How can i manage songs on my iphone on a new mac

Hey guys
need ya guys help once again
i got a new mac and didnt transfer my itunes library on to it and want to manage the songs and videos manual
when i select the option and it says it was sync with another library so it has to erase the library on the iphone.
but i want to keep the songs i have on it
how do i save them and manually manage the music and video??

I recently got a new MacBook (My first one ) but the problem is my old PC crashed and I lost all of my songs that were on that computer. The only songs I have left are on my iPhone. Is there anyway I could simply transfer the songs on my iPhone to my new MacBook? of course, when I go to "sync" my phone to my new iTunes, which is my old account, it says that everything will be erased and what is in my new iTunes library (which is empty) will be transfered to my phone.

Re-downloading all your purchased music (apps, ibooks, videos, everything) is easy if you purchased them from Apple. Assuming they are still available, you simply download them again: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519
Retrieving music that you copied from CD or other sources is not easy. Music is supposed to go from your computer to the iPhone, not the other way around. Moving its content to a computer is contrary to the design.
I wish I had a dollar for everyone with a Windows PC who asked this question. Given their predilection for attracting viruses and other sordid malware, Windows PCs crash with disturbing regularity. Now that you made the wise decision to replace it with a MacBook, get an external backup disk (external hard disk drive, or Time Capsule) and simply use Time Machine. Plug it in and Time Machine does the rest. The drudgery of backing up your system becomes painless and totally forgettable, and recovering from a crash becomes a non-event.

For everything else (music from CDs, other downloads etc) there are a number of third party utilities that you can use to retrieve the music files and playlists from your iPod. It has always been very basic to always maintain to always maintain a backup copy of your computer. Use your backup copy to put everything back.
The iphone is not a backup device. The music sync is one way - computer to iphone, The only exception is itunes purchases: File>Transfer Purchases

1) ensure iTunes is authorized for your iTunes store account(s)
2) connect your device and right-click or control-click it in the iTunes Source list, then choose transfer purchases from the shortcut menu that appears.
3) sync the device
iTunes will wipe the iPhone but, since you transferred your purchases in the previous step, your content will be in your library and you can re-populate the iPhone with it.

You can't. Not directly anyway. You might be able to import them to your computer and then sync them to the iPad but there is no way to transfer them over the air or by connecting the two devices with a cable.

When connected to your computer's iTunes you can use File > Transfer Purchases to copy over any music (and other content) that you've bought from Apple. For music that you've copied from your own CDs or bought from other download sites then is it not already on your computer and/or on a backup that you can copy onto your computer ? If not then you will need to find a third-party program to copy them off the phone.
And there is no need to SHOUT.
