Hi, my HDD went south, and I found the folder where the bookmarks are, I 'm trying to import it but nothing comes up, can you help?
Yesterday I installed the new HDD on my laptop and I installed the operating system and even downloaded Firefox and installed it. Since the old HDD in part is usable, I connected it by USB and I can see almost all of the files and folders, I went to my program files and searched and for the old Firefox program and thought I could copy/paste the old bookmark folder, and I did, to my disappointment when nothing showed up on it. What can I do to save all my bookmarks?

I have just upgraded from CS 6 (Dreamweaver) and now when I click on a picture on a web page in Dreamweaver it doesn't go to the folder where the photo is stored anymore. If this continues I'll have to go back to CS 6 as I have to put in alot of photos.
I am using dw cc and I just double click picture I want to change in dreamweaver cc and my image folder opens, select new photo and then it updates and I am good to go, I am using a mac

My IPhone shut off by itself and I can't turn it back on. My lock screen button is broken and I tried plugging it into the wall but nothing happened. Can you guys please help me.
IIf the battery was completely drained it might take some time before the phone will respond. Wait at least 30 minutes with the phone connected to the charger. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. If the phone starts up let it continue to charge until it's 100%.
if the broken button will not let you do the reset Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support. -
my Mac book will power up but the apple sign remains in the middle of the screen and a gear turning below it -nothing else happens -can you help?
A couple of things to try:
PRAM reset by holding down cmd-opt-p-r on restart. Hold down the keys until you hear the second startup tone.
If you have a wireless keyboard, wait until you hear the startup tone, then press the keys.

Boot into Safe Mode by holding down Shift key on restart. Same timing applies to wireless keyboard.
Safe Mode takes a while to boot. It will show a progress bar. It will boot to the login screen. Log in, then restart normally.

Boot into Recovery HD by holding down cmd-r. Same note for wireless keyboard. Once booted, run Disk Utility and repair Macintosh HD (or whatever you have renamed it).

It sounds like you may have multiple problems, but none of them are likely to be caused by malware.
First, the internet-related issues may be related to adware or a network compromise. I tend to lean more towards the latter, based on your description of the problem. See:

If investigation shows that this is not a network-specific issue, then it's probably adware. See my Adware Removal Guide for help finding and removing it. Note that you mention AdBlock as if it should have prevented this, but it's important to understand that ad blockers do not protect you against adware in any way. Neither would any kind of anti-virus software, which often doesn't detect adware.
As for the other issues, it sounds like you've got some serious corruption. I would be inclined to say it sounds like a failing drive, except it sounds like you just got it replaced. How did you get all your files back after the new drive was installed?

My iPhone will do absolutely nothing. It won't charge or start up. I've tried several different chargers and none of them work. I've tried restarting it and everything, but nothing works. Can anyone help?
Sounds like it is time to take it back to Apple and ask them to repair it for you.

Remove the iPhone from the list of devices in the car. Remove the car from the list of devices in the iPhone. Turn Bluetooth off on the phone and reset the phone. hodl the sleep/wake and home buttons together until you see the Apple logo and release. The phone will reboot. Turn the car on and put the radio into discovery/pairing mode. Turn Bluetooth on for the iPhone which puts it into discovery/pairing mode. The two should see each other.

I use the Club Penguin site to play with my grandson, but it is extremely slow and freezes all the time and I get lots of script errors. I have today downloaded Chrome and it works fine on there extremely fast and no errors. I have downloaded the latest Adobe Flash, cleared the cache etc but on this site it just keeps freezing. Can you help.

I downloaded latest version of iTunes to my computer today and now some of my music - a lot - is showing up in grey after syncing to my iPhone 5 and I cannot open it. All music is from cd's purchased and before download was accessible. I went to SYNC and changed to AAC and reselected genres, artists, albums and synced again without success. Can anyone help? Please. I am so frustrated and have wasted all day on this. I want my music back!!!
When you upgraded, itunes should have put a copy of the itunes library database in a folder named *Previous iTunes Libraries* . If you upgraded itunes today it will show as
iTunes Library 2010-02-28.itl

Shot photos in camera raw and after editing and saving as jpeg photo becomes extremely grainy
I click open in photoshop and choose my raw image from folder. I edit colors, clarity tones sharpness etc from the pop-up.Then click open image. It opens in photoshop. Photo looks great with no graininess. I save opened file as jpeg. I open jpeg file
