Log into your account via the 'manage your Apple id' button on this page : https://appleid.apple.com
And on your account's page select the Password And Security section on the left-hand side of the page, answer the security questions, and on the next screen you should be able to change it

Where are you seeing your date of birth ?
You can change the birthdate on your iTunes account by logging into your account by clicking the 'manage your Apple id' button on http://appleid.apple.com, selecting the Password And Security section on the left-hand side of your account's screen, and then answering the security questions - you should then get a screen where you can change your date of birth

the default date range cannot be changed by users. It is defined system-wide.

     In the above code we are moving the data form file to i_temp and i_temp to I_FINAL.
Here before moving to i_FINAL.
use TRANSLATE i_temp to UPPSERCASE.
Then move to i_final.

How do I reset the birth date in original set up?

I bought this iPad mini for my daughter who is 8. On original set up, it asked for a birth date, so I put hers. It will now not allow me to set up an apple ID saying that she isn't old enough. How do I reset the birth date to mine?

In Settings > iCloud on your iPad Mini (that is the device that you are using, family sharing requires iOS 8 ?) then there should be a 'Set Up Family Sharing' link/button at the top of the screen under your id - does that not show ? e.g.
After setting that up, then as the family organiser then you should be able to set up child accounts via Settings > iCloud > Family > Create An Apple For A Child on your iPad - the link in my above post has more info about that.

Go here. Then Manage Your Apple ID > sign in with her Apple ID > select Name, ID and Email Addresses
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see the Select your birth date on the right. Edit it then Save.

I work with Phohoshop Elements 13 an i use Online-Album (Revel)
My Problem:
I would like to change the Creation Date of a Video-File (mts-Format). I don't no why but the date (in Metadata) is wrong and i would like it to change. If i change it in Photoshop Elements the Date (Edit... Change Date...) it seems that the date has changed, but in reality in the Metadata is still the wrong date (see attachment).
Why this ist important for me:
The Adobe Revel (Online-Album) takes always the date from the metadata which is wrong.
Any idea how i can resolve my Problem?

Did you get help ? Or do you have a work around ? I have about 20.000 Pictures and countless videos to organize myself.
I just ran into the same problem. Except that after a while Adobe will undo the changes I have made to the date.
Here's a screen shot I just made of one of the files.
