Issue: Opening PDF forms with digital signatures take 2-3 minutes which is unacceptable for our users. Request technical assistance to mitigate this issue. Thanks,

Does the problem happen when you use native machine, as opposed to VMware View? Which OS do you use?

in WebDynPro for Java I found a possibility to to get a "request-object" like the standard "HttpServletRequest-object"
IWDProtocolAdapter protocolAdapter = WDProtocolAdapter.getProtocolAdapter();

With this request-object I can read request-prameters but I couldn't find a possibility to get cookies from the request.
There is no method like the "getCookies().method" in the HTTPServletRequest-Interface:-((
Has anybody an idea, how I can read cookies in WebDynPro for Java ?

I'm a subscriber to ExportPDF, I've just opened a PDF and converted it, and when I clicked the link to retrieve it, Adobe asked me to change the password, which I did and confirmed via email, but now when I click on the link to go to the converted document, Adobe tells me I've to pay. How can this be when I renewed the service not long ago.

How can I read the complex data for the stand-alone offline time-frequency analyzer, which only accept real data, that is one-column or one row data ?

I have real complex data (i,q data) for the ISAR imaging. I don't have any knowledge of Labview programming. I bought this signal processing toolset to use only stand-alone time-frequency analyzer.

In the LabVIEW functions palette on the block diagram, if you go to Numeric>>Complex you have to VI's that splits a complex number into rectangular or polar components. Click on the help file for those VI's to see the kind of datatypes you can wire to them.

There is no serial number and you don't need one. What you need for a subscription is to SIGN IN within Acrobat, so it knows the subscriptions you own.

How can I read mail attachment for making it to the payload?

Hi everybody,
in the following my scenario:
I have an incoming message with attachment by the mail sender adapter using PayloadSwapBean (because of other messages I have to use the bean). I want to send this attachment by using the mail receiver adapter to fix E-mail-address keeping the FromMailAddress, the MailSubject and the FileName
without the metadata as additional attachment.
I have found a thread where it is explained how to handle "payload as mail attachment and dynamic filename" by java-mapping. So far so good. My question is: How can I make my attachment to be the payload? How can I read the attachment by java-mapping?

When you set up your machine, you were asked for an administrator user name and password. You need both of these to install software.
