Hi, I need to unlock my iPhone 5, I´m from Venezuela and I went to my carrier and they told me that they don´t do that service(unlock the phone), so I´m asking you if you know any other way to get my iPhone unlocked, I really appreciate your help.

Only the carrier can unlock your phone. If they won't, you're out of luck. Apple doesn't unlock phones.

Only the carrier an iPhone is locked to can authorize the phone's official unlocking. There is no other way to get any iPhone officially unlocked. Apple can't/won't help you.

Only AT&T can legitimately ulock you iPhone and they won't for any reason. Any talk about unauthorized unlocking of an iPhone forbidden in this forum.

The only way you will be able to unlock it is through Verizon if you can meet their terms for doing so and even if you do an use a GSM provider in India if the phone detects a CDMA system it will switch to that on a roaming basis. You really need to call Verizon or go to one of their stores and discuss your options with them.

You can visit UK, Italy, Denmark, Austria, Sweden and Hong-Kong on the 3 network and use your 3SIM just like you were still in Italy. (Data/SMS/Calls are charged the same as if you are in Venice but in reality you're in Vienna, Austria)

Any iPhone that has Touch ID set up can ALSO be unlocked with the passcode. So if the user knows your password, they can unlock the iPhone.
I would suggest using a more complicated passcode (say, 6 numbers) if you set up Touch ID, because rarely will you have to enter it yourself.
