How can I create Object Tag which supports Sun and MS JVM both.

I have created object tag as shown below

The above tag is working fine with the below JVM combinations in Windows XP.
1) Only Sun JVM
2) Only MS JVM
3) Sun JVM & MS JVM
But these conditions are not working with Windows 2000.
How we can create object tag which will support for these two opertating systems?

I am not able to understand the problem. From my understanding, you have an applet which you are trying to display in a browser using <object> tag. If that is the correct then all it matters is the browser and the JRE�
For example the below code when put in a JSP or a HTML, will use JRE 1.6.0_01 that is available on the client machine. If that is not available on the client machine then it will try and download automatically in IE.
This below code is for IE� if you are using Mozilla Firefox then you need to change the �classid� attribute to �java: com.foo.bar.ui.MyClass�

If it's going on and off every minute you'll have to place it in recovery mode to restore it, as explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808. This will erase the phone so you will have to restore to an existing backup after restoring, if you have one.

Recovery Mode:
1. Turn off iPad
2. Connect USB cable to computer; leave the other end alone
3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
5. Release the Home button
6. Open iTune
7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
8. Use iTune to restore iPad
Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

By default, iTunes convert files to type AAC which has an extension of .m4a
For iTunes to recognize them as Audiobook files, the extension needs to change from .m4a to .m4b
This can be done a number of different ways. Here are 2 (beginner and advanced)
. simply, by renaming each file from windows explorer
. more complex, by using Start/Run/cmd to get a "DOS" type window,
using the command "cd" to change to the directory that your files are in
and entering "ren *.m4a *.m4b"

you can create blocks and items only at design time, not at
runtime. The only objects you can dynamicaly are timers and
navigator trees.

In one sequence I have dozens of Pre-Expressions which are almost the same thing, like this...

...and the only thing different is that three digit string at the end ("006" will vary). How can I write a function that I can call from a step's Pre-Expression so it would look something like this? ...

You cannot write custom commands for expressions.
That being said, there are a couple of options:
Create a subsequence with a single step. Use a parameter of the sequence as "function parameter".
Create a custom step type including a substep module which implements the function. Add an edit substep to enable the user of the steptype to gracefully change the parameter.
Store the variable parameter in a local/file global variable and modify the value in each step. This will, at least, keep the "function" the same for every step.

I have contacted support starting Sept 24, following up with several updates to the ticket and spent another 2+ hours yesterday only to be told I would be contacted by the supervisor and engineers today. Had the most recent iTunes up until 10.5, tried to update but recieved error messages so uninstalled iTunes, now it sticks at 'Publishing Product Information' and then gives me an error message so wondered whether it would help uninstalling all other Apple products (mobile device support, bonjour and quicktime), but the Windows uninstaller won't uninstall them, Grrrr!

Hi,
I'm trying to create a form where the users can answer either in English or Hebrew (with the ability to answer some of the questions in Hebrew and some in English)
Currently on the form options it's set for English language (Didn't see an Hebrew option there) and when I test the form I get this error for the fields I try and fill in Hebrew: "The field contains unsupported characters. Please modify your entry."
Is there a way to allow both languages to be inputted into the fields?

How can I create transparent animated text with Motion and Final Cut Pro?

Hi all,
I am trying to replicate an effect that a previous video editor did in a project, but I can't contact them.
They made animated text in Live Type, and saved it as a QT movie. When this text is placed over existing video in the FCP project, the text is "transparent", basically it acts like text created in FCP (You can see the background image behind the text, like through the middle of the letter "o").
I have made some animated text in Motion, but when I save it as a QT movie, and bring it into FCP, the whole 1280x720 screen is covered by this movie, and I have to crop it so it does not cover the background image. It is all black except for the text. And of course the text is not on a transparent layer. Any ideas how I can create this effect with animated text? I've tried messing with transparency and overlay settings, nothing seems to work.
Running latest version of Final Cut Studio...

Just bring the Motion (.motn) project into FCP and lay it over your clip.
The QT you're exporting has to carry the alpha channel (animation codec, million+ colors), but don't waste your time/disk space with that. Just bring the motion project into FCP.
