see the new calls being registered in the call log. Initially it was only showing me the calls until the 21st of June and not the later ones. Appreciate your answer.
Could you please tell me what is the maximum size for the call log, it will surely help me in clearing the same at the proper time.

Because iCloud doesn't display phone information. It displays Contact information, Calendars, and Reminders. Not call history or voicemail messages.

How can I save the recorded calls automatically in CCX?

I use CCX for contact center. I would like to record the conversation between agents and the callers.
I use server based recording and I can listen the recorded conversation by Supervisor Record Viewer.
I also can save the recorded conversation by Supervisor Record Viewer but one-by-one.
Could anyone suggest me how I can convert the raw files (saved by VoIP Monitor) into wav files simultaneously?
I know that the Supervisor Record Viewer is not intended to archive conversations, but I have read somewhere that is there any possibility to archive the recorded conversations automatically. Unfortunately I did not find how.

This has been covered on the forum before; however, I'll get you started so you know what you're searching for.
This is done in two parts:
You need to configure a workflow action for CAD on the Answered event to start recording if you want this to happen automatically.
You can use the Raw2Wav.exe file stored on the CCX server as part of a batch file to periodically convert the RAW files to WAV files. The Raw2Wav.exe utility only converts the file. Your batch script would need to take care of moving them off of the CCX server. Do *not* use the CCX server as your file server to store these!

How can I save the call log ?

I need to save the call log record for the past 30 days.
Is there any way I can do this? In text format or any other format.
I need to be able to save it onto my pc, as takingthe sim card out will delete all records.

No mate sorry, but to be fair, you could simply save any missed calls/recieved calls to contacts, sync with Ovi suite then you've got them on your computer, and if you don't know who they're from, does it matter whether you save or not ?
Doing screen shots is probably the easiest !

Notifications - Missed Calls

Today I received a call which I was not able to pick up so I saw the phone symbol on the home screen with 1 underneath it. Then I went in the hub menu and saw 1 under Hub and 1 also under calls. I tapped on calls and got a list of all calls made, received and missed. The call which I was not able to answer was in bold so I tapped on it thinking that by doing so the bold would disappear and also all the notifications in the home screen and under the Hub menu but instead the phone made the call directly and the notifications did not disappear. I finally managed to get rid of the notifications by tapping and hold the missed call (still in bold by the way) and then click on the bin symbol. Is this normal or am I missing something?

I am having the exact same problem - can not mark a missed call as read. It doesn't happen every single time but it happened to me twice so far. The bigger issue for me is that the 2nd time this happened, my call history dissapeared. Every call I had made before today had completed dissapeared from call list, hub, and phone "application".
Please solve this issue, phone call history is crucial! And sticky notifications are very annoying indeed!

no, missed calls will be send from Exchange UM to the mailbox. You could check the Exchange log for this transaction.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
Try reseating or replacing the SIM card.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).

How is it a security breach? You're free to turn off lock screen notifications for the phone app so that no one can do that.... even if they can, they can only call the number that called you... nothing else. (well, except for 900 or whatever the emergency services number is where you are, but that's required by law).

I've noticed that once you miss a call on FaceTime on a desktop Mac, it won't work properly again until you restart the machine.
I sent in Feedback so we'll see how that goes.
