How do I get an iWeb banner movie to show on iPhone?

I have seen and implemented the wyodor version of creating a banner movie at the top of my webpage. It works terrificly on my desktop and have tested with all the different browsers on mac and pc and all fine. However, it doesn't work on iphone. The banner on wyodor's page http://www.wyodor.net/iWebBlogTest/Wyodor_1/Artikel.html appears on the iphone beautifully. Does anyone know how it managed it, its doing my head in and I figure its something really simple that I am overlooking.

That't because his banner is actually Quicktime .m4v movie added to the page using iFrame code in an HTML snippet and uses a flash player to play it. iPhone doesn't support true flash since it's a much too heavy a cpu and memory hog.
Download the folder of files that he uses to create the banner, open it and you'll see the m4v QT file in there that is played by the flash player. TheiWebBanner.html file is the one that is actually embedded in the snippet. The folder must be uploaded to the server and the iWebBanner.html file linked to there.

hi philly, thanks for getting back to me, especially on such a busy day.
I don't think that's quite the issue though. I bought an album and it appears in 'my purchases' within the itunes app. Yet, in order to listen to the music, i must use the 'music' app and in this application, there are only three tracks displayed at any one time from my downloaded album.
I can 'download all' from the 'my purchases' section but that still doesn't help, it just keeps the last three tracks downloaded in the music app.
I have the 'icloud' enabled and wondered if it had anything to do with that.
i have successfully downloaded another full album totally into the music app, but this first album is causing me problems.

I'd love help with the problem of why I only one track seems to accept clips to play. When I drag them to other tracks or create a track by dragging the clips are grayed out and won't play, but if I drag them to the one track where they're blue they play.

Try the following steps, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.
Restart the Apple TV (Settings > General > Restart).
Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
Restart your router.
Reset the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Reset all settings)
Restore the Apple TV (Settings > General > Reset > Restore)

How soon will the GA page indicate that the code has been added and tracking started? I added the code to the my Demo and Tutorial Contents pages and GA still indicates that tracking hasn't been installed.
I am using the full url to the analytics.js file in the HTML snippet:

The file shows up in the Activity window. I've done the same for the contents page of my tutorial site with the same results. The two sites are Tutorials and Demo.
Any suggestions?

iPhoto seems to be viewing the iPod as a camera. Therefore go to iPhoto's General preference pane and select No application in the Connecting camera opens: menu.

Do you want to ADD it to an existing Project? If so, then you can just Copy/Paste the trailer project onto an existing project. Otherwise, just Share(export as a QT vid) and import it back into iMovie to add to your other movie. Hope this helps.
p.s. did you finalize the trailer project?

Oh, I see…….when I want something like this to happen I would just engage the >Go To Start< command (0 on the numeric keyboard in my case) and the play head will position at the beginning of a cycle area (if one is active of course)!

Unlike iPhoto, Photoshop is only an editor. It does not store or organize images. In iPhoto preferences, you can choose Photoshop as an editor. You will then get a choice when you double click on an iPhoto thumbnail to use iPhoto or Photoshop to make edits. But Photoshop does not have a library to store images like iPhoto.
You may want to use Adobe Bridge or Lightroom to help name and organize your pictures. You can Export your iPhoto Library to a folder and manage the exported images there.
Personally, I hate the arcane manner iPhoto stores and organizes images. I use it only for photos from my iPhone.

Well, one typically doesn't edit with any of the proxy-files the RED camera produces. You need to convert the RED footage to ProRes. Log and Transfer can do this, if you download and install the RED Log and Transfer plugin. Or you might need to use RED software to convert the footage to ProRes. But those Red proxy files won't import via log and transfer, and are NOT editable in FCP. Gotta convert to ProRes.
