Hotspots not working in IE

Question

I created hotspots over flash banners on a website. In
Foxfire, and Safari they work fine. In IE you can see the link in
the bottom of IE but it will not go there when clicked, or double
clicked.

Probably has something to do with Internet Explorer's
inability to
display active content.
That's not a hotspot; you have links enclosing the flash
movies:

The better way would be to put the link in the flash movie.
By The Way: your site is almost completely inaccessible to
anybody
using adaptive technology. The menus don't work without
javascript
turned on, and nobody using assistive technology will see the
flash
movies or the Amber Alert. Look into the menus at Project
