How can I find an average in a column but exclude "0" and "100"

Question

I have one sheet that I use to track all my projects across various clients.  Like this:

Forget columns A and B.  C and D are the ones I'm dealing with.  In another table (on another sheet) I'm using AVERAGEIFS to give me the average of all the ACME's Input from Column C.  Using this:
AVERAGEIFS(Input,Client,"ACME")
This gives me an average of ACME's Inputs from Column C of 56.625.  But that's because Row 6 has an outlier of "100".  I also have the same problem on the other end if I input "0" into Column C.
I want to achieve the same thing except I want the formula to ignore any cell with "100" or "0".  I tried something like this:
AVERAGEIFS((Input&IF>0&IF<100),Client,"ACME")
But I keep getting an error.  Any ideas on how to average Column C of a particular client in Column D but ignore the cells in Column C that contain "100" or "0"?

Thank you so much!  Worked exactly as needed.  I'm new to Numbers and love it.  Not digging the 3.0 and was hoping for some more functionality but didn't happen.  Don't wanna switch to MS Office Numbers is missing some pretty big features.
Anyway... probably shouldn't hijack my own thread.
