i was just wondering with any software, what is the difference between retail license and commercial license.....ie can you use retail license for commercial purpose?? thanks adam

HT1695 cant find place to enter wifi password
I suddenly cannot connect to my home wifi with my ipad. My laptop ,not apple, connects okay. When I go to settings and my wifi and click on it needs a password but i cannot find a place to enter the password! can someone help me?

Have just aquired ipod 6th and 7th gereration and have got bungled up i tunes library and is full of query marks which I dont understand and want to dump all tunes and restore both ipods to blanks so I can have another go at loading music. Thanks for reading
Thanks for that Deggie as am over the hill for all this but what a gadget - have the blue tooth one as well and works great in the car but all tunes were screwed because of query marks. After restore am now putting 1500 old jazz tunes in from archive.net and working fine. Really obliged.

I used to have the number of images (pictures) for every folder
under Projects in the left pane
Now they disappeared and I can't find the option to get them back
Some can help me ?
ThanksIt is in the Preferences>Appearance. Near the bottom is a checkbox to Show number of versions for projects and albums.
I agree about finding it in any index, couldn't come up with the right word.

Cant find place to transfer pictures on iphone
when i open itunes with iphone there is not any tab for pictures. with device ( iphone) on taps accross top read Summary, info, applications, ringtones, music, movies, tv shows, podcasts, itunesU but no photos when i attach my itouch i get a tab with photos ?????
With a Mac (don't know what you use) I have to open iPhoto to transfer images from iPhone to computer.

My ipod 5th gen says it is connected to the internet and i can go on apps that require an internet connection but whe i try to use the weather or another app that uses your current location it cant find me???
If you open the Maps app where does that say you are located?
For location the iPod uses the location of nearby routers that are in Apple's database of routers and their location. Thus it appears that Apple's database is incorrect. You do not have to be connected to the router, just within range.
Apple periodically updates their database based on information they obtain from iPhones, The iPhone has to have turned on the option to send info to Apple. no one has found another way to get the location of a router added/corrected.
You can confirm that by going to well-know place with wifi like Starbucks or McDonalds -

An extension that I apparently downloaded 18 months ago has just started to play up and is preventing me accessing the net with Firefox. Komakai (bless his heart) has suggested a couple of solutions. Why do you need to access your email? To reset the password?
