How display more error messeges in BSP

Hi all,
I want to diplay more error messeges in BSP.
I'm working in the extention standar class CL_CRM_BSP_PM_GENERIC_1O
in the method
IF_CRM_BSP_PROCESS_IL~CHECK_BEFORE_SAVE
with the following parameters:
ls_message-msgid = 'ZGIVAUDAN'
ls_message-msgty = 'E'
ls_message-msgno = '001'
CALL METHOD gr_intlay_1o->set_status_message
EXPORTING
is_msg_show = ls_message
With this procedure the system shows only one error messeges. If I repeat the same step for another message number the system displays only the last message.
What's the code or parameters need to show multiple error messages in the same page (BSP)?

actualy for ADF component Internationalization working properly, but the Validators are defined in .java file and from that we have to bind our messages. we have created two properties file , one for English content and another for Arabic . But Still in Arabic conversion. the English message is coming. Is am i going in wrong way?.....i am just giving you highlight of my module......
1) My Validation is for Date i.e. "from date should not be greater than to date", which i have define it in .java file. At first we have Hardcodef the message,but as per the requirement we have to translate this message into Arabic one.
2)the two property files we have defined are abc_en.properties (for english) and abc_ar (for arabic).
3)now in java file we have declare one String variable "res" and insted of sop we have defined one method
MessageUtil.messageInfoWithTitle(res.getString("NEW.DATE.TITLE"),
res.getString("NEW.DATE.WARNING.MESSAGE"));
so that whenever we call this method it will take these key values and depending on the locale this message should get display.
So what is wrong thing i did? Please help me out.

as

now in your java code you can catch and throw this excpetion by using
OAExceptionHelper.checkErrors (Tx, messageCount, returnStatus, messageData);

How to display error message in BSP

I am working on a BSP application where I want to display some error messages if a particular validation fails.
I have written the code for adding the message using CL_BSP_MESSAGES->ADD_MESSAGE in event DO_HANDLE_EVENT. The message passed is added successfully in table M_MESSAGES in method ADD_MESSAGE . But I want to know what code should be written in the layout to display this error message.

ADF-BC/JSF How to display acustom error message from a backing bean

Hi all
Can anybody provide an example of how to manipulate the list of error messages from a JSF backing bean.
In my code I use a different navigation case and this directs the user to the page displaying the error message but I am sure that there must be a more elegant way.

I think you 've put me on the right track here, it's just that in my case what I really want to do is prevent my users from editing records not belonging to their own group. This is done via a selectOne table component and then the backing bean code tests if the value #{row.UserGroup} matches the #{bindings.LoggedOnUserGroup.inputValue}. If the values are equal then the beans returns the navigation case to the edit page. Otherwise it returns the navigation case for the "cannot edit" page.
So what I am thinking is to return null and somehow raise the right kind of exception in order to display the error in the af:messages tag.

This is more a question for the BSP forum.
Anyway, as such it's realy easy since you can use HTML in order to import to Excel. All you need to do is add
runtime->server->response->set_header_field( name = 'Contnet-Type'
value = 'application/vnd.ms-excel' ).
runtime->server->response->delete_header_field( name = 'Cache-Control' ).
runtime->server->response->delete_header_field( name = 'Expires' ).
runtime->server->response->delete_header_field( name = 'Pragma' ).

ICI - How to display custom error messages in SAP CRM

Hello,
we are working on a custom Contact Center which interfaces with SAP CRM Version 7 with Enhancement Package over ICI.
The basic call functions like accepting, hanging up, holding and retrieving are fully implemented and are working already.
Our goal is to display error messages in the CRM so that clients know there is something wrong, for example why he can't be log in successfully (e.g. the telephony server isn't reachable).
We already found the ICI Documentation file which provides us the CRM SOAP error codes and tried to send SOAP Fault messages, but never got
them to screen.
Please find an attached example screenshot what we mean exactly, reproduced by trying to make a call with CRM user while BCM CDT isn't
running in the background.
Regarding to this topic we've the following questions:
- Is it possible to display custom error messages on the CRM or is this functionality limited to SAP?
- Could you provide us some further information on how to use this feature exactly (implementation details?) and how the SOAP XML should look like to get it work?

In tcBaseEvent class there are various flavors of handleError method. So use that as per my note earlier and you should be good.

How do I display more than one month calendar in the day-view?

iCal has always had a nice feature that allowed me to display little, what I call, mini-month calendars while in the day-view. This allowed me to quickly jump to a day two or three (or more) months ahead (or behind) to check appointments on that day or set an appointment, without switching out of the day-view.
The mini-month was a small clickable calendar that looked something like this:

There was also a forward and backward arrow box [ < ][ > ] that allowed me to quickly scroll to the mini-month to find the day I wanted to click into. And, if I wanted to give it more room by adjusting the frame, I could display up to three months at a time within my day view.
Since upgrading iCal to 5.0 with the Lion upgrade, I can no longer display more than the current mini-month calendar on the day view.
This is REALLY inconvenient. Now, there is no way (that I know of) for me to stay in the day view and be able to jump ahead to a specific day two or three months out, or even to a day in the NEXT month without either going to the year view (a big waste of time) or click on the last day of the current month and then clicking the ">" day arrow to get to the next day which then shows that month's mini-calendar.

Unfortunately you can't do what you want. Many people have complained to Apple about this. I suggest you provide Apple feedback directly at http://www.apple.com/feedback/macosx.html. They will not provide a direct response but hopefully if enough people provide feedback Apple will fix this.

How to display more than 10 rows in an Auto Updating Report

I followed Carl Backstorm's example, http://htmldb.oracle.com/pls/otn/f?p=11933:40:525653462286833::NO:RP:: to create a page with an auto update report/region. It's working fine (thanks, Carl) but I can't have the report display all rows (38 rows in total). Everytime I press the "Manual Refresh" button, it shows 10 (the first 10) rows only.
When the report displays at the first time, it shows all the rows (38 rows). Number of Rows and Maximum Row Count are set to 999999 and "No Pagination Selected" in the report region. But after I press the "Manual Refresh" button or specifiy an update time value (like 1 second) to have it auto update, then it only display the first 10 rows.
Is there a way to display more than 10 rows in an Auto Updating Report using Carl's example auto update report/page? Anyone can help? Thank you.

i created a formatted search query & attached it to the field 'Quantity' at Line Item level in Sales Order screen. just for testing purpose, i eneterd the following code lines in the query validating 'Quantity'

i guess, % operator is used for modulo (to find the remainder of one number divided by another.) ? am i right ?

I want to display an error message in Web Dynpro. I'm using this,

message.reportSuccess("<some relevant debug message>");
However, the message is always shown at the bottom of the screen. It is possible to select the location in the screen for showing this object? Or what is the best way for doing this? I've tried to use a Label but I can't set the type (warning, error, info) it's only a message.

Message 'Want to Overwrite Value' TYPE 'W'.
Message 'Press enter to continue' TYPE 'I'.
Message 'Invalid Input' TYPE 'E'.
S - Success
W - Warning
I - Information
E - Error
You can adjust your GUI option to display the message in a Popup or in the status bar.
