Hi... a little away from ABAP... this is on cost centers

HI,
In my selection screen i have the entry for cost center(ebkn-kostl).
I need to find out the purchase requisitions that are assigned to a particular cost center. Also i need to restrict the purchase requisitions and purchase orders via the assets that have been assigned to this cost center in the selection screen.
How do i go about doing this?
thanks

Hi,
i think this must be possible with standard tools:
for wbs element look:
TA S_ALR_87013558
(analysis: Budget/Actual/Commitmt/Rem.Plan/Assg)
i think for cost-element there must be similar reports,
when csks-BKZOB (Lock Indicator for Commitment Update) = X.
->pls search in infosystem-controlling

  • Consuming SAP HANA from ABAP

    Dear all!
I am trying to get data FROM HANA into ABAP AS (so an opposite unusual direction ).
What is the best way of connecting them? Can't find any description.
In Simple words: I have an ABAP program. Now i need connect to  Hana (RFC, whatever), then from ABAP program send SQL statement into HANA and then get data back.
    What is the easiest/best way?

    Hello,
please check SAP HANA Database - SQL Script Guide
page 43 - chapter Calling SQLScript from ABAP
    https://service.sap.com/~sapidb/011000358700000604932011
There is nice example how to call SQL Script from ABAP (this also includes calling SELECT statements).

  • Executing ABAP on Navigating away from BSP

    Hi All,
I would like to know if it's possible to execute a piece of ABAP code when the user navigates away from a BSP page.
I have the necessary ABAP clean-up code that I need to execute if the user decides to quit the BSP page (that includes closing the browser window, going to another website like cnn.com, or hitting the "Back" button).
Can anyone think of a possible solution? I tried to use javascript function on page "unload" property, but it appears it is not possible to restrict ABAP statements by enclosing them in javascript tags.
    Thanks in advance!
    Roman D.

    Hi Thomas,
Thanks for the quick response. No, the application is stateless.
Due to the programming design, the person who developed the application created a certain document on the "OnInitialization" routine. What I need is to delete that document unless the user hits the Save button...sounds absurd, but it's more of a workaround than a real solution.
So, in other words, if the user enters the page and hits "Save", everything is OK. But if the user doesn't hit "Save", but instead just quits the BSP application, I need to make sure that the document is deleted.
Is this problem more clearer now?  Let me know if I can provide more details.
    Thanks!
    Roman D.

  • Apple Pushing This User Away from iOS Devices

Little by little Apple is pushing me away from the iPhone. After reading that Apple is forcing Amazon and Barnes & Nobel to not sell books through their apps, http://preview.tinyurl.com/44ju2n7, I am just about at my last straw. It started with the difficulty in managing my music in iTunes, not being able to transfer my music from my iPhone to my laptop if I have my desktop set up as the primary machine. Then the iTunes update 10.4 that removed all ability to backup your media because Apple wants you to pay for their iCloud service. Now they won't let some magazines and newspapers along with Amazon and B&N to sell their own products via apps on iOS devices.
I was thinking about picking up an iPad 2 but not anymore. Not after the iTunes 10.4 update and the new measures to keep Amazon and B&N from selling their products through their iOS apps. I shop frequently at both those sites and make regular purchases with through the iPhone app.
Yes, it's your right to set up your rules on your devices as you see fit. But Apple must also expect that users will eventually get sick and tired of being forced to go through them for all of their media needs and turn toward devices that offer more freedom in choosing how they consume media.
So I am looking forward to seeing what Amazon will bring to the tablet market and also in what new smart phones are coming down the pike. I think I may have given my last dollar to Apple for awhile as I seriously contemplate giving up my iPhone due to the draconian measures that Apple is taking to restrict the freedom of their users to choose what media outlets they want to patronize.

You do not have to update Apps. If you have an iPhone you should know this.
If you read my post above you will see that all the Kindle App did was transfer you to a browser session with the Amazon web site. This is something that is easily bookmarked in your browser and, since it is the standard way to purchase Kindle e-books, it will not be removed from the Amazon server.
Note: With the Kindle App you never purchased books through the App. It was always through the browser.
For Amazon at least his is a flap about nothing.

Work with and store the documents on DropBox or something similar. It's free for DropBox. All you need after that is access to the internet and regardless of where you are and what you're using you have access to your documents.

  • I need to get a new wifi card for my mac air. do i have to buy this from a apple store? i live fare away from an apple store.

I spilled some red wine on my keyboard and i cannot connect to the internet any more. it says on the internet icon: Wi-fi: no harware installes. so i guess i need to get a new wifi card for my mac air. do i have to buy this from a apple store? i live fare away from an apple store. Also, I do have a macbook with software system:
System Version:          Mac OS X 10.6.8 (10K549). can I take out the wifi card from that mack and use that one for my mac air?

    Welcome to Apple Support Communities
Consider yourself lucky that your MacBook is still working. Now, turn it off. Wine may have damaged other parts of your computer.
Then, take the MacBook to an Apple Store or reseller. It will be a very expensive repair, as it's not covered by warranty and the logic board has to be replaced. In some cases, it may be better to get a new MacBook.
If you can't take it to an Apple Store, contact with Apple > http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

  • HT201210 Ive updated to ios 6 using wireless. once completed it has asked me to plug my phone into itunes. i'm away from home without itunes what can i do ? the phone cant get past this screen

Ive just tried to install iOS 6 using wirless. Once completed it asks me to plug it into itunes.
I'm away from home at the moment so i dont have access to itunes. is there anything i can do ? the phone will not do anything !!
is there a way to get passed this or revert back ?

I have the same problem and we can't simply just restore from the backup. It says that I have to set up my iPad through restoring. So I tried restoring it in iTunes but it won't restore until I have to turn off this **** "Find My iPad" crap but I couldn't because the set up's not complete and it won't let me go to my settings unless I set it up. So basically it's asking me to go to my settings but before I could go to it I have to restore, and in order to restore I have to go to settings. Get where I'm at?
Please, Apple Tech people! Help this 14 year old girl on her period, PMS-ing, thinking about how I want  to strangle however made this mistake of a set up, updating her iPad in 3 am in the morning cursing the day she even thought of updating. I seriously need to get out of this loophole. I don't want to use my other iPad that only has 16GB. I just wanted the pretty graphics I saw in my parent's iPad airs, I don't ask for anything more :''''(

  • How do I stop the pop-up window in Facebook that asks "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page"

It recently started to ask this every time I do anything on Facebook.

Yes, this pop-up window in facebook is getting extremely annoying and most times after clicking on Ok, it will take me to a page totally opposite to where I wanted to go.
When I chat on the Scrabble Discussion Board I have to click Ok constantly with each post even though I am not navigating away from that page but merely replying to a post on the same original page.
It is not present on Chrome or IE 8, just on firefox, why?
Please remove, fix, or tell me how to disable this totally useless pop-up.

  • How do I stop "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page? Press OK to continue, or Cancel to stay on the current page." from comeing up. It is new. Just started doing it yesterday morning.

I have used FireFox to play the Game Kingdoms Of Camelot, a facebook game. I also have Grease Monkey and a 3rd party add on. I leave it running 24/7 to gather food in the game for my army. It has run smoothly for 6 mo. Yesterday 2/04/11 in the morning it started asking for conformation when the page refreshed. i want to know how to stop this Box from comeing up it will not continue without refreshing and will not refresh untill th question is answered. It says "Are you sure you want to navigate away from this page? Press OK to continue, or Cancel to stay on the current page."

You're not going to stop it, and out here, what's illegal?
What it boils down to is a matter of ethics, and it's wrong. But the web
techies build this feature into their sites because they know somebody
is going to fly in off an engine like Google or MSN. And take something,
like a picture. Without stopping in and signing up or something else.
But what if I or you is out collecting stamps or avatars or wallpapers,
and have already taken a quiz, or signed up for a product? I've already
done that...but the site developers who use this ingenious(hijacking)
software don't see it that way, and don't care if you just got a computer
and want to pick up something here or there. Those sites don't get
anything when you visit and don't leave your number. I don't what
these 19 tracking cookies are for, do you?
