How do i establish connection knowing the IP-address?

Hi,
I am having trouble connectning whit an oracle database, all i know is the IP-nummer,userName,password to it.
I know it is an Oracle database but not what kind of drivers it has or the url to it,
when i trie to compiele the code below i get:
java.sql.SQLException:No suitable driver

How can i get the complite url,i can connect to the database using the program Tora, i can there see
that the provider is oracle but not much more. How can i find out the complite url?? and "driver"

In order to connect to the database, you're going to have to download a driver.
The URL is going to be a connection url which will contain some or all of the following... the location of the database (server name), the port number, login information, the database name.
Once you find a driver, the readme.txt file or equivalent should show you how to use the driver, and how to construct the url to connect to the database.
