How calls can be placed in a queue in UCCX 10.5?

Hello,
I know that UCCX 10.5 can support at most 400 concurrent agents. That said, I would like to know how many calls can be placed in a queue?

Lim, when a call comes into UCCX this is what happens:
Call hits a CTI route point, which is configured as a trigger in UCCX. Think of that as a pilot number.
CCX will then route this call to a CTI port; with the CTI route point CUCM knows what to do with that called number.
On the CTI Port, the call is answered, and the scripts you configured provide call treatment (IVRs/menus etc). The call will stay on the CTI port until it is transferred out of the system, to an agent, or till the call ends. When the call gets transferred to an agent, the CTI port is freed up.

    What I need to do to make a little test and verify that really works?

    If you want to do Debug Asyn Inbound proxy. Do the following steps.
    1. Get the Queue-Id from MONI.
    2. Deregister the Queue for your message (SMQR).
    3. Now resend the message. The message will be stopped in the Deregistered Queue.
    4. Start Transaction SMQ2 and select your specific Queue. Double clicking will take you to the detailed level.
    5. Press F8 to start the Debugger. And now you can debug the whole Proxy mehtod for Inboud proxy method.

  • How I can to know in JSP if one page has been called by other page

    I have a JSP portlet with one form to submit some information about clients.
    When the visitor click one image the form is submitted correctly and the information is stored into database.
    The problem is that I can't clean the values of the strings after the insert and when I call the page again, the code insert again the last information in the form.
    My JSP code is supported in the feedback code of JPDK, but I can't ask for the value of submit button because the submit is done by the click over the image, with the next code:

    I ask for one input box required, if is null run the insert code, if don't I display the form page.
    How I can clean this variables or how I know if the page has been submitted immediatly before. What variable I can request in JSP to know that or what I can do?

    I'm not sure that any javascript is necessary. You just need to turn the image into a 'proper' submit button, using the <BUTTON> element. This will cause the form and all its data to be POSTED, rather than to be sent as a query in a GET request. Note that it is important that the form passes on the value of the PortletRendererUtil.PAGE_LINK parameter using a hidden field, so that the jsp remembers the portal 'context' it is running in. E.g.

    You need to use WCF-Custom adapter and add the ServiceThrottlingBehavior service behavior to a WCF-Custom Locations.
    ServiceThrottlingBehavior.MaxConcurrentCalls - Gets or sets a value that specifies the maximum number of messages actively processing across a ServiceHost. The MaxConcurrentCalls property specifies the maximum number of messages actively
    processing across a ServiceHost object. Each channel can have one pending message that does not count against the value of MaxConcurrentCalls until WCF begins to process it.

    If you are using < 4.0, no (you will need to exec the command from java)
    If you are running 4.0 or later, you can do this using the JMX api (see the JMX developers guide)

    I am having the same problem with my iPhone 4s with iOS 5.0.1.
    Symptoms: I dial the number and the phone's display shows "calling ..." and the red "End" button, but I cannot hear an outgoing ringer.
    I was under the impression that the phone on the other end (that I was calling) was not ringing either, but that is not the case.  The phone on the receiving end rings.  I cannot hear the person I'm calling (or his/her answering machine) if he/she/it picks up.
    My carrier is AT&T, but others in my office with the same phone/carrier have not experienced this problem.
