How can i create Inventory FIFO (FIRST IN FISRT OUT ) stock query ?

I want to create  Inventory FIFO query from this
I have a receive item table to store the receive item (IN) and i have requisition table  (OUT).
I want to create a FIFO query  order by
receiveID , the output i expect is
How can i do this ?
