How do I add my signature to an email document?

A few months ago I copied my signature using my iMac camera and have successfully used it to sign emailed documents.  I can't locate the signature on my computer now, and I don't remember how to create a new signature to add to documents. .  Please tell me how to do both, or at least one of these.  Thanks!

Which email client are you using & its version?

I have multiple emails for different companies I work for, how do I add a different signature for each one, it seems like I have to use the same one for all of them

Thanks.  I think I'm on the right track.  I added the email address to my contacts and double clicked the image icon to change it, but it only lets me snap a new picture or select an image from another location.  What is the folder location of the stock icons that come with Mac OSX?

  • How do you add an attachment to an email (document, photo, contact, etc.) from the mail application?

I want to reply to an email and add an attachment. How do you do this on email accounts other than iCloud Mail?

The only things that you are able to email using the software that came with the phone are photos, videos, contact information, notes, and links. Documents are not able to be saved to your iPhone unless you are using a downloaded application or have them in an email. To send an email containing a photo, contact, etc. you must go into the application and click share->email.
A workaround for saving documents without the need for a downloaded application would be taking a screen shot (pressing the lock button and home button simultaneously.) This is not the best choice for all cases, but may be for some documents such as word documents.

  • How do I add a signature to the bottom of a photo?

How do I add a signature to the bottom of the photo?
I have created a signature, but it centers in the photo and I need to just professionally sign my photos with small area to the bottom right of my pictures.   HELP!!

Hello, wecome to the forums! the easiest is to use the watermark panel that Russell Brown made: scroll down or search for Watermark on http://www.russellbrown.com/scripts.html
You will find a script, and a video that explains how to use it.
If you want to do it yourself, crate an action where you will use the layer>align>... Menu entries to place your signature where you want it.
    Hope this helps!

    Searched Watermark in Manual
    Adding a Watermark at Export
A watermark is a visible graphic overlay that is applied to an image. Photographers often use watermarks to indicate that images are protected by a copyright and discourage others from inappropriately using their images.
You can import a graphics file and add it to your images as a watermark.
To add a watermark image to your exported images:
1 Select the images you want to export.
2 Choose File > Export > Versions (or press Command-Shift-E).
3 In the dialog that appears, choose Edit from the Export Preset pop-up menu.
4 In the Export Presets dialog, select the export preset you want to use to export your images.
5 Select the Show Watermark checkbox.
6 Click the Choose Image button.
7 Select the image you want to use as a watermark, then click Choose.
8 Choose where you want the watermark to appear on the image from the Position
    pop-up menu.
9 To adjust the opacity of the watermark, drag the Opacity slider to a new position.
10 If you want the watermark to be scaled in proportion to the image’s output size, select the “Scale watermark” checkbox.
11 When you’re satisfied with how your watermark appears in the watermark preview area, click OK.
12 Navigate to the location where you want the exported images placed.
13 Choose a name format for your exported files from the Name Format pop-up menu.
    14 Click Export Versions.
Your files are exported with the watermark you created.
    *Tips for Creating High-Quality Watermarks*
Use the following guidelines to create high-quality watermarks for your images:
Â Save your watermark as a .psd (Photoshop) file with a transparent background.
Â Create multiple sizes of your watermark so that you can select the one that is the best match for the output size of the exported image.
Note: If a watermark file is larger than the image you want to export, Aperture
automatically scales the watermark down to fit the image. (Aperture does not scale watermarks up.)
Â After you create a watermark, save it as part of an export preset so you can reuse it as often as you need.

  • How do i add a second page to a document in Pages 5.2.2

How do I add a second page to a document in Pages 5.2?

    Hello jeddi17,
You can insert a page break with the Insert (menu) > Page Break.
Note if your typing overflows the first page, then a new page is automatically created.
Pages for Mac 5.0: Change the flow of text
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH15334
Force text to the next line or page
A line break, also called a soft return, starts a new line without starting a new paragraph. A page break moves the next line of text to the top of the next page.
Click where you want the break to occur.
    Do one of the following:
For a line break: Press Shift-Return.
For a page break: Click Insert in the toolbar, then choose Page Break.
    Take care,

What do you want to do specifically.  They are two different document formats - one is PDF, the other DOC or DOCX.  In what way do you wish to "add" ad PDF to a word document. You can embed a mini version within a document (copy it and paste it from within the x.doc) but that's a pretty hokey looking solution.
Oh, its mostly irrelevant if its office 2004,8 or 11 - they all do this more or less the same way.

  • How do I add a header/footer to a document?

I am using Adobe X Standard, version 10.1.2 and everything I am reading tells me to go to tools>pages>Header & Footer>Add Header & Footer, but once I click on tools to the left, the only options I have are export and create pdf files and send files. There is no tools option in the tool bar on the top. File, edit, view, window & help are my only options. How can I add a header/footer to a document?!

I think you might be opening your Pdf document in Adobe Reader. If you try open your pdf document in Adobe Standard and check again as far as your option are concerned you should be able to do that.
