How do I download Adobe Reader to my MacBook Pro? I have tried 8 times at least. Error message says contact software people. They don't work on weekend. I am leaving tomorrow

I notice that your question has not been answered and why should you have to get the information from a forum? I know of no other company that makes you do this for simple product information.
NOT HAPPY with this version of arrogant customer service (nor am I happy about renting Photoshop products into the future - it is just a money grab in my opinion). I will be voting with my feet and going elsewhere in future. -

My friend changed the language on my phone I then changed it back to english, and for some apps I download it is in a different language, i have tried restoring my phone and it is still doing this, know how to help? I have downloaded the Adobe CC free trial. But when I tried to use the photoshop, it always tells me the photoshop was not working and will be closed. What did I do wrong ? I like to try it before I buy. Help, please !
Could you go to (in Photoshop) Help>System Info>Copy and paste here in its entirety? Also, if there is a crash report paste it here as well.

I have unlocked my iPhone 3G with Vodafone via iTunes, but now the downloaded apps crash immediately when opened. I've tried a Restore, but this didn't help. I've also tried removing all apps and re-installing them, but they still don't work. Any ideas? Thanks.
yep, unfortunately can't reset without the passcode either.
With regards to doing a restore, do you mean:
open itunes on my computer
click on my device on the left
go to the device summary
click restore
it then asks if i want to back up before i restore (to which i say no)
then it asks me if i'm sure I want to restore to factory settings and that all of me media and data will be erased and replaced with the newest version ( to which I say yes)
then it takes about 90 mins to do this but when I look at my phone, everything is exactly the same.
Am I missing something? Obviously I'm technologically challenged, but I HAVE to get to the bottom of this! -
I cannot eject a CD from my MacBook Pro. I tried restarting the computer and holding down the mouse and restarting it to no avail. On Finder, nothing is showing up on the CD Drive. Any ideas on how I can eject it?

I created a Pages document inserting 2 columns using 1) Inspector 2) Layout 3) columns. How do I decrease the height of the column. Have tried to use the cursor and drag down the top border, but that does not reset/decrease the top border.
Set your columns back to one for the moment. In layout mode, insert a Text box. Place it in the upper left corner of your document, and drag down and right to the size of the container for your two columns. Click inside the Text Box, and now bump up your columns to 2. Your two columns are now contained in this resizable Text Box.

I don't know what operating system it has?If you've a new Retina display MacBook Pro, it probably shipped with Mavericks - you can confirm this by going to the Apple on the menu bar and selecting "About This Mac...." if it says system 10.9 or 10.9.1, you're on Mavericks.
To install Flash Player, you must first download it from Adobe -> http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/. After the download is complete, you should have a file with a .dmg extension in your Downloads folder. Double-click this file and it will 'mount' as if it is a disk. There will be a 'package' inside and you must double-click this to actually install Flash Player.
Once Flash Player is installed, restart your computer and then open your browser. You should now be able to view Flash content.

Please help me. I want to sync all of my data on my iPad 3, my Macbook Pro and my Mac Desktop. I have created an iCloud account and what I see on my Macbook Pro is also on my iPad. How do I now download the data which I think is on my iCloud account to my Mac Desktop?
I have already gone into preferences on my desktop, found the iCloud and set up my preferences under my account. Am I missing something?
