How can I use Mnemonics without Alt key?

Question

Hello all,
I am developing an application using swing. it is required that the button mnemonics should work without 'Alt' key. Does any one know how to do this?

Use AbstractButton to create a button as
AbstractButton btn_submit;
btn_submit = new JButton("Shiva");
btn_submit..setMnemonic('S');
