How do I display the next segment of an LVM file on a graph?

I have built an application which reads in an LVM file containing 16 waveforms. I am taking 1000 samples at 1kHz. The capture may last for up to 3 minutes, so I generate a sizable file. When I read this file back and display it I only get the first segment of 1000 samples (1 second). Generally this is fine, but I want to be able to select to view the other segments as well. I have been attempting to use the "Read Measurement File" express vi.
I have also tried to put the "Read Measurement File" in a while loop until I hit EOF and tied it to an "Append Signals" express vi before feeding it into the graph. This allowed me to see the last segment of my capture.
I understand that the amount of data I am trying to display would be too much for the graph, but isn't there some way I can point to a segment and display it? The perfect answer would be to grab the timestamps of the segment headers in my file and populate a listbox. (I am generating this file with headers for each segment.) Then I could scroll through the listbox and select the "second" that I want to examine. Then I need the "selected second" to display on the graph. I suspect that this is possible because I am already pulling the waveform names from the file and feeding them into a listbox so I can select which waveform(s) I want to examine.

Hi there,
Have you considered using the TDM file format instead of the LVM format? With TDM you specify parameters for your file and your channels. When you want to read data from the file you can extrac data based on those parameters. So you could construct a search that extracts the data from a particular time, or all the data that was acquired in a 10 minute period for example.
There are a few VIs you would have to become familiar with to do this (the datalog VIs are located in a palette on the File IO palette), but it would probably be easier for you to use these then to construct the file yourself and then program in all the search parameters.

Unfortunately, I cannot open these files that you have attached so I cannot tell you for certain where your problem lies. However, if you are using one of the FFT VIs from the Analzye>Waveform Measurements sub-palette, then you should be able to wire directly from the VI to a Waveform Graph. Make sure you are trying to wire to a Wavform Graph not a Waveform Chart. If you are using the FFT VIs on the Analyze>Signa Processing>Frequency Domain sub-palette, you should also be able to directly wire into a Waveform Graph, but please refer to the KnowledgeBase document linked below for more information about plotting complex numbers.

The item property that the Get Info was opened for is read only, so it doesn't look like you can just throw a file path at it. You could do something like telling the Finder to reveal the item, then keystroke the command, e.g.:

Hi Sarah,
It sounds like the songs have either not yet synced over to the iPhone, or something went wrong when attempting to sync to the iPhone. My recommendation is to uncheck the "Sync Music" checkbox.
Once you have done that, recheck the "Sync Music" checkbox, and apply the changes once more. This will instruct iTunes to completely remove all music from your iPhone, and then copy the files once more. If you have a large amount of music, this initial sync may take a while.

I have a report that lists vendors with their most vecent order dates. I need to set up a rotation so that the vendor with the latest order date is next to be selected. I used the running total summary to pick the latest date. How can I display the vendor associated with result of my running total summary?

If your "latest" order date means the "oldest" order date, why don't you try this:
Go to Report tab -> Record Sort Expert -> Choose your order date in ascending order
This will make your oldest order your first record shown.
You can then create a running total count for each record.
Lastly, in your section expert under conditional suppress X+2 formula, write this:
{#CountRecords}>1
The result will only show the oldest record in your report.

The second page will be displayed only when the data does not fit in the main window of the first page and continues to the second page.
So make sure that you have enough number of line to print that it overflows to second page.

If you're reading your data in as a 1D array, this is as simple as using the Reshape Array to make a 2D array. I've attached an example in LabVIEW 6.1 format. The example rearranges a single column of data fill several columns horizontally, but you can easily modify this code to fill the columns downward instead.

I can successfully view and control a VI remotly. However, the remote VI dinamically loads another VI, this VI loaded dinamically is a VI that allows open others VIs, I want to see the files that contains the server machine, in the client machine, but the front panel of the dinamic VI appears only on the server and not on the client, How can I display the fron panel with the files of the server machine of the dinamically loaded VI on the client computer?

I down loaded your files but could use some instructions on what needs run.
It seems that you are so close yet so far. You need to get the data on the server machine over to the client. I generally do this by doing a call by reference (on the client machine) of a VI that is served by the server. THe VI that executes on the server should pass the data you want to diplay via one of its output terminals. You can simply wire from this terminal (back on the client again) to an indicator of your choosing.
Now theorectically, I do not think that there is anything that prevents use from getting the control refnum of the actual indicator (on the server) of the indicator that has the data, and read its "Value" using a property node. I have never tried this idea but it seems t
hat all of the parts are there. You will need to know the name of the VI that holds the data as well as the indicator's name. You will also have to serve all VI's. This is not a good idea.

I'd like to print the next (up an coming) weeks of my calendar from iCal in month view - The idea is to get this information on 1 sheet of A4.. just like the month view.. but as far as i can see the month view only gives you current or next complete months.. The ONLY time this give me the view I want is in the first week of any given month.. the rest of the month part of the print is in the past and not enough of the up and coming weeks are shown?
I can believe the app won't allow you to do this .. am I missing an easy fix.. or has it been rectified in Yosemite .. I'm using mavericks 10.9.5.
