HomeHandle with cluster url in Weblo 8.1 SP5

Hello,
I upgrade a cluster (4 serveurs) in 8.1SP4 to 8.1SP5 and now I have some probleme to access to an ejb on one server only.
With SP4, i get the HomeHandle on ejb with server url informations (with home-is-clusterable set to false in the weblogic-ejb-jar.xml)
and when i use the HomeHandle, i get reference on the well ejb object
But now, with SP5, the HomeHandle contains cluster url and not server url. So, when i make the getEJBObject() i get a reference on one of the four ejb deployed on all the servers in the cluster (with load balancing)
So my code don't work now
is it a regression bug on SP5? or is it conform to the specifications?

Perhaps I was not clear enough ;-)
I try to precise my problem (it is not a problem of upgrade with SP5 finally, I progress ....)
In fact, we have a traitment which publish a lot of message in distibuted queue JMS.
The call of the traitment by a client is load balancing.
(The ejb X wich receive the call is deploy on all the instances of the cluster)
So the traitement begin in only one server of the cluster
but the publish is also load balancing on all the queue members JMS of the ditributed queue (to take advantage in terms of performance of all the physical serveurs of the cluster)
At the End of each unit traitement by Message Driven Bean
the MDB want to acknowledge the ejb publisher on the initial server (wich have begin the traitement and realize the publish)
For this, when publishing, I put a HomeHandle in attribute of all the Message, and at reception of Message, the MDB use this HomeHandle to call method on the ejb in the initial server
Primary it's work But since, we made some change in configuration (the cluster adress was not set properly, we change the configuration so the cluster adress is like "urlServer1:port,urlServer2:port,urlServer3:port,urlServer4:port")
At creation the HomeHandle contains the cluster adress and not the server adress in spite of some parametres in deploiement descriptor (<home-is-clusterable>false</home-is-clusterable>)
So with the cluster adress, when the getEJBObject is call on the HomeHandle, the call is load balancing on all the serveur and not only on the ejb on the initial serveur
Is it the normal way for HomeHandle?

It means what it sais, your J2EE_ADMIN user doesn't have enough authorization.
Chech if the appropriate authorization is assigned in your abap stack which belongs to the java stack you logon to:
Role SAP_J2EE_ADMIN should be assigned to user J2EE_ADMIN.

Access to a website with a URL ending on .exe does not work

I need to access a website with a URL ending on .exe - Internet Explorer does not have any issues but with Firefox I only get the "file download" dialog box. Is there a setting where I can prevent this behaviour?

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

Well,
it's up to you. The first part (Mcit-Project-ViewController-context-root) is the context root which you define in the view controller project. 'faces' is the name the servlet filter reacts on. You can't omit it but shorten it in web.xml. The rest is your directory structure. I'm not sure how to shorten this other as to move the jspx files back into the web root folder.
By the way an ADF faces app never uses the .jspx at the end of the url. If you specify '.jspx', you only render the page but don't start the work flow.

If you think getting your web pages to appear OK in all the major browsers is tricky then dealing with email clients is way worse. There are so many of them.
If you want to bulk email yourself, there are apps for it and their templates will work in most cases...

How to register the same schema with same URL

I'm getting ORA-31085 error when try to register the same schema with same URl.
My requirement is that I should be able to reregister the same schema with the same URL .
I'm using the following function :

You should at least update to Firefox 2.0.0.20 if you are on Mac OS X 10.3.9 or lower and can't use more recent versions that require at least OS X 10.4

How to pass the portal language with the URL

Dear experts,
We are trying to call the SAP Enterprise Portal (Online Catalogue) from SAP ERP (ECC6) with an URL that looks somehting like this:
http://xxx.com/irj/portal?j_user=xx&j_password=xx
This works fine, however we would like to add the language as a parameter, something like &language=IT but this doesn't work. I've tried multiple paramaters but none of them brought any success.
The only half-valuable parameter we found is ume.logon.locale which is only considered on the logon screen, though.
Does anybody know which parameter I need to use? Does the SAP Enterprise Portal accept language settings comming from the URL?

@Abdul: I am aware of this risk, but thanks for the hint. The paramter sap-langage was already known but did not bring the desired results - it seems not be accepted.
@Ayyapparay: I had already visited the link you mentined in your reply. The list seems to be related to Web Dynpro Applications which does apply to my problem. Furthermore, the parameters I am using at the moment (j_user & j_password) are not documented.
Any other ideas?

Problem with file:/// URLs in Safari 2

I am seeing some confusing behaviour with file:/// URLs: a very simple HTML file with that type of link works as expected (opens the nominated folder) when loading it as a local file from my disk, but when I put it on our web server and retrieve it from there, nothing happens when I click on the file:/// link.
This is happening under Safari 2.0 on OS X 10.4.2 (cross-tested on a brand-new iMac), but by comparison does not happen under Safari 1.2.4 under OS X 10.3.8 on an old eMac.
The HTML source as viewed in the browser when loading it each way is identical:

I tried clicking on the link and nothing whatsoever happened. So I tried a control click and selected "Open Link in new window" and a new window opened, followed by the Utilities folder opening. I made a test.html file with the link in it, put it on my startup drive and it worked as expected, and ditto for putting it on a second internal drive. I then put it on my iDisk and navigated to it thru its web site address of
http://homepage.mac.com/francines/testlinks.html
and discovered that the two other "local" operation links (to launch ScriptEditor) both worked, but the open folder link no longer did, except by using control click and choosing either "Open link in new window" or new tab. A new Safari window or tab opens, then the Utilities folder opens.
I then tried the page in Firefox, and it didn't work AT ALL, not even with new window or tab. I then tried Mozilla and Netscape. Same deal. The ancient Internet Explorer opened the Utilities folder inside a new browser window rather than the Finder. This might be a clue as to why the link doesn't work as expected, but unfortunately I don't know what it means.

I am trying to write a Java app that will take a url and download it.
I believe you can do this with the URL class but I don't understand how to. For example, if the http url location points to a picture file, how would I code the app to retrieve this picture and save it to a specified directory?
Also, is there a way that my java app could open another program, let's say Microsoft Internet Explorer?

Term-Driven Page with Friendly URL doesn't work with a page in another Site Collection

It appears that the Term-Driven Page with Friendly URL does not work when it is referencing a page in another Site Collection. When I set my Managed Navigation to use a term that points to another Site Collection page, the link shows in my navigation, but
gives the error:
"Sorry, something went wrong"
This does not happen if I link to a page in the same site.

i got similiar (i am not sure whether the same) issue recently:
I have a site collection (address http://spserver/) which use managed navigation, and term-driven page with friendly url. The address of the term-driven page is set as /pages/teamsitehome.aspx . A friendly url takes the form such as http://spserver/menulevel1/submenu1
I create a new site collection http://spserver/sites/newsitecollection and i want it to have the same navigation menu as the other site collection. Since i cannot use the same termset for the two site collection, i have to create a new term set
for the new site collection, "pin term with chidrem" or "reuse term" to the old term set. The friendly url in newly created site collection and term set takes the form such as http://spserver/sites/newsitecollection/menulevel1/submenu1, and still
points to /pages/teamsitehome.aspx. Notice that the term-driven page here in the new site collection still points to the old site collection.
Actually, it works! I mean, when i click the navigation menu, friendly url http://spserver/sites/newsitecollection/menulevel1/submenu1 appears in the browser address. And SharePoint knows to load /pages/teamsitehome.aspx for this url. If this is a simple
blank page, it just open fine here.
However, my custom page teamsitehome.aspx calls TaxonomyNavigationContext.Current.NavigationTerm in its page load event, it should returns a valid NavigationTerm for the friendly url. But it returns null here. I traced the code to find that it calles

The passed in contextWeb points to http://spserver/ , since the term-driven page is in this web. But the termSetId points to the new termset. TermId won't be problem, since its the same in both new and old term set for pinned term. The combination of contextWeb
and termSetId just make the output NavigationTerm null. I think its simply because the termset is not associated with this spweb.
My workaround is create a copy of /pages/teamsitehome.aspx in new site collection. The term-driven page address is set to ~sitecollection/pages/teamsitehome.aspx in term management. This time, all works. Just because the contextWeb parameter i mentioned
above now points to the root web at new site collection, where the term driven page resides.

How to open a webpage with an URL out of my database...

Hi, I'm an IT student still learning Oracle and I'm doing this little project for school
Now I'm designing a program for a videostore.
I'm displaying an URL in a field and I have a button next to it.
Now if I press the button I want to open a new explorer window, with that URL...
I know all about triggers and stuff, no problem.
But how can I do this... looked all over the web, and all over the help files.
Any suggestions?

Forms has a web.show_document, if it's that what you are looking for.
