How can I create a new folder in Word for Mac?
You don't do this in Word. You do it in the OS X Finder.
All you need do in Word is open the file, then select Save As from Word's File menu. Change the destination to your new folder then click on the Save button.
The Finder method is much faster if you have a number of files you want to move. Just remember that to open those moved files in Word, you will have to change the directory from which you will open those files.

As for PDFs and Powerpooint presentations, there are a number of apps capable of reading them in the app store (and the mail app will generally open them when sent as attachments). Look into Adobe Reader, GoodReader, File Manager to name a few). Most cloud service apps such as Box and DropBox will also read these files. -

How can I create a new folder in iWork on iCloud?
I learned how to drag and drop individual documents onto the Pages panel of iWork on iCloud. However, I would like to be able to organize these documents in folders. I tried dragging a folder onto the Pages panel, but I get an error message saying "Folder Name" can't be uploaded because its file format isn't supported, even though this folder contains only Pages documents. Is there any way to create folders in order to organize your documents on iCloud?
Tap and hold a file. When it starts to shake, drag it on top of another file. This will create your folder. By the way, you can't create any nested folders (folders inside of folders).

Does anyone know what to do please?Accounts are normally not email software dependent unless configured to save locally on your computer. If you have a pst file on your PC that is large, you will need to import that. POP accounts are usually locally stored. Otherwise, many server accounts are typically IMAP, or Exchange. So go back to your PCs email software and determine what it is. If it is Outlook for Mac which is the only Outlook you have be clear how it is setup.

How can I create a new folder in the photo album?
I have photos in "camera roll" on my iPhone4 that were taken on my iPhone3 and I would like to start a new album so I can separate photos taken with my iPhone4.
I have the same problem. I have no idea where my photos are syncing to when I sync with iTunes. I know they're syncing because when I went from the month-old 3GS to the new 4 back in the beginning of July, all the pics from my 3GS were there. When I click on the Photo tab in iTunes, it's not like the app tab that shows me all the apps. Only thing Photo tab does is ask if I want to sync all my photos from my computer. NO! I have every picture I have ever taken with every digital camera I have ever owned, thousands of pictures dating back to 2007. I don't want to deal with all those old pics, I just want to organize the pictures that I have taken on my iPhone! Right now, I have 164 pictures in the camera roll and I can never find what I'm looking for. This shouldn't be this complicated!

There are several ways you can do that.
Treat them as Podcasts. This can be set via Get Info > Options > Media Kind.
Start a whole separate library. This can be done by the Shift-Start method.
Put them in a separate playlist.
Create a separate Genre for them, e.g. "Language." This can be set via Get Info > Info.
Personally I would do #4. Once the Genre is set, you can always find them via the Column Browser, or by making a Smart Playlist that keys (includes or excludes) on Genre.
However, each has its pros and cons. You can decide which is convenient for you. -

You should be able to format it for use with your computer using Disk Utility in the Utilities folder:
