How can i assign view page name at run time in task flow

Hi,
jdev 11.1.2.3.0
I have a requirement to get view page (jsff page) dynamically.
Ex: I have TF in that i have two views i.e view1 and view2. in view1 there is one inputtext and button in inputtext i will give the name of the page, In view2 that particular page should be displayed.
Input Text                 View2
Employee                Employee Page
Department              Department Page
How can i implement this ?

Use a router in your task flow and point to the page you want to display according to the value entered in the input text.

I do understand that when I am making reference from main() method to MyJNIWindowClass() s first initialized to null and that is why clock could not be seen but how can I assign image file name from Main() class for library class without creating reference to Main() from MyJNIWindowClass()? As I said, I want this library class being accessed from different applications (means different Main() classes).

Your problem is one of timing. Consider this simple example.

i am trying to build a client/server architecture for conducting quizzes & online tests.. My client will return a object to the server after the test is over, which contains details about the participant, his score and other details. i am putting the incoming object to an Vector. I'll create a new thread each time for the incoming connection and insert the object to the Vector.. Now, please tell me tat, how can i update my table automatically at run time so tat, my table is updated whenever a new object is entered into vector..

updated whenever a new object is entered into vector..You don't update the Vector directly. You should be creating a method in your TableModel, called "addRow(...)". This method will do two things:
a) add the Student object to the Vector
b) invoke the fireTableRowsInserted(..) method of AbstractTableModel. This will cause the table to be repainted.

There could be a few things -
At one time, you needed to run a separate script to create the tables. I'm not sure that is still the case. If you check the Administrators guide, look into the chapter that deals with the EUL Status Workbooks.
If you are not logged on as the eul owner, you may not have select privileges, or you may need to qualify the table with the schema (if there is no synonym) - select * from <eul_owner>.EUL5_QPP_STATS;
If you are on 4i, the table is EUL4_QPP_STATS

How can I assign CC User Names to Edit Rooms instead of actual people

My television station just purchased 21 seats of Premiere Pro CC for Edit rooms, live trucks, and portable laptop editors. These seats will not be assigned to specific perple but rather to whoever happens to be assigned to the edit room, live truck, or laptop editor for that day. When I click on Assign User for a product the first thing I am asked is for an email address. Of course these rooms and trucks do not have email addresses. Can I assign user names such as KSAZ-EDIT12 without email addresses? Is there a better way to deploy this software into these areas? Will these areas need Internet connectivity to use Premiere Pro CC? Our live trucks do not currently have Internet connectivity.

How can I access "View Page Info" in firefox 7 or whatever the newest version is?

The new setup is real cool and all, but I can't find like half of the stuff I could in the new small drop down menu. I use the "view page info" button quote a bit but cannot seem to find it in this new layout. Where is it?

Hi..I try to built my own menu for graphic programming. How can I use undo and redo in labview with run time menu?

During runtime, by default, LabVIEW has undo/redo data changes under the edit menu. This will undo/redo changes made to controls during runtime. If you want a more extensive undo/redo (custom for your application), you are going to have to do quite a few things
1) Create a custom runtime menu (Edit>>RunTime Menu) and place your own undo/redo controls on it
2) Keep an action history in your program
3) Catch the Shortcut menu event for your custom undo/redo controls
4) Reverse the last action in your histroy when you catch the event
This method would allow you undo entire operations (like resize, move, or whatever kind of functionality you are building into your application) unstead of just undoing data changes.

I have a table with 4 partitions. By using SQL*Loader I'm going to load data into the same. While inserting the records it should go to the 2nd partition only.
Where should i specify the Partition name?
Please clarify me with sample code.

Assuming that the partition is empty before the load, I would load the data into a temp table with the same structure as the partitioned table. After all the data is successfully loaded, exchange the partition of the table with the temp table using 'alter table ... exchange partition...'
Another question is, how is your table partitioned?

Update step limit name at run-time

I need to run through some test steps in a TestStand sequence multiple times. This wouldn't be a loop on a single step or group of steps but probably a goto a label "for" loop in TestStand. BTW, TestStand 2.0.1 calling code from a LabWindows/CVI DLL via the standard prototype adapter. Each iteration I need to have the test step limit names be updated with a different suffix. So step1 might have results0 and results1 and on the 2nd run results0 would be renamed to results0b. How do I update the limit names, at run-time, from a LabWindows/CVI function? I.e. the first test in the sequence's Main would update the steps below it to update the suffix. I started down the path of using TS_SeqContextGetProperty to get the sequence handle
TS_SeqContextGetProperty( testData->seqContextCVI, &errorInfo, TS_SeqContextSequence, CAVT_OBJHANDLE, &seq_hndl );
then using TS_SequenceGetNumSteps( seq_hndl, &errorInfo, TS_StepGroup_Main, &num_steps ) to determine the number of steps in the Main tab.
Enter a for loop:
TS_PropertyGetValString( testData->seqContextCVI, &errorInfo, buf, TS_PropOption_NoOptions, ( char ** )&rslt_name ) with buf as "Sequence.Main[0].Result.Measurement[0]" errors out with an invalid name message. The idea is to get this value, update it based on the iteration in TestStand ( this is already acquired and working ), and then set the value back. Then, move on to the next step and so forth.
Any suggestions?

So, I tried the example and it works but only for a single step. I've tried two options: 1. having a single step that programmatically changes all the result names in all the other steps in the sequence. 2. having each step update the result names itself. For thought 1 the loop would run and the changes would occur but when the function was exited I'd get an exception from TestStand. No real information in the details as it looked like a memory corruption error. I then examined the details of what occurred and tried more experiments. If I had the loop have more than 1 iteration this behavior occurred. If I comment out the set function it still occurs. Then, for thought 2, it works like a champ on all the steps until I loop back to the top of the sequence. Then, on the first step ( 2nd time through ) it bombs out.
Attached is the code for the 2nd possible solution.
Does anyone know what the problem is or if there's a way to do this?

ok, I try first approach in print4.vi, but Labview return an error (view jpg); if I cut From, To controls, the VI print all pages. The same things happen also if I trasform I32 in Variant.

I think there may be more to this question than you say.
If your PDF page is say, 8 x 12 inches, and you found a way to scale it to 25%, changing it to 2 x 3 inch, shrinking everything on the page to quarter size - wouldn't it look exactly the same on the iPhone? It's just going to be the same as zooming.
Or were you hoping for something more like in Word, where changing the page size keeps everything the same size and spreads it over more pages? That isn't something you can do.

In theory it would be possible to 'record and play back' the page numbers using a folder-level script, but it's far from trivial. You would have to use the doc.movePage() function - presumably driven by a dialog box - to do the page shuffling so there was a way to track what was being done, then swap the page 'labels' of the two affected pages. That's where it gets messy.
We have functions in the JSAPI which can read and write the page label, but they don't do things in a logical way. The 'getPageLabel()' function simply returns a string, but the 'setPageLabel()' method expects to be told the numbering scheme, prefix, etc. You'd have to parse the string and work out what scheme it was implementing.
