How can i set the .PNG image on JButton

i try my best to set the png image on button instead of gif or JPEG.
plz help me as soon as possible.

               frame.setContentPane(button);
               SwingUtilities.invokeLater(new Runnable() {
                    public void run() {
                         frame.pack();
                         frame.show();

               e.printStackTrace();
