How can I contact Adobe concerning unresponsive support personnel and poor support?

I have Cloud and am having problems with several components. I have contacted support starting Sept 24, following up with several updates to the ticket and spent another 2+ hours yesterday only to be told I would be contacted by the supervisor and engineers today. Of course there was no return cal. There was no return call as promissed on the 24th either. How can I contact someone to get these problems resolved? Help and support is neither help or support. Total time spent to date on these problems with no resolution; 7+.

    I cannot open elements.  I get a message to restart my computer and if this doesn't work to contact adobe.  Numerous restarts have not worked and I have been trying for 3 days to reach Adobe with no luck.  I cannot get through online and when calling the customer support phone number, I spent 2 1/2 hours listening to music on hold and gave up without ever hearing a human voice.  This is ridiculous!  Can anyone help?  I really need to be able to use the software.

  • How can I contact Adobe?

    I have tried several times to get an answer to a question. I have an invasive pop up which claims to be from Creative cloud. Since i have not downloaded or updated anything i want to know if it is genuine before entering a password.
    I now have four identical 'standard' emails with no answer and giving me no way to reply to the emails. The email claims there is no telephone number to contact me on in my profile but my number is listed there.
    The email tells me to call an 800 number but since i am outside the usa , i cannot connect to this number.
    The email tells me to go online and look for the support ticket but the ticket is not there so i cant progress it.
    I originally send a mail to the phishing@ email address since i was worried this was what was happening. With no other way to respond, i send three further emails to the same address,  one after each of the first three responses. I clearly advised that I have no way to contact support and provided a contact telephone number. I also requested a 001 US number so I could call Adobe.  In each case, i simply got a standard email back without an answer and the same options to cantact adobe which do not work.
    I now have an email telling me that my issue is resolved. This is a fantastic way to resolve issues. 1. ignore what your customer asks, 2. make it impossible for them to contact you. 3. dismiss their problem when they fail to overcome contact difficulties.
    With no way to contact Adobe , it seems I may have to send an actual registered letter. Its the 21st century but I am reduced to this. At least i can guarantee that Adobe cannot claim they did not receive my contact as I will have the receipt.
    i also tried 4 times to use your chat service and was cut off mysteriously three times. On the final occassion, i was advised I should create a brand new Adobe account and start again. Not very helpful.
    Is Adobe customer service really uncontactable?

  • HT204053 How can I contact you by email. My and my mothers accounts are mixed.

    I just purchased my mother an ipad generation 1 for her 91st Birthday on Jan 18. I set hers up giving her own ID and personal information for her own account. But I had to connect to my wifi since we do not have a modem for her. I recently downloaded a Bingo Bash application and it came up in my name with my payment information? How could this happen? And tonight when I tried to use my ipad 3rd generation, the I D information is mixed up. How do I get my personal information off her account and her information off mine? I gave her her own email and ID-. This should not have happened? I am totally un-savvy with electronics so please explain this simply in laymens terms so I can try to correct this problem and make sure our accounts are separate and not merged together. She wants to learn to do her banking online and I would hate to think what could happen with her very confidential information.     You are not addressing Apple here.  This is a user to user forum and Apple does not read or respond to these posts.  I've asked the forum hosts to edit out your personal information for your own security.
    As far as your question, if you are saying that you are getting each other's merged data (such as contacts, calendars, etc.) on your devices then you must have set up both devices with the same iCloud account and ID (in Settings>iCloud).  When you do this, any data you sync with your shared iCloud account is merged, and the merged data appears on all devices sharing the account.
    To fix this, one of you needs to migrate your data to a new, separate account, then your have to manually delete the other person's data from each of your accounts.  To do this, first decide which device will be changing accounts.  On that device, go to Settings>iCloud, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.  (This will only delete the account from the iPad, not from iCloud.  The iPad that will be keeping the account will not be effected by this.)  When prompted about what to do with the iCloud data, be sure to select Keep On My iPad.  Next, set up a new iCloud account using a different Apple ID (if you don't have one, tap Get a Free Apple ID at the bottom).  Then turn iCloud data syncing for contacts, etc. back to On, and when prompted about merging with iCloud, choose Merge.  This will upload the data to the new account.
    Finally, to un-merge the data in the two accounts you will then have to go to icloud.com on your computer and sign into each iCloud account separately, then manually delete the data you don't want (such as deleting the other person's contacts from your account, and vice versa).
    As far as the app you downloaded, when you purchased the app it will display what ever Apple ID you have in Settings>iTunes & App Stores on your device.  (This is in Settings>Store in iOS 5.)  If you are sharing the same ID there and wish to change this, go to Settings>iTunes & App Stores (or Settings>Store in iOS 5), tap the ID shown, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID.
    If you want to contact Apple support for help with all this you can do so by going here: http://www.apple.com/support/contact/ and set up a call with them.  If your device was purchased new less than 90 days again this will be free.  If over that their will be a charge (unless you purchase AppleCare+).

  • How can i stop adobe from installing google toolbar and chrome every time i install/ update adobe?

    Im never using chome and/ or google, but i liked adobe untill it started installing google every time it updated.
    now, using adobe, i keep uninstalling chome and scroogle toolbar...
    it took some time before i realized it also installed scroogle every time i update adobe. if i cant fix this, i will uninstall adobe, will never use adobe till its fixed.
    can anyone tell me how to stop this, keeping adobe, or do i have to uninstall everythig adobe offers?

  • How can I contact Adobe support to get help with deactivating my cs4 license on a computer that I cannot access anymore?

    My mac laptop recently went kaput. So I got a new one and I restored my most recent time machine backup to it. The restore went well, but I am not unable to open my cs4 programs.
    When I try, I get a message that says "Licensing for this product has stopped working..." and it gives an error code 150:30
    I have tried looking for solutions myself, but nothing that I have seen on the forums has been able to resolve the issue. As far as I can tell, I think that I have to reinstall my master collection and reactivate it, however, in order to do that, I think that I will need to deactivate my old version, that is installed on my dead laptop.
    So, I need help with a couple things.
    1. I need to get in touch with adobe support in order to get my license deactivated. But the new adobe support system just basically sends me to the forums without providing any way to get in touch with an actually adobe support person directly.
    2. I think that I will need a link to download my install media because my original media came on a series of disks, but my new laptop does not have a disk drive.

  • How can I contact Adobe for assistance on inserting a forum in Captivate!?

    Hi,
    I've posted a couple of times already, asking how to insert a forum into Captivate 4. I'd like for it to be embedded. I appreciate the replies that have come back but they are for inserting a forum into C5. There surely must be a way to insert one into C4, surely. Can Adobe please help me with this....and let me know one way or the other. It seems impossible to contact them directly with such issues.

    Indeed we can tell you are desperate. Unfortunately, Lilybiri offered you the best advice. These forums are user to user. Sure, Adobe staff does visit this forum and participate more than other forums I've seen. But you can't count on that. And shouldn't.
    Your request is the first of its kind that I recall ever seeing asked about here. And I've been here a while. So it's a highly unusual request. And unfortunately Adobe likely isn't (or won't) be interested in developing a workaround or widget for an older version.
    Likely your best bet will be to contact one of the folks that James linked you to and pay them to create a special widget for you.

  • How can I contact Adobe to reset activations.  Chat does not work neither on OS X Mavericks Firefox nor Safari

    Recently upgraded to Mavericks OS with fresh hard drive and deactivated prior to the new install.
    Still says that my activations are exceeded even though they were deactivated on both laptop and desktop Mac.
    Now, cannot get to Adobe chat because it doesn't work on either Safari or Firefox.
    What happened to the call-in line for this?

    I'm using chrome and it said not available at this time.  My hard drive crashed so nothing was deactivated. I am able to install so far but it's using my second try and I can't get to Adobe to have reset. What's up

I don't see a logical place to ask your question on that page, so a good place to start might be with the Corporate address and telephone number in the top right corner. If those are not the right place for your question, the person answering the phone (or the mail) should be able to direct you.
    Before contacting Apple, you might want to take a closer look at any connection between Apple and Amazon. To my knowledge, there is no connection between the two companies.

  • How can I prevent Adobe Acrobat from applying optimizations and compressionsserve on save/save as...

    I am generating mailpiece documents as PDF v1.4 from a document composition tool.  I am using Enfocus Pitstop v10 (v10.1.7.27 to be exact) to remove some unneeded water marks from the produced document.
    My issue is that I need to PRESERVE the original PDF structure as emitted from my composiiton tool and I'm finding that regardless how I proceed, Adobe Acrobat want to resave the PDF as v1.6 and apply a series of optimizations and compressions which alters the original PDF structure.  The reason I need to preserve the strucure of thePDF is to confirm 508 compliance for the emitted PDF documents.
    Note: I've tried various settings in Acrobat Distiller and the Adobe PD printer (thinking they are invoked somewhere inthe backgroud of Acrobat when it goes to save/save as...) but haven't experienced any progress...
    Am I chasing a rabbit here (meaning what I want is NOT possible) or am I missing something in my configuration attempts??

    If you need the final PDF to have the requisite well-formed structure tree (that is, compliant with ISO 14289-1, PDF/UA-1) and thus "accessible" then you need to do the adjustments to your PDF's content streams before establishing that well-formed structure tree.
    Note that PDF  versions 1.4 or above can have that well-formed structure tree - put another way PDF version 1.4 or PDF-1 (PDF is the ISO Standard ISO 32000-1) can have the well-formed structure tree. I can 'build' such a PDF that starts as PDF version 1.4 via Acrobat 5, do some additional post-processing with Acrobat XI Pro which, via a Save As puts the PDF into a new "version" and *not* adversely affect content streams / structure tree.  Your post-processing is what is changing the "guts" not the save to a different version.

    I've tried making each the default browser while installing, but I think firefox needs to be uninstalled (I've had success with Chrome), but that will uninstall from the computer, not the browser.  I don't want to uninstall for Chrome.

    Chrome has its own proprietary plug-in which functions INDEPENDENTLY of ActiveX (IE) or the standard plug-in that Firefox uses. "PepperFlash" is a PPAPI plug-in and the others are NPAPI. That may not mean a whole lot, but they're two different formats, and they have nothing to do with each other.
    You can download the Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers) and install it for Firefox with no effect on Chrome or the PepperFlash plug-in.
